Every politician must read this book
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Hi Dino, what becomes clear on digesting this explanation of the human condition is that all humans, not just politicians (or any other group), suffer from the psychologically upset state of the human condition. As with any new scientific breakthrough in history, it will take time for people to realise that this is the breakthrough we’ve all been waiting for, but as support and momentum continues to build, the selfless love and energy it generates will solve our problems very quickly. As Part 4 of THE Interview explains instead of being focused on power, fame, fortune and glory, all our energies will be freed to truly work together on doing whatever it takes to end the suffering and save our world. See FAQ FAQ 1.40, which addresses the questions of ‘Aren’t the problems of the world too overwhelming to ever be fixed? / Isn’t it too late to save the world? / How can you hope to transform the world? — In particular, how are you going to change the behaviour of the rich and powerful? / How are you going to reach the bastions of power? / Won’t the greedy and power-hungry simply ignore this?’

Need a more simpler understanding to grasp this concept
FIX THE WORLD Admin
The instinct vs intellect concept is actually very straightforward, and great care has been taken to present it quickly and simply (which is done in Part 1), however THE Interview also explains the very nature of the human condition means discussion of it can be initially difficult to access. This is because historically the issue of whether we are fundamentally good or bad has been the most terrifying of all subjects to face, and so we have necessarily lived in almost total denial of it, which means our minds can initially struggle to hear and absorb discussion about it. Wonderfully however, this ‘deaf effect’ can be overcome with patient perseverance and everyone can access this most wonderful of all gifts of understanding the human condition! See our FAQ 1.16 which discusses this ‘Deaf Effect’ that causes people to send questions like ‘please send me an executive summary so I have some idea of what you’re trying to say?’.

Wow!! Amazing! Excellent information! My mind is blown! We got to get rid of Darwin and other sceientist and figures like karl marx from our text books and schools..so we dont teach those harmful self beliefs of the last any longer..i have childern..I will be teaching my kids this.
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Thanks Nicole. As is explained in Part 2 of THE Interview it is science that is the liberator or saviour of mankind. Craig Conway summarises that, “science’s discovery of the way genes and nerves work has finally made it possible for the liberation of humanity from the horror of the human condition”, to which Jeremy Griffith replies, “Yes, that is the essential truth: science is the liberator, the so-called ‘messiah’ or ‘redeemer’ of humankind, as we always hoped it would be!”
However, in Video/Freedom Essay 14 it is explained that like almost all humans, scientists have lived in fear of the human condition, and so have been unable to confront it, and if you can’t confront a subject you’re in no position to think truthfully and effectively about it. Furthermore, it is explained in F. Essay 23 that this fear of the human condition has meant that scientists have had to avoid the overarching, truthful whole view of the integrative meaning of existence, adopting instead a reduced view that focused only on the details of the mechanisms of the workings of our world—it has been what’s called ‘reductionist’ and ‘mechanistic’. This denial-based approach, while necessary until we could explain the human condition, has meant that science is stalled, completely unable to make any sense of the greater meaning of life.
It follows that now that the human condition has been explained, as has the truth of Integrative Meaning, a whole-view-confronting, denial-free-thinking science that acknowledges the integrative meaning of life is now possible, which is presented in Freedom Essay 25.

It is all that we need to know so that we align ourselves in a logical order by carefully understanding what truely matters as humans. So that we shift our focus, readjust our basic understanding of human nature into something more pleasent by knowing & inserting these truths in every day works of life in every individual person across the globe. This is amazing and indeed the universal truth of human behaviors explorations for all times. Thank you Jeremy Griffith

I believe the garden is real, but I’m missing help and resources.
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Thanks for your thoughtful response Bjorn. Originally the “garden” referred to our species' pre-upset, innocent, all-loving state and there is no going back to that, but what humanity can, and will, do, is have a future in which our psychologically upset state is redeemed, rehabilitated and reconciled with our loving instincts. As the poet TS Eliot wrote, “‘We shall not cease from exploration / And the end of all our exploring / Will be to arrive where we started / And know the place for the first time’”.
As Part 4 of THE Interview explains, this understanding allows the immediate transformation of everyone’s life because, as Jeremy explains, “while it will take a number of generations to heal all the upset in us humans, everyone can immediately live free of their upset. The reason we can live free of it is that while we lacked the real defence and reinforcement of understanding of our corrupted condition, we absolutely needed the artificial defences and reinforcements of attacking any criticism of our corrupted condition, of denying and blocking it out, and of finding any positive reinforcement we could—anger, alienation and egocentricity are what sustained us—but now that we have the real defence and reinforcement of our fundamental goodness, all these artificial defences and reinforcements are obsoleted, they are no longer needed.”
It does take a little time to fully absorb the significance of finally being able to understand the human condition. For example, we now have the ability, for the first time, to understand every aspect of human behaviour and our behaviour will change naturally as a result. At last we can understand we have been driven by a deep insecurity about our fundamental goodness or worth and so now that our goodness is biologically established we no longer have to behave insecurely and selfishly and can legitimately return to a selfless way of living. ‘Legitimately’ because at last we have the first principle-based science which liberates us to be honest about our conflicted upset state instead of denying or transcending it. This is the rapidly transforming practical effect of being able to understand the human condition which is fully explained and illustrated on our Transformation page. Also Freedom Essay 15 is all about ‘How understanding the human condition can immediately transform your and every other human’s life and save the world’.

FIX THE WORLD Admin
While this biological understanding of the human condition really is the universal solution to all the problems we face, it does have a slow start-up phase. It will take some time to break through fixed patterns of thought, as well as the bastions of power in the world, but once this information gets a foothold through enough people like you developing a deep appreciation and desire to support it, the selfless love and energy that will generated will solve our problems very quickly because instead of being preoccupied with seeking salvation, or seeking power, fame, fortune etc, all our energies will be freed to truly work together and focus on doing whatever it takes to end the suffering in all the corners of the world.
We thought we would also mention Jeremy’s work doesn’t contradict a belief in God or the central tenets of most religions. His work simply brings biological understanding to religion’s pre-scientific descriptions of our condition (see our FAQs about religion).

