All donations made to Fix The World Inc (“FTWI”) though this online facility are processed electronically. FTWI is a charitable organization incorporated in the United States of America and operated pursuant to an exemption granted by the Internal Revenue Service under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (USA). These Terms of Online Donations govern each use you make of the payment services to FTWI provided through this online facility.

 

Currency Conversion

Amounts are in US Dollars (USD) or in any other currency you select. All donations made in currencies other than USD will be converted from your selected currency into USD following payment through this online facility. FTWI accepts no responsibility for any additional charges imposed by your bank or credit provider. Any currency conversions supplied on this website are approximations based on an exchange rate at the time and supplied as a guide only to foreign currency exchange rates. FTWI accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any foreign currency exchange rates supplied.

 

Refunds

In the event that a donation is made to FTWI as a result of fraud or misuse or in the event of accidental duplicate transactions, FTWI will refund the donation amount electronically back to the same card that was used to make the original transaction, provided the request is made within 14 days of the transaction. Please contact us with the details you gave when you made the donation and the amount, date and time of your donation.

If you become aware that your card has been used fraudulently, please contact your card provider.

Where we do refund a donation for you, we may charge you for the costs that we have incurred in processing your donation and the refunded amount may also differ from the as a result of any currency conversions. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

 

Cancellation of Recurring Donation
