The goods purchased through this online facility are supplied by the World Transformation Movement ABN 51 003 930 023 (“WTMA”) unless otherwise stated. These Terms of Online Sales govern each use you make of the online payment provided facility through this website.
WTM Order Form
The WTM Order Form collects your product order, name, address, phone number and email address. It is a mandatory requirement that we collect this information should we need to contact you about your order.

Payments Processed Through Paypal
The WTMA accepts payments for goods and services processed securely through PayPal. For more information on PayPal, please go to www.paypal.com.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify WTMA’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The WTMA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. The WTMA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. The WTMA does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the goods or services offered by WTMA.

Pricing
All prices for goods and services are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and subject to change without notice. All credit cards and PayPal accounts are charged in Australian Dollars and will be converted to your selected currency by your credit card provider. The WTMA accepts no responsibility for any additional charges imposed by your bank. Currency conversions supplied on this online facility are approximations based on an exchange rate at the time and supplied as a guide only to foreign currency exchange rates. The WTMA accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of the foreign currency exchange rates supplied.
Goods and Services Tax
The prices for goods and services sold within Australia include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
International Customs Charges
There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and they are not included in your order total. The WTMA does not have any control over these charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as they are based on your own country’s laws and regulations. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Delivery Policy
The preferred option of the WTMA is to use Australia Post Regular Mail for deliveries within Australia, and Australia Post Air Mail for deliveries outside Australia.
The Delivery Rates Table below outlines delivery charges in Australian Dollars (AUD) using Australia Post.

When you select an item on the WTM Order Form, it is your responsibility to choose the product that includes the correct delivery charge for your region of the world. The WTMA reserves the right to decline your order, or request an amendment to the payment you have made, if it believes the item you have selected does not include the correct delivery charge. The WTMA also reserves the right to decline your order, or request an amendment to the payment you have made, if it believes your payment is insufficient to cover the cost of delivery for whatever reasons.
The WTMA may use an alternate method of delivery than those outlined in these Terms of Online Sales at your request or at our discretion. Please contact us at [email protected] if you would like to arrange an alternate method of delivery.
The WTMA will normally dispatch all orders for goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once your order for goods has been dispatched, delivery times are as estimated in the Delivery Times Table below.

The delivery times we provide are estimates only. The WTMA will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries of goods. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you have provided.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, the WTMA is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once the WTMA learns an order has not arrived within an acceptable period, it will make enquiries to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
If an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel the order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, the WTMA will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Acceptance of the Goods
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within five working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
Refunds Policy
Please choose your goods and services carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
If you receive a product that you believe is defective or incorrectly shipped you must return it to the WTMA within 30 days of the original purchase date to be entitled to a replacement product or a refund of any money you have paid.
To return a defective or incorrectly shipped product:
1. Notify the WTMA at [email protected] with an explanation of the problem.
2. The WTMA will contact you with a return authorisation along with any special instructions.
3. Pack and seal your return securely and include a copy of the return authorization. All returns must be sent prepaid – C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted.

All products returned are subject to inspection. Returns will not be allowed where a product is not deemed defective or incorrectly shipped. Where a product is deemed defective or incorrectly shipped the WTMA will supply you with a replacement or refund any money you have paid for that product.
The WTMA will only refund your return delivery cost if we have incorrectly shipped a product or if it is defective.
The WTMA can only refund to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