Not once did he mention the EGO!!! it’s our EGO..that needs our attention Ego in spiritual love not selfish impatient love and hate and judging everyone
FIX THE WORLD Admin
The whole presentation is about “ego”, specifically why we humans became egocentric. For example, in Part 1, Jeremy Griffith explains that, “tragically, while searching for understanding, we can see that three things are unavoidably going to happen. Adam is going to defensively retaliate against the implied criticism from his instincts; he is going to desperately seek out any reinforcement he can find to relieve himself of the negative feelings; and he is going to try to deny the criticism and block it out of his mind. He has become angry, egocentric and alienated—which is the psychologically upset state we call the human condition, because it was us humans who developed a conscious mind and became psychologically upset. (And ‘upset’ is the right word for our condition because while we are not ‘evil’ or ‘bad’, we are definitely psychologically upset from having to participate in humanity’s heroic search for knowledge. ‘Corrupted’ and ‘fallen’ have been used to describe our condition, but they have negative connotations that we can now appreciate are undeserved, so ‘upset’ is a better word.) So Adam’s intellect or ‘ego’ (ego being just another word for the intellect since the Concise Oxford Dictionary defines ‘ego’ as ‘the conscious thinking self’ (5th edn, 1964)) became ‘centred’ or focused on the need to justify itself—Adam became ego-centric, selfishly preoccupied aggressively competing for opportunities to prove he is good and not bad, to validate his worth, to get a ‘win’; to essentially eke out any positive reinforcement that would bring him some relief from his criticising instincts. He unavoidably became self-preoccupied or selfish, and aggressive and competitive.”
While great care has been taken to present the explanation as quickly and simply as possible (which is done in Part 1), THE Interview also explains the very nature of the human condition means discussion of it can be initially difficult to access.

I would appreciate the summary of the author’s book on the human condition. What is exactly the main difference between man beast.
FIX THE WORLD Admin
We hope you will watch THE Interview Raglind as biologist Jeremy Griffith presents the explanation in Part 1 (which is under 15mins viewing time) however our FAQ 1.3 which gives a very brief summary of the key ‘instinct vs intellect’ concept. What Jeremy explains in this interview is that all humans are born with all-loving moral instincts, not savage animal instincts, but now variously suffer from a psychosis due to the human condition caused by the conscious mind’s necessary search for knowledge. Part 3 of THE Interview especially evidences this key biological distinction that humans suffer from the conscious-mind-based, psychologically troubled human condition, not the genetic-opportunism-based, animal condition. And, most significantly, as Part 4 explains a psychosis can be healed with understanding, so our psychologically upset human nature is fixable or changeable—not unchangeable. As Professor Harry Prosen, psychiatrist and former president of the Canadian Psychiatric Association, has said: “I have no doubt Jeremy Griffith’s biological explanation of the human condition is the holy grail of insight we have sought for the psychological rehabilitation of the human race.”!

Wow at long last I am not alone. I have said for many, many years how us humans have forgotten who we truly are. Not this negative, selfish, unloving, human being. We are all here to respect one another. It is not about having power over any human being or beings. Also not about greed.
Without going into details. My young life was not a very loving with my both parents, but I knew this was not right. So when I got married and had children myself I gave my two children so much love, care, nurturing. I have spent my live being respectful to others and helping where I could but also I never stopped seeing both my parents but I brought forward the positive instinct within me that was there from the day I was born. I used to think I had special gifts due to my simple conscious mind ( explained as common sense) knowing & understanding peace, love and kindness is the life worth living! But in a world of greed and confusion, it seems like the ones controlling this world has all the power ( look at the COVID Vax that’s built to sicken the human race even more ) now people brain’s are scary and make no sense !! Loved your videos :)
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Hi Sherry, thank you for your comment and it is wonderful you are loving our videos! The universal ideals recognise that we should be loving and selfless but the question screaming to be answered is WHY then are we so competitive and selfish. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy Griffith presents in THE Interview and his book FREEDOM. This presents an entirely new framework of knowledge so it can take a little time to fully absorb its significance but not only can we now understand that our original instinctive orientation is loving, peaceful and kind, we can also understand that our competitive, aggressive, destructive, even seemingly ‘evil’ behaviour was an unavoidable, indeed necessary, part of human life. This understanding defends our so-called ‘dark side’ and explains that despite all appearances to the contrary, all humans are ‘good’. And by explaining the very good reason why our intellect had to defy our instincts, it makes redundant our defensive behaviours of anger, egocentricity and alienation, allowing us to return to that loving way of living you crave! We suggest our FAQ 1.40 which addresses the questions of ‘How can you hope to transform the world? — In particular, how are you going to change the behaviour of the rich and powerful? / How are you going to reach the bastions of power? / Won’t the greedy and power-hungry simply ignore this?’

Jeremy Griffith’s explanation of the human race is ground breaking
Rosanna franco
I believe we all have had some trauma or abuse by people that we trust usual and granted it’s a negative but the solution and freedom come from forgiveness, within ourself it’s the way to healing forgive u must forgive ur self and those who have harmed u and true freedom come to ur C whole self it’s something u can actually feel
It lift from u
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Thank you for your thoughts Rosanna. Yes forgiveness is the key but it had to be forgiveness at the most profound, deepest level of our psychosis; forgiveness found through understanding of the dilemma of our human condition—understanding that would allow all humans to know that while we are all variously upset we are all fundamentally good and not bad or evil. It is this understanding that biologist Jeremy Griffith presents in THE Interview and it truly allows us to forgive others and ourselves for their/our angry, egocentric and alienated behaviour that has caused the trauma and abuse in human life. Jeremy explains in THE Interview “we’ve had to live in denial of our corrupted, psychologically upset condition while we couldn’t explain it” so now our upset state is explained and defended, we can safely stop denying the human condition in ourselves and the world and bring love or forgiveness to our dark side because we can understand that becoming upset was an immensely heroic state, not a shameful one. It is this knowledge that lifts the burden of guilt from our shoulders and why it is so liberating and freeing. To quote Jeremy again from Part 4: “the good news, and this is very important, is that while it will take a number of generations to heal all the upset in us humans, everyone can immediately live free of their upset… In fact, to continue using the old artificial defences of retaliation, denial and the search for relieving power, fame, fortune and glory when our fundamental goodness has been established is not only clearly pointless but also unnecessarily destructive of ourselves, everyone around us and our planet. That way of living is now completely obsoleted, finished with.” And as Craig Conway then summed it up “our artificial ways of reinforcing ourselves are obsoleted by the real reinforcement of ourselves. One way of living ends, a new one begins, free of the human condition—phew, thank God for that!!” Solving the human condition solves all the confusion, frustration and suffering in human life at its source so it couldn’t be a bigger breakthrough, see FAQ 1.5 ‘Why is understanding the human condition important to my life?’.

