The goods ordered through this online facility are supplied by print-on-demand suppliers under the direction of the World Transformation Movement ABN 51 003 930 023 (“WTMA”) unless otherwise stated. These Terms of Online Sales govern product orders and related online payments facilitated through this website.

 

Order Form

 

When you click a link to purchase an item on this website you will be taken to an Order Form that collects your product order, name, address, phone number and email address. It is a mandatory requirement that we collect this information should we need to contact you about your order.

Pricing

 

WTMA endeavours to sell goods advertised on this website at cost price and sets the price of goods at what it estimates is a reasonable amount to recover the cost of fulfilling your order. The cost of fulfilling your order includes the cost acquiring your item from print-on-demand suppliers along with delivery costs, taxes, bank fees and foreign exchange fees.

All orders made through this website are unique and created according to the information supplied by you. The cost price items will therefore vary according to size, colour and print.

All credit cards are charged in the currency selected on the Order Form. Your credit card provider may convert your payment to another currency. The WTMA accepts no responsibility for any additional charges imposed by your bank.

The WTMA will issue you an invoice once your order has been shipped. All invoices are issued in Australian dollars. All amounts disclosed on the invoice are the Australian dollar equivalent to the amount you paid in your chosen currency.

 

Sales Tax

 

The prices for goods and services sold within Australia include GST.

Sales tax on goods and services sold within other jurisdictions will be disclosed if applicable.

 

International Customs Charges

 

There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and they are not included in your order total. The WTMA does not have any control over these charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as they are based on your own country’s laws and regulations. Order Acceptance Policy

 

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify the WTMA’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The WTMA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. The WTMA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. The WTMA does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the goods or services offered by the WTMA.

Production Time

 

The WTMA uses print-on-demand suppliers to fulfil orders placed through this website. This means all orders are unique and created according to the information supplied by you.

The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted. While this average production time is not guaranteed (holidays and high-volume seasons will cause production time to increase), this number may be helpful to base your decision on. However, it’s important to note that the production timeframe may vary for each order.

If you haven’t received notification that your order has been shipped within 7 business days, please get in touch with our team for a status update.

 

Delivery Policy

 

It is your obligation to enter your correct delivery address details on the Order Form. If you enter the wrong address, the WTMA is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Most orders are delivered anywhere in the world within 14 days. In the event of a delay or problem with the delivery of your order all reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the information you have provided on the Order Form.

The WTMA will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries of goods. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available.

Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel the order.

Refunds Policy

 

The WTMA uses print-on-demand suppliers to fulfil orders placed through this website. This means that all products are unique and produced using information you have provided. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

 

Jewellery Orders

 

If you wish to purchase jewellery (keychain, necklaces and keyrings) displaying an image of the cover of FREEDOM: The End of the Human Condition (Freedom Jewellery) you will be invited to place your order with “FromNewLeaf” (FNL). Your transaction with FNL is be covered by FNL’s policies, terms and conditions and is not covered by these Terms of Online Sales. The WTMA will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from your order placed with FNL.
