I agree with you Roz, ‘I love the fact that now I have the reason as for the why of everything!” I still remember that feeling after reading just the page of the Adam Stalk Story.
‘With the turn of every page” Freedom is amazing, a life transforming book.
You’re right ‘EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THIS’

Wow Nicoletta that was well said, I think you have a really clear view of how this information can turn your life around entirely with one decision … the decision to support it.

Whilst I finished school a while ago I can relate to a lot your comments about it.

I remember a couple of years ago making the same decision … basically to use this understanding of the Human Condition to approach life as best I can knowing that some how it will help support my transformation and the transformation of the world.

Using this information gives those tasks in life like work for me, and school for you, meaning or purpose … as you said to create a ‘stable base … to be able to support this life saving understanding’.

It could be something as simple as your enthusiasm inspiring other people or posting a comment like this so I can see I’m not the only person that is able to help by virtue of using / supporting this information and that taking us one step closer to a transformed world.

I think you’re going to have an amazing year and I’ll look forward to following it if you post some comments about your journey.
    Roger.

    Hi everyone,
Wow there is so much amazing information in this thread and I think Roz, Tommy and Susy have covered the power of this information through their personal experience in the most exciting “macro” way, so I would just read them again.

Once you shed light on how we developed a conflict between “instinct and intellect” then had to “resign” to the upset that conflict had created in the world and in ourselves, then understanding the commitment to whatever “resigned strategy” we held onto to give us some relief / escape / and validation from the inability to explain why we were good and not bad … they have covered why religious people can struggle with accepting this information as much as anyone else.

I would start by saying I agree with PaulM who quoted Griffith saying that “religions aren’t being threatened by the arrival of dignifying understanding of the human condition—they are being fulfilled” … this explanation / moment in time, is what profits in the bible were writing about and all of them were thinking of.

Whether your strategy to cope with the HC is to be the “funny guy in the room” or getting into the pseudo idealistic environmental movement or living through the embodiment of the ideals like Jesus or Buda in a religion, we have all been desperately committed to them because those causes or strategies are what gave us a sense of worth and protection from the fear / inability to reconcile our behaviour with the ideals.

And that brings us back to the excitement of the HC being over, that as those profits from the bible metaphorically described and Griffith explained, now is our time to return to our idealistic / cooperative / loving state (Adam and Eve) but with an understanding of ourselves. I can’t remember the exact quote from Freedom but its words to the effect of “we are returning to that idealistic state and knowing it for the first time”

    Thanks everyone above.

Gosh this has been an amazing thread and I relate to so many of the comments people have made but I think it was Susy who said she was using the videos and writing presented on the various WTM websites to explain the human condition to friends and family.
In the excitement of the time you first hear this explanation it’s easy to forget just how difficult a subject the human condition is and how psychologically tangled up we are.
Given Jeremy Griffith has been writing about the human condition for 40 years or so it just makes sense to use the explanation he has presented so beautifully well.

I love this thread, there’s so many small things that we can do to live in support of this.
Today I met up with some friends to read and discuss Freedom.

    Hi Dave,

I think the critical issue or the over all element is just making the understanding available. It has been the lack of understanding, that created the Human Condition, that was so damaging and leaving us with the insecurity about whether we were good or bad.

Allowing children to grow up understanding why the world around them is so upset and so offensive to their idealistic world, then helping them understand that upset in themselves as they approach resignation is the best we can do … I’m not the master of parenting but I suspect that is the greatest contribution we can make toward the growth of a secure young person … that will reduce the upset / hurt / anger / insecurity and desperation in their personal lives and for humanity over a few generations.

Its a double edged sword discovering the importance of nurturing and our inability to provide an unlimited amount of it, but I think its important to remember that’s why Jeremy made the point so clearly that no humans can nurture their young, with the preoccupation of the Human Condition, as we all did pre prior to it some 2 million years ago. So doing everything that you could when you raised your children is all you could hope to do despite it’s imperfections.