Enjoyed listening to this enlightened biologist Jerremy Griffith on The Human Condition. I have never heard such a clear and concise description that covers so many hard truths. For the first time in my life this man puts together the teachings of so many of the worlds greatest minds Hesiod- Plato- Arthur Koestier- Paul MacLean and well as Sir Laurens Van der Post and Richard Wrangham. He enlightens us without messing it up with his own ego. A very easy way to undestand the question we all have about what is happening in our world today. How did we get here and where are we going. I don’t believe you. Family and life turn us towards caring, or to selfishness. We respond better to rewarded existence.
FIX THE WORLD Admin
There is a lot to digest here Dan, so we hope you take your time. Firstly, while it is true that “Family and life turn us towards caring, or to selfishness”, what becomes clear is that the ‘search for knowledge’ is the ultimate source of humanity’s psychological upset, which is what determines 'Family and life". This is because it is a compounding situation whereby the upset from that original source accumulates in the world, thereby adversely effecting subsequent generations, causing even more psychological upset, and so on. As Jeremy Griffith explains in paragraph 73 of his book Death by Dogma, in addition to the psychological upset caused by the search for knowledge, “The second, and by far the greatest reason for the increase in upset that has occurred from generation to generation is the soul-destroying influence of the existing levels of upset in your society from all the upsetting searching for knowledge that has taken place before you arrived in the world. Each generation is born expecting to encounter the all-loving and all-sensitive world we humans originally lived in, and the more upset/soul-corrupted the world we actually encounter is, the more bewildered, hurt and damaged our soul became by that encounter…So growing up now in a world that is already horrendously upset means that by far the greatest reason for the upset in our lives is the effects of encountering all that upset when we were infants and children.”
In Part 1 of THE Interview Jeremy Griffith explains all humans are born with an instinctive self or soul that is perfectly aligned to a cooperative and selfless way of living and that humans’ upset (angry, egocentric and alienated) behaviour is not a product of savage animal instincts within us, but the result of a universal psychosis caused by the unavoidable clash between our instinct and intellect. With this compassionate understanding of the human condition we can now appreciate that humanity’s necessary preoccupation with finding knowledge compromised our ability to nurture our children to the extent their instincts expect, but now that that preoccupation ends we can safely acknowledge the absolute importance of nurturing in our species’ development and in the individual development of children (see chapter 8:16C of Jeremy’s definitive book FREEDOM see contents page here).

Self consciousness could be the beginning. But that could be to an Advantage if we could be objective & rational in thought. It’s self Centeredness that is Negativity. We need good reasoning. Doing unto others what U want do unto U. This is the Basis.
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Thanks for your thoughts Billy. We suggest that the “Basis” is why we humans don’t “Do unto others what U want do unto U”. What is unique about Jeremy Griffith’s work is that he has answered the essential question of why, when the universal ideals are to be integrative are we so disintegrative? Our endeavours in philosophy, psychology and biology have failed, until now, to provide a truthful, real, fully accountable, genuinely clarifying explanation. You are right that “Self consciousness could be the beginning” because we can now see that it was. Answering the question of why we are so angry, egocentric and alienated required finding the clarifying difference between the way the emerging intellect and pre-established instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy presents here.

FIX THE WORLD Admin
Hi Audreyna. As Part 4 of THE Interview explains, this understanding of the human condition liberates us from an underlying insecurity and resulting psychosis that all humans have suffered from since we became a fully conscious species some 2 million years ago, which allows the immediate transformation of everyone’s life because, as Jeremy Griffith explains, “while it will take a number of generations to heal all the upset in us humans, everyone can immediately live free of their upset. The reason we can live free of it is that while we lacked the real defence and reinforcement of understanding of our corrupted condition, we absolutely needed the artificial defences and reinforcements of attacking any criticism of our corrupted condition, of denying and blocking it out, and of finding any positive reinforcement we could—anger, alienation and egocentricity are what sustained us—but now that we have the real defence and reinforcement of our fundamental goodness, all these artificial defences and reinforcements are obsoleted, they are no longer needed.” You can read more about the immediate transformation this understanding makes possible in FAQ 4.1.

The Baha’i Faith teaches the fundamental goodness of the human being. If he or she is being nourished with the correct teachings and with love, that individual will grow up to be a healthy and loving member of the human family. I am glad that science is beginning to effect a paradigm shift in the understanding of the real essence of the human being, which is noble.
FIX THE WORLD Admin
While Baha’i and other faiths contain all manner of truths about human life, it is all from a pre-scientific view. Ultimately, to change our condition we needed to find the scientific explanation for why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy presents in THE Interview and his book FREEDOM. To put it another way, it was only through finding the good reason that we had to defy our cooperative and loving instinctive self or soul, that all our defensive, ‘bad’ behaviours – our ego, selfishness and aggression, could be made redundant, and the defiance and oppression of our soul could end.
Wilhelm schwemann
Good news
Fatimah LC Jackson
The human race is not collectively psychotic. Segments of humanity are sicker than other parts of humanity. Historical analysis yields some insights into this psychopathology. Some of the pathology has its roots in the retention of archaic Neanderthal genes in certain populations of modern humans. These genes are slightly out of synchronized with the neighboring modern human genes.
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Thanks for your thoughts Fatimah. As Jeremy explains in Freedom Essay 62, “while we humans couldn’t defend our upset corrupted state, we couldn’t afford to admit we were upset. In fact, we spend our whole time putting on a brave face, smiling and carrying on as if there’s nothing basically wrong.” Certainly, some people are more ‘upset’ than others, and therefore can be more destructive than others, but the truth is that we all suffer from the human condition.
As THE Interview explains in the absence of the fully accountable, true understanding of the human condition—the explanation for why we behave divisively instead of cooperatively and lovingly—it makes sense that we needed to come up with scientific excuses in order to cope with the negative implications of our behaviour, and we suggest that “Neanderthal genes” is such an excuse.

It surely is an interesting video but you can’t miss one word
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Good on you Rowena. Everything presented is rational and logical, and each subject introduced is a logical and rational consequence of the one before, so it is important to follow what has been presented. However, what can initially make it difficult is that while great care has been taken to present the information as simply as possible (which is done in Part 1 of THE Interview) explanation of the human condition can be initially difficult to access. This is because it has been the most terrifying of subjects to face as it is the issue of whether we are fundamentally good or bad as a species, and we have necessarily lived in almost total denial of it. We suggest looking at Video/Freedom Essay 1 titled ‘Your block to the most wonderful of all gifts’ where Jeremy Griffith explains this initial ‘deaf effect’ and how to overcome it.

Astonishing!
Jo
I don’t know what to write. I just know I’m not right 😕
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Thanks for your comment Jo. As Jeremy Griffith explains in Part 4 of THE Interview, “What this instinct vs intellect explanation of the human condition fundamentally does is lift the ‘burden of guilt’ from the human race. It establishes that we humans are good and not bad after all.” While we are all inevitably variously psychologically upset from humanity’s heroic battle to find knowledge, ultimately self-knowledge, we can now know that every human is fundamentally good. Which is why the highly respected psychiatrist Professor Harry Prosen, a former President of the Canadian Psychiatric Association, wrote: “the beauty of Griffith’s treatise is that the healing starts at the macro level of the universal human condition; the healing of the shame and blame that the whole human race has suffered from…It brings the greater context and love to all human psychosis and suffering, and then, from under the umbrella of that safe position, everyone can gradually work inwards to their particular experience of all the imperfections in human life that have now, finally, been made sense of.”

Very thought provoking! As a Christian, i found the science very close to my religious beliefs and I like to see if it will align even closer.
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Jeremy Griffith’s treatise does resonate with those familiar with religious scripture because it reconciles science and religion by bringing biological understanding to pre-scientific concepts such as innocence, sin and ‘Judgment Day’, etc. In fact, what people discover is it is the fulfilment of a time that all religions looked forward to when we could actually explain ourselves – see our FAQs on religion.

How can a malignant narcissistic person have a paradigm shift?
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Thank you for your consideration Stephanie. With regard to narcissists, the more you digest how the instinct vs intellect battle resulted in humans’ psychologically upset state, the clearer it becomes that, in the extreme, that upset produces very destructive behaviour, including narcissism. However, what is so utterly exonerating and psychologically healing about our ability to now understand this is that we can finally appreciate that there was a very good reason—indeed heroic reason—for such dark volcanic forces in us humans. Importantly, this understanding of why we became upset as a species does not condone or sanction such extremes of selfishness, rather, through bringing understanding to humans’ upset behaviour, it gives us the power to ameliorate and thus subside and ultimately eliminate it, see our FAQ 1.38 ‘Aren’t some people just born psychopathic, or even ‘evil’? / How does this explanation rehabilitate people capable of ‘evil’ behaviour? / Does this condone ‘evil’ behaviour?’. And, finally, you might also be interested in FAQ 1.40 which addresses the questions of ‘How can you hope to transform the world? — In particular, how are you going to change the behaviour of the rich and powerful? / How are you going to reach the bastions of power? / Won’t the greedy and power-hungry simply ignore this?’

Essentially you are asking what a human condition free world will be like. We recommend our FAQ 4.4, which includes the following passage: "Jeremy Griffith writes about what the new human-condition-resolved world will be like in chapter 9:9 of FREEDOM titled ‘How the Transformed Way of Living will quickly repair the world’. It is all clearly described there, where he refers to Australia’s greatest educator Sir James Darling, his headmaster at Geelong Grammar School, talking about humanity’s great ‘change of heart’ and imagining when, for example, ‘all the car makers sit down together and design one extremely simple, embellishment-free functional car’, and a ‘simple house’ (paragraph 1227); and FIX THE WORLD founding member Doug Lobban’s transformed desire to fix the world (par. 1228); and when our natural serving instinct ‘comes thundering through’ (in par. 1229); and Lei Feng’s selfless ‘willingness to be a cog’ (par. 1230); and how doing this will become easier as more people catch on (par. 1232, and see also par. 1207 about how being ‘caught wearing last year’s fashions’ will naturally speed this process up); and how AIDS and even global warming can be solved (in par. 1234); and how communication technology can be used to spread the truth rather than lies (par. 1233); and the great change of direction (in par. 1234); and the power of selflessness (in par. 1235); and how while this will have a slow beginning, as it catches on it will set everything ablaze and we’ll have ‘the biggest TV station in the world’ (par. 1236)."

This was so soothing with how much knowledge it gave me absolutely amazing Well Done and I mean seriously because You are going to improve so so many lives
Jeffrey
Too many assumptions and contradiction. Not all brains are the same, therefore your theory only applies to biological life forms that at least are similar if not identical. We all know that this is an impossible human condition. So far I disagree with your premise. Jeffrey Edwards
FIX THE WORLD Admin
When we talk about the human condition we are only talking about the human brain, not that of other “biological life forms”. The essential premise is that when the conscious mind emerged, our pre-established instincts criticised its experiments in self-management, causing us to become psychologically upset. Jeremy Griffith has explained that the nerve-based learning system operates from a basis of understanding cause and effect while the gene-based, natural selection learning system can only give species’ orientations to the world around them, and that this difference explains why an upsetting clash must occur between our instincts and conscious intellect; that upsetting clash being the reason for our angry, egocentric and alienated human condition.
All humans suffer from a universal psychosis, caused by the clash between our instinct and intellect. Certainly this manifests in a multitude of different ways, but that is to be expected because everyone has had a different exposure to the human condition, whether it is through their formative experiences, or their exposure to upset in the world as a whole (this concept of a causal nexus is referred to as ‘multifinality’ in the fields of psychology and sociology) – but the macro truth is that we are all insecure about our self-worth, and at its source, the cause of this is the instinct vs intellect clash.

This is very interesting and goes along with A Course In Miracles explanation of our guiltlessness and actual holiness.
FIX THE WORLD Admin
We appreciate your interest and feedback Pat, however, we did want to say that there is a huge difference between Jeremy Griffith’s biological treatise and the ‘Course in Miracles’, which is articulated in this comment on Video/Freedom Essay 9 by subscriber Lesley Davies. Lesley said: “I can now see why A Course in Miracles didn’t work for me. I completed the 365 day course three years running to try and heal myself from deep depression and anxiety. After reading Freedom essay 15 and studying FREEDOM it becomes clear that without the explanation of WHY we are so upset ACIM can only act as a sticky plaster with the ‘scream’ still going on underneath.” FAQ 6.5 further explains how our enlightenment — our awakening from the nightmare state of the human condition — depended on confronting and biologically explaining why we became so upset and stresses this huge difference between Jeremy’s work and the new age movement.

As our FAQ 1.9 ‘Should people be sceptical’ explains, the astonishing claims being made about Jeremy Griffith’s work do warrant initial scepticism however they all withstand scrutiny as what he presents is 100% logic. People find once they begin exploring the explanation the more they do the more they realise the claims are actually true, and in time become appreciated for their forthright honesty in indicating where the solution to our problems lies — as the commendations Jeremy’s work has received from eminent scientists and thinkers attest, including from Professor Harry Prosen (a former president of the Canadian Psychiatric Association) who said, “I have no doubt Jeremy Griffith’s work is the holy grail of insight we have sought for the psychological rehabilitation of the human race”.

Awesome and deep insight into behaviours we have carried up for decades without knowing how it portrays us in terms psychology and behavioral science.

This information is good , also what curriculum in our schools for the passed decades have become too radical and in historically incorrect , compared to what we the older community were told , and learned has taken a drastic and socialistic turn into political communistic controlled state , which we all never were told or want in our lives in the first place!
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Thanks Joseph. As Jeremy explains in Death by Dogma, the problem arises when people adopt the desire to make society cooperative in order to make themselves feel better. He writes, “the culture of the Left makes people superficially feel good but it is extremely dangerously dishonest. Being concerned for others and the world is very important, but doing that to make yourself feel good is a dangerously selfish sickness, indeed it’s the most seductive and destructive of all drug addictions—and it’s been taking over the world. Dogma is not the cure, it’s the poison.”
The fundamental philosophical explanation of the left and right wings is, as THE Interview explains, that freedom of thought and individualism, sustained by the incentives of materialism and capitalism which right-wing constitutions uphold, are what maintained humanity’s heroic search for knowledge, ultimately for self-knowledge. And so paradoxically it was the right-wing that actually held the moral high ground and the left-wing that posed the real threat to humanity due to the fact that its dogmatically imposed pseudo-idealism gravely endangers freedom of thought and the search for understanding. Now the core mystery and problem about human behaviour of our so-called ‘good and evil’-stricken human condition has at last been solved we can understand the real merits and liabilities of both the left and right wings of politics and bring the whole necessary but ugly business of politics to an end (see our FAQs about politics).