It’s about the future now …..

    Hi Dave,
I think Liam explained that well so I was just going to add that another topic you might enjoy reading about is Integrative Meaning which Jeremy Griffith wrote about in essay 23, because it explains that cooperation isn’t just an idealistic notion that humanity knows and wants but how it fits into the central theme of life.
I remember how exciting it was reading about these questions / topics / subject when I first came across this information, so enjoy it Dave.

    Hi,
This is just a comment about all the posts above … they’re awesome and helped me understand how this information / understanding facilitates change.
Thanks so much to all the people that posted

Gosh there was a lot of really good posts there but this paragraph from Sam I thought was amazing and really helpful.

“I meant that in the context of what I understand about THC, and the relief and excitement the Transformed Lifeforce Way of Living brings to my life. For me there is simply no comparison between providing people with an opportunity to live in the amazing ‘Transformed Lifeforce Way of Living’, instead of being psychologically forced to live in the agony of being selfishly self-preoccupied with validation all the time, to keep away any depressing implications that they’re bad, useless, meaningless and worthless, for having to be divisively behaved. It’s simply a massive debilitating drainer being in the Resigned state of mind, no matter how successful, people tend to delude themselves to be in it.”

    Hi guys,

I thought this might be something that is relevant to everyone because I’m sure you can all relate to being a bit flooded / overwhelmed with work and the general pressures of life etc.

So I’ve been a bit disconnected but despite how well I’ve come to know this information, one of my favourite ways to bring this understanding back into the front of my mind and get excited about how it has transformed my life and will transform the world, is to watch the 1 hr Introduction talk Jeremy gives.

So if you want to tap back into whats really happening on this planet and get excited about our future … click that link below.

    Hi Alex,

I just wanted to say that I can relate to Tommy thoughts … that was amazing to read, it is such an honest description of your personal struggle with the human condition and strategy for coping with it, as well as the excitement and relief you’re accessing now that you can understand the human condition.

It is such a clear and exciting window into what this information, what the explanation of the human condition can do for every person on the planet … NOW !!!

That was a truely inspiring comment and I’ve no doubt it will encourage other people to look into the logic of this information.

    Thanks.

    Hi guys,
I just wanted to go back to the first post by Chris back in early February because I think those words are really really important … profound, the genuine platform for life changing decisions.
In effect or by definition deferring to this information ‘new thought that floods in and completely changes everything’ to give you security, meaning and sustenance all through understanding … instead of your old approach just trying to come up with some superficial win etc … that is a transformation … and as you said “I feel more loved than ever in that very moment all the worry and anxiousness disappears, because I know i’m apart of something extraordinary and real and I have access to a world and meaning I never thought possible”
That is an exciting window into what lies ahead of the whole human race …. awesome …. woooohoooo!!!!!!!

    Hi Wsmann,
I’m not sure if you’re talking literally about war or of war as an analogy for the conflict of the Human Condition, however either way I thought John’s connection to what is now available was amazing too … and a great example of ‘whats next’.
If wars are an expression of our combined upset (either the mental or physical conflict), then the relief and defusing compassionate healing and exciting understanding that this informations makes possible is the ultimate answer to it.
I think ‘what’s next’ is a sweeping ‘overwhelming’ excitement that the quest to understand ourselves is finally over … AND through simple support ‘soon from one end of the horizon to the other will appear an army in its millions to do battle with human suffering and its weapon will be understand’.
I’m ready to do all the sun baking in the world !!!!!!!!!!

Gosh that’s well said Rob, if everyone were to go through the process of accepting new ideas / new information you mentioned, of taking their time, learning, doing and being … then I think it would be very helpful.
There’s not doubt that following the logic and having the patience to adjust to the information you’re following if really a game changer.
If you keep doing what you’ve described Rob you’ll be telling us about the human transformation in no time.

Yeah I agree with Tommy Debbie.
I’m happy to share some thoughts about the experience of using this information when it works for you.