This is an important revelation. Romans 12:2, Paul tell us about one of the wonderful gifts God gave us and it’s function; he said, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” God made all things perfect, the problem is our mind management.
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Thanks very much Sunday. We can now understand that the redeeming biological understanding of why we had to depart from our original innocent state actually represents the fulfilment of a time that all religions looked forward to when we could rationally explain ourselves – see FAQ 6.3 ‘Does this undermine religion/God’.

An interesting way to learn about life

This interview makes sense in why we are so combative about life. I don’t know where y’all are in life but seeking truth at all levels i believe this interview will help. We are all one and we need to treat each other as well as our planet with compassion, understanding and empathy so we can heal mentally, emotionally and physically. Keep learning and seeking that truth not only within ur self but in ur environment. One love all and have a good day.
Diane
You’ve made a believer out of me. Its worth listening too! Everyone should try and understand this. Thank you!

I am really impressed by the explanations in this Video. I see a lot similarities with the thinking of J.Krishnamurti about the conditioned mind, wich blocks us to see the reality without valuating it.
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Thank you for your comment Rainer. We are aware of the Indian philosopher J. Krishnamurti. You may find FIX THE WORLD Kolkata Centre founder Sanjoy Pal speaking about his respect for Krishnamurti and others and the great significance of Jeremy Griffith’s work interesting. To quote: “My other sources of inspiration are Gautama Buddha, Charles Darwin, Aldous Huxley, and J. Krishnamurti. I have great respect for their insightful teachings and all of them recognised the conflicted nature of humans, but unfortunately they also could not explain convincingly the root cause of our conflicted nature and how to solve it or break free. So, no matter how much I learned from these inspirational sources as well as others, the puzzle of all puzzles, the fundamental nature of humans, eluded me — until I stumbled on THE Interview of Australian biologist Jeremy Griffith. Jeremy’s interview was amazing and astonishingly insightful, as all the missing pieces of the great jigsaw puzzle of human nature fell into their proper places, just like connecting all the dots and providing the solution. In a nutshell, all humans are fundamentally good and not bad or evil according to the non-abstract biological explanation of Jeremy Griffith which is based on evidence and scientific first principle.”
Ultimately we needed to find the scientific explanation for why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy presents. We suggest FAQ 1.13 ‘Is this original or new?’

FIX THE WORLD Admin
Thank you for your wonderful feedback Bodie and it’s great you want to share THE Interview with your YouTube subscribers (there’s a ‘SHARE’ button underneath THE Interview at the top of our homepage HumanCondition.com)! It really is fantastic Jeremy Griffith’s explanation of the human condition is resonating with you so deeply and that you are seeing how it introduces an entirely new framework of knowledge which is so exciting. We can now see the human condition has been such a tragic journey which has caused so much mental pain and suffering so finally being able to understand the battle between our instinct and intellect is immensely relieving and yes that relief goes to our core. The key breakthrough of Jeremy’s treatise is that we no longer have to be burdened by the fundamental question of whether we are good or bad because our core goodness as individuals and as a species has been biologically established. We can now know that our psychological upset was the price humans had to pay for searching for knowledge and that the human story presents the greatest, most heroic story ever told. We can at last understand the source of our upset and therefore bring great compassion and kindness to ourselves and others. And, most significantly, as discussed in THE Interview, without the defence of our fundamental goodness, the human condition has been an unbearably confronting and off-limits subject so we caution against overly confronting the upset within us which is something everyone needs to be mindful of but especially those who have suffered extreme trauma in their lives. This is summarised in our FAQ 1.19 ‘A caution about the danger of over-exposure / Advice for people with mental health issues’ which we suggest you read. We send you all our very best wishes Bodie and thank you again for sharing your wonderful feedback with us and your subscribers.

I have tried to leave my comment this will be the third time. I bet you won’t accept it because I’ve already written a comment that just didn’t explain what I meant to say so I hope this gets to you. Your promise in conclusion were very well received and does a very good job of logically explaining where We are and at this point in our existence I would like to point out that over 2,000 years ago a man named Christ Jesus not only held true to this premise but through action lived it in saying that I will also say that it has been 2,000 and something years since he walked the face of the Earth and some of us not me but some of us who walked the face of the earth now still do not understand or accept him and his belief through action so how long do you think it will be before we truly grasp your conclusion. Will it take 2,000 years or 2 million years for us to finally understand what you’re saying now if it takes 2 million years we may not be around materialistically in the form of matter to see or feel how it feels to live in your conclusion maybe that’s what the idea of heaven is all about in any case I do believe we are eternal beings and if we are we may be around in some form to witness the fruits of your conclusion and since we have also deciphered that this universe is based on everything being in its place or finding its place through balance I would like to know where your conclusion rests regarding balance is it that we will We lied to ourselves for the last 2 million years so for the next 2 million years we will be seeking to finalize your conclusion through action and at the end of those 2 million years and we’ve finalized your conclusion where will the in any case there has to be balance and we have to remain individuals and I would like to conclude by saying what is the meaning of the word individuality if you break it down you will see that it means it breaks down to in the division of duality what is that duality thank you
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Thank you John. Firstly, to reassure you that there is nothing wrong with our website. As we note at the top of our ‘Comments’ section, to ensure constructive discussion we moderate comments (which may take some hours) and may not publish any we feel are motivated by malice, or that make criticisms already addressed and repudiated, or ask questions already prominently answered on our comprehensive website with its many freely available books, essays and FAQs that can be easily searched electronically.
Secondly, we need to point out that Jeremy Griffith’s work doesn’t ignore, exclude or contradict a belief in God, or Christianity. It simply brings biological understanding to all those pre-scientific concepts. In fact, Jeremy considers the Bible to be a repository of extremely rare denial-free truth, containing all the truth about human life albeit from a pre-science view. You might find our FAQs about religion of interest.
It is the fact that this redeeming explanation of our condition is a fully rational, fully accountable scientific explanation that makes all the difference. In order to fundamentally bring peace to the human condition we needed to find the scientific explanation for why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy Griffith presents in THE Interview and his book FREEDOM. This is what allows genuine reconciliation between the our moral, altruistic instincts, and our psychologically upset intellect. Through explaining the very good reason why our intellect had to defy our instincts, it makes redundant our defensive behaviours of anger, egocentricity and alienation, bringing true peace to our condition.
With regard to how long this will take, the following is a passage from Part 3 of Jeremy Griffith’s book Transform Your Life that might be helpful: “We are rational creatures, and so when all the logic points to there being only one response we can make, namely the human-condition-resolved, upset-obsoleted, transformed new way of living, then that is the response the human race has to take. No revolution dogmatically, and even physically, imposed upon us by others, as has pretty much been the case with revolutions in the past, just a peaceful revolution through the power of logic, knowledge, understanding—the great ‘revolution of the mind’ that W.B. Yeats, and Sir Bob, yearned for. Of course, while it is the power of the logic, the rationale, that makes the new transformed way of living irresistible, the adoption of this way of living is also made irresistible by the absolutely wonderful transforming effect it has on people. Indeed, before long those still living in the old embattled, have-to-prove-your-worth, or deluded, do-good-to-feel-good pseudo idealistic ways of living will feel like they have been caught wearing last year’s fashions! There is such a stark difference between the free, authentic, expansive, enthralled-with-life, transformed existence and the old embattled existence, where your mind is narrowly focused and preoccupied working all the angles every second of every day, defensively seeking validation and reinforcement, that those living in the old ways will seem like a different species. Compared to the new expansive, all-exciting, free, transformed state, those still stuck in the old embattled paradigm will be like sad, forgotten ghosts trapped in an obsoleted state.”

Jeremy Griffith is the greatest mind of our Time. These insights involving the human condition are paradigm shifting.

This information has the potential to greatly assist in beginning to change the human psychological condition. Clearly this is desperately needed and may be indeed be possible in the coming generations. As it seems that the current younger generations may be more more open and receptive to these ideas, indeed times are critical, and we cannot delay in imparting these concepts to them ASAP. To this end, I am motivated to learn as much as I can about this, and learn how it may be possible to support and advance the cause.

This is pure nonsense. Pre-historic humans were not innocent and devoid of competitiveness. They literally killed and ate each other. Competitiveness gave us Newtons , Da Vincis and Einsteins. I can add another hundred pages of contradictions, but the above is enough.
Ciao.
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Hi Ariel, it is important to note that since what is being introduced is a new scientific paradigm based on confronting rather than the historic practice of avoiding the issue of the human condition—which leads to so many new concepts such as that the human race lived in an original state of innocence, that nurturing created our moral soul, and that there is an integrative meaning to existence—it does require some studying and digestion time to reasonably comprehend aspects of the new paradigm.
We suggest the evidence that our species has a loving and cooperative past is now incontrovertible. For example, it is now clear that on the basis of physiology, bipedality, environment, intelligence and reduced canine size, that the cooperative and gentle bonobo chimpanzee represents a far better model of our human ancestors than the common chimpanzee (Jeremy explains this in Part 2 of THE Interview and the evidence is presented in detail in chapter 5 of FREEDOM). Reduced canine size is particularly relevant as it is a defining features of the hominin clade, and universally accepted as an indication of reduced aggression (of all the non-human primates, bonobos have the smallest canines). All this evidence has lead the prominent anthropologist C. Owen Lovejoy to write that “our species-defining cooperative mutualism can now be seen to extend well beyond the deepest Pliocene [well beyond 5.3 mya]”. In FREEDOMJeremy also includes analysis of the sensitivity and gentleness of so-called primitive peoples, such as the San Bushmen and the Australian Aborigines, as well as evidence from mythology of a ‘golden age’ of innocence in chapter 2:7. There is also evidence provided by the astonishing sensitivity to paleolithic rock painting in chapter 8:11C. The entire chapter 8 is a revealing application of the ontogeny recapitulates phylogeny principle to human evolution, showing a journey from innocent childhood to psychologically upset adulthood. (In Part 3 of THE Interview Jeremy explains how the selfish process of natural selection was able to create loving selflessness in our forebears through nurturing; and Freedom Essay 21 and chapter 5 of FREEDOM explain this ‘love-indoctrination’ process, as Jeremy has termed it, more fully).

Between 3,000 and 10,000 years ago, humans existed in a bicameral state, where their actions were guided by intuition and a higher power. This pre-civilization period was characterized by a deep connection to one’s inner self.
However, the emergence of civilization brought with it a constant barrage of verbal communication, which has since obscured our ability to listen to our inner voice. It’s disheartening to see many individuals today being misled by false narratives, neglecting the importance of personal growth and transformation. Many people are unconsciously asleep, unable to think critically or use their imagination to create a vision for themselves. This lack of self-awareness hinders their ability to become creative producers or self-producers, contributing to a better version of themselves.
When individuals feel a sense of self-worth, they become part of a larger picture, working towards the improvement of humanity. It’s essential to take control and find one’s purpose, rather than being deceived by delusions that destroy humanity’s potential for growth to save the human condition.
FIX THE WORLD Admin
We recommend our FAQ 1.46 which addresses the questions of ‘Isn’t the source of humanity’s problems the divided hemispheres of our brains? / Isn’t the alienation of the modern world due to the dominance of the left hemisphere? / Aren’t we split off from holistic and empathetic perception of our right hemisphere? / What about Julian Jaynes’s theory of the Bicameral Mind? / What about Iain McGilchrist’s Divided Brain theory?’. In it, Jeremy Griffith explores Jaynes' theory and explains that "it wasn’t a switching of dominance from the more lateral and imaginative right side of our brain to the more sequential, logical left side of our brain that caused the upset, corrupted, alienated, sensitivity-destroying human condition, but rather the difference in the way genes and nerves process information.”

We suggest what frees our mind is being able to answer the question WHY aren’t we mutually assisting or helping each other!? WHY when the universal ideals are to be cooperative and selfless are we so competitive and selfish such that we seek to dominate others and are unable to love ourselves, others and our world? It is this eternal question of the human condition that Jeremy Griffith has answered and why his work is heralded as the great breakthrough that can free us from the agony and burden of the human condition — see FAQ 1.6 ‘Why does understanding of the human condition solve everything?’

If there ever is any real remedy to human fallen nature. then I really need to know.
FIX THE WORLD Admin
Hi Charlie, to heal our “fallen” state we needed to find the scientific explanation for why, when the ideals are to be loving and cooperative, we are so selfish, competitive and destructive. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy Griffith presents in THE Interview which is free to watch at the top of our homepage HumanCondition.com. Also, our FAQ 1.3 presents a very brief summary of the key ‘instinct vs intellect’ concept. Essentially, when we humans developed a conscious mind some 2 million years ago, a battle unavoidably developed between it and our already established instincts. The result of this conflict between our instinct and intellect was that we became psychologically defensive, angry, alienated and egocentric — the upset state we refer to as the human condition. But now that we can explain and understand this conflict, all those insecure, defensive behaviours are obsoleted, brought to an end, and we free ourselves from the human condition!

Every politician must read this book
Thank-you thank you for Who you are and what you do!! Bringing this to us all in such times as these is priceless indeed. The TRUTH will set us Free! The title to your book says it All Much love and gratitude
What a remarkable interview!.. thank you for showing us a far deeper level of the human condition.. & how we have evolved… simply fascinating…bravo Jeremy!..
Love it
Thought provoking. Precisely presented
Need a more simpler understanding to grasp this concept
Thanks Nicole. As is explained in Part 2 of THE Interview it is science that is the liberator or saviour of mankind. Craig Conway summarises that, “science’s discovery of the way genes and nerves work has finally made it possible for the liberation of humanity from the horror of the human condition”, to which Jeremy Griffith replies, “Yes, that is the essential truth: science is the liberator, the so-called ‘messiah’ or ‘redeemer’ of humankind, as we always hoped it would be!”However, in Video/Freedom Essay 14 it is explained that like almost all humans, scientists have lived in fear of the human condition, and so have been unable to confront it, and if you can’t confront a subject you’re in no position to think truthfully and effectively about it. This denial-based approach, while necessary until we could explain the human condition, has meant that science is stalled, completely unable to make any sense of the greater meaning of life.It follows that now that the human condition has been explained, as has the truth of Integrative Meaning, a whole-view-confronting, denial-free-thinking science that acknowledges the integrative meaning of life is now possible, which is presented in Freedom Essay 25.Wow Count me in.
Beautifully put together so that we may all understand the most important discussion about humanity. BRAVO
Thanks for sharing this. It stimulates me
I believe the garden is real, but I’m missing help and resources.
As the poet TS Eliot wrote, “‘We shall not cease from exploration / And the end of all our exploring / Will be to arrive where we started / And know the place for the first time’”.As Part 4 of THE Interview explains, this understanding allows the immediate transformation of everyone’s life because, as Jeremy explains, “while it will take a number of generations to heal all the upset in us humans, everyone can immediately live free of their upset. The reason we can live free of it is that while we lacked the real defence and reinforcement of understanding of our corrupted condition, we absolutely needed the artificial defences and reinforcements of attacking any criticism of our corrupted condition, of denying and blocking it out, and of finding any positive reinforcement we could—anger, alienation and egocentricity are what sustained us—but now that we have the real defence and reinforcement of our fundamental goodness, all these artificial defences and reinforcements are obsoleted, they are no longer needed.”It does take a little time to fully absorb the significance of finally being able to understand the human condition. Also Freedom Essay 15 is all about ‘How understanding the human condition can immediately transform your and every other human’s life and save the world’.Finally, at top of our FIX THE WORLD homepage at HumanCondition.com, it states ‘WHAT NEXT after watching THE Interview?’ and guides you through the steps to pursue your interest. His work simply brings biological understanding to religion’s pre-scientific descriptions of our condition (see our FAQs about religion).Great. Good questions.
Absolutely HEALING and truly REDEEMING indeed! This interview is a great RELIEF , listening to it will change your life ! Start listening from the Part IV , and then all over again from the very beginning!
Not once did he mention the EGO!!! it’s our EGO..that needs our attention Ego in spiritual love not selfish impatient love and hate and judging everyone
He unavoidably became self-preoccupied or selfish, and aggressive and competitive.”While great care has been taken to present the explanation as quickly and simply as possible (which is done in Part 1), THE Interview also explains the very nature of the human condition means discussion of it can be initially difficult to access. This is because historically the issue of whether we are fundamentally good or bad has been the most terrifying of all subjects to face, and so we have necessarily lived in almost total denial of it, which means our minds can initially struggle to hear and absorb discussion about it. Wonderfully however, this ‘deaf effect’ can be overcome with patient perseverance and everyone can access this most wonderful of all gifts of understanding the human condition!Absolutely mind blowing. I’m speechless. You’ve hit the nail on the head. Love this information.
I would appreciate the summary of the author’s book on the human condition. What is exactly the main difference between man beast.
Not just enlightening, and deeply intellectual but refreshing, and above all; it gives us a sound hope that we can do a transcendental change. His work is certainly worthy of being shared. The more it is; the more our society in general will benefit. A big thank you to everyone involved in this project.
Wowed!
Keep up the good work go for the golden light..
Love this
I am so hungry for this info
Wow at long last I am not alone. I have said for many, many years how us humans have forgotten who we truly are. Not this negative, selfish, unloving, human being. We are all here to respect one another. It is not about having power over any human being or beings. Also not about greed. Without going into details. My young life was not a very loving with my both parents, but I knew this was not right. So when I got married and had children myself I gave my two children so much love, care, nurturing. I have spent my live being respectful to others and helping where I could but also I never stopped seeing both my parents but I brought forward the positive instinct within me that was there from the day I was born. Love

This was very eye opening. I’ve sent it on to my Sister and cousin. Mind blowing!!!!!
Jeremy Griffith’s explanation of the human race is ground breaking
I believe we all have had some trauma or abuse by people that we trust usual and granted it’s a negative but the solution and freedom come from forgiveness, within ourself it’s the way to healing forgive u must forgive ur self and those who have harmed u and true freedom come to ur C whole self it’s something u can actually feel It lift from u
I have to hear this again
Enjoyed listening to this enlightened biologist Jerremy Griffith on The Human Condition. I have never heard such a clear and concise description that covers so many hard truths. For the first time in my life this man puts together the teachings of so many of the worlds greatest minds Hesiod- Plato- Arthur Koestier- Paul MacLean and well as Sir Laurens Van der Post and Richard Wrangham. He enlightens us without messing it up with his own ego. A very easy way to undestand the question we all have about what is happening in our world today. How did we get here and where are we going. I cannot get enough. Thank You so much for getting this online for us all to hear. Regards Robert.
Very interesting and informative.
Watching and listening with great intensity
This is not only deep,BUT VERY FUNDAMENTAL in where/whence things went astray in the mind of man!!
I don’t believe you. Family and life turn us towards caring, or to selfishness. We respond better to rewarded existence.
Each generation is born expecting to encounter the all-loving and all-sensitive world we humans originally lived in, and the more upset/soul-corrupted the world we actually encounter is, the more bewildered, hurt and damaged our soul became by that encounter…So growing up now in a world that is already horrendously upset means that by far the greatest reason for the upset in our lives is the effects of encountering all that upset when we were infants and children.”In Part 1 of THE Interview Jeremy Griffith explains all humans are born with an instinctive self or soul that is perfectly aligned to a cooperative and selfless way of living and that humans’ upset (angry, egocentric and alienated) behaviour is not a product of savage animal instincts within us, but the result of a universal psychosis caused by the unavoidable clash between our instinct and intellect. With this compassionate understanding of the human condition we can now appreciate that humanity’s necessary preoccupation with finding knowledge compromised our ability to nurture our children to the extent their instincts expect, but now that that preoccupation ends we can safely acknowledge the absolute importance of nurturing in our species’ development and in the individual development of children (see chapter 8:16C of Jeremy’s definitive book FREEDOM see contents page here).Amazing discovering The hidden truth. Thank you for all the efforts you put into this work to help humanity
This is best understood....as an excellent open-ended truthful explanation of the human condition, kuddos yeahya thankyou universe.
Very interesting concept of the human condition
Self consciousness could be the beginning. But that could be to an Advantage if we could be objective & rational in thought. It’s self Centeredness that is Negativity. We need good reasoning. Doing unto others what U want do unto U. This is the Basis.
GREAT !!
I’d like to hear more

Found: Loss of instinct: “In contrast to animals, which live according to pure instinct, humans are unsettled by their consciousness and often act against their nature”. Thanks for an urgent reminder. “Man is a sick animal” by F.Nietzsche.I’ve been puzzling over this for a long time.
Very interested in a breakthrough for humanity
I’m here expecting change
Awesome presentation. Thank you.
This subject is all new to me. I will have to learn more about it. I will study more about it as time permits.

Outstanding, thank you
Extremely educational !!!
Good news
The human race is not collectively psychotic. Segments of humanity are sicker than other parts of humanity. Historical analysis yields some insights into this psychopathology. Some of the pathology has its roots in the retention of archaic Neanderthal genes in certain populations of modern humans. These genes are slightly out of synchronized with the neighboring modern human genes.
So very informative as well as answering so many hard questions, of why we as humans do, say & act they way we do. Thank You C. Allen
This explains what I have been talking about for the past 5 years or more.
It surely is an interesting video but you can’t miss one word
I don’t know what to write. I just know I’m not right 😕
Thanks for your comment Jo.
I have my book and I am ready to read it.
I believe it can rewrite how our world turns
Very thought provoking! As a Christian, i found the science very close to my religious beliefs and I like to see if it will align even closer.
This was so necessary and right on time
How can a malignant narcissistic person have a paradigm shift?
Won’t the greedy and power-hungry simply ignore this?’ .
Absolutely brilliant!!!!
really astonishing , completely mind bending and reliving interview about the human condition. i wonder is this the real and what after that , what after we get cured or somthing from our condition . what is the meaning of life? , then . WE still don’t know yet but what if we know the the egocentric thing and alienated thing but , my question is what after we answered all the questions?
Too many assumptions and contradiction. Not all brains are the same, therefore your theory only applies to biological life forms that at least are similar if not identical. We all know that this is an impossible human condition. So far I disagree with your premise. Jeffrey Edwards
I have heard so many good things
Too Deep for Me
Bring it on, bro
um this human condition I’m pretty sure you will be asking for money very soon after you regurgitate someone else’s words
FIX THE WORLD is a not-for-profit organisation. This is a scientific pursuit and all our information and materials are provided free of charge. As our FAQ 1.9 ‘Should people be sceptical’ explains, the astonishing claims being made about Jeremy Griffith’s work do warrant initial scepticism however they all withstand scrutiny as what he presents is 100% logic. People find once they begin exploring the explanation the more they do the more they realise the claims are actually true, and in time become appreciated for their forthright honesty in indicating where the solution to our problems lies — as the commendations Jeremy’s work has received from eminent scientists and thinkers attest, including from Professor Harry Prosen (a former president of the Canadian Psychiatric Association) who said, “I have no doubt Jeremy Griffith’s work is the holy grail of insight we have sought for the psychological rehabilitation of the human race”.Life meaning interview
Very interesting thankyou so much for sharing
no comment ... so far,is intriguing.
Awesome and deep insight into behaviours we have carried up for decades without knowing how it portrays us in terms psychology and behavioral science. I’m humbled, thanks a lot
This information is good , also what curriculum in our schools for the passed decades have become too radical and in historically incorrect , compared to what we the older community were told , and learned has taken a drastic and socialistic turn into political communistic controlled state , which we all never were told or want in our lives in the first place!
Dogma is not the cure, it’s the poison.”The fundamental philosophical explanation of the left and right wings is, as THE Interview explains, that freedom of thought and individualism, sustained by the incentives of materialism and capitalism which right-wing constitutions uphold, are what maintained humanity’s heroic search for knowledge, ultimately for self-knowledge. And so paradoxically it was the right-wing that actually held the moral high ground and the left-wing that posed the real threat to humanity due to the fact that its dogmatically imposed pseudo-idealism gravely endangers freedom of thought and the search for understanding. Now the core mystery and problem about human behaviour of our so-called ‘good and evil’-stricken human condition has at last been solved we can understand the real merits and liabilities of both the left and right wings of politics and bring the whole necessary but ugly business of politics to an end (see our FAQs about politics).Thank you so much for this!
In a nutshell, all humans are fundamentally good and not bad or evil according to the non-abstract biological explanation of Jeremy Griffith which is based on evidence and scientific first principle.”Ultimately we needed to find the scientific explanation for why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy presents. We suggest FAQ 1.13 ‘Is this original or new?’Made me cry bc i suffer with suicidal thoughts alot Bc of the trauma in my life. This video has given me a whole new look on life & i am shook to the core. Wow just wow. I plan to share this with my 21k subscribers on youtube Thankyou so much. I’d love to be part of this
Thank you for your wonderful feedback Bodie and it’s great you want to share THE Interview with your YouTube subscribers (there’s a ‘SHARE’ button underneath THE Interview at the top of our homepage HumanCondition.com)!
I haven’t read or listened yet, but from the hopefuls that have touted this Man as an indepth futuristic, is enuf for me. We NEED change.
Will it take 2,000 years or 2 million years for us to finally understand what you’re saying now if it takes 2 million years we may not be around materialistically in the form of matter to see or feel how it feels to live in your conclusion maybe that’s what the idea of heaven is all about in any case I do believe we are eternal beings and if we are we may be around in some form to witness the fruits of your conclusion and since we have also deciphered that this universe is based on everything being in its place or finding its place through balance I would like to know where your conclusion rests regarding balance is it that we will We lied to ourselves for the last 2 million years so for the next 2 million years we will be seeking to finalize your conclusion through action and at the end of those 2 million years and we’ve finalized your conclusion where will the in any case there has to be balance and we have to remain individuals and I would like to conclude by saying what is the meaning of the word individuality if you break it down you will see that it means it breaks down to in the division of duality what is that duality thank you
Thank you John. Firstly, to reassure you that there is nothing wrong with our website. As we note at the top of our ‘Comments’ section, to ensure constructive discussion we moderate comments (which may take some hours) and may not publish any we feel are motivated by malice, or that make criticisms already addressed and repudiated, or ask questions already prominently answered on our comprehensive website with its many freely available books, essays and FAQs that can be easily searched electronically.Secondly, we need to point out that Jeremy Griffith’s work doesn’t ignore, exclude or contradict a belief in God, or Christianity. Compared to the new expansive, all-exciting, free, transformed state, those still stuck in the old embattled paradigm will be like sad, forgotten ghosts trapped in an obsoleted state.”Jeremy Griffith is the greatest mind of our Time.
Incredible
It’s indeed the most important interview ever
This is pure nonsense. Pre-historic humans were not innocent and devoid of competitiveness. They literally killed and ate each other. Competitiveness gave us Newtons , Da Vincis and Einsteins. I can add another hundred pages of contradictions, but the above is enough. Ciao.
In FREEDOM Jeremy also includes analysis of the sensitivity and gentleness of so-called primitive peoples, such as the San Bushmen and the Australian Aborigines, as well as evidence from mythology of a ‘golden age’ of innocence in chapter 2:7. So relevant thank you for who you are and what you do. Helping to understand the human condition
This is deep and insightful

Free your mind, Through Mutual Aid.
Really enjoyed the refreshing experience. I always felt this way and behaved most of my life, Like this feeling
If there ever is any real remedy to human fallen nature. then I really need to know.
