Thought provoking.
I have this belief also.
Time to heal ourselves.
Freedom for all is the only way forward ❣️❣️❣️
WTM Admin
Yes Franzesca this is such an incredible breakthrough as only through having this defence of our human-condition-afflicted reality can we finally be free of the human condition and heal ourselves and legitimately return to living in a loving and peaceful way. ‘Legitimately’ because at last we have the first principle-based science which liberates us to be honest about our conflicted upset state instead of denying or transcending it like the superficial, pseudo-idealistic approach of the New Age movement. (For readers of these comments this critical difference between biologist Jeremy Griffith’s work and the new age movement is explained in THE Interview and in FAQ 6.5.)

David Lantz
Seems plainly obvious.so easy to see very enlightening
WTM Admin
Yes David, the explanation of the human condition unravels and makes sense of the whole seemingly impenetrable and insoluble confusion of human life — and does so in such a simple way — it does appear ‘obvious’ or self-evident. It brings to mind Thomas Huxley’s famous response to Darwin’s idea of natural selection: ‘How extremely stupid of me not to have thought of that!’ However, in Part 2 of THE Interview biologist Jeremy Griffith answers the question of, ‘if the ‘instinct vs intellect’ explanation is so obvious, why weren’t we taught this at school?’; and similarly our FAQ 1.14 explains that the answer to the question of, ‘if these ideas are so important why haven’t people heard of them?’, is that the human condition has historically been an off-limits subject, and as a result people can find it difficult to take in or ‘hear’ discussion of it.
Sandra
Your missing the fact that once we learned the answers we came to know what was the right behavior and what was not. We have choice and some chose to ignore what was right and drifted to selfish behavior which accelerated to evil intent and greed. It boils down to choices
WTM Admin
Until we could explain the human condition, which we only now can with the critical new science presented here in THE Interview, we didn’t have the answer to the age-old question of why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish. Now we do we can understand that our contradictory behaviour was actually the result of the emergence of ‘free will’; when the conscious mind emerged, our pre-established instincts criticised its experiments in self-management, causing us to become psychologically upset. Significantly psychological upset or a psychosis can be healed with understanding, so our upset behaviour is not unchangeable or immutable. This is a revelation that transforms the human race because we now have the completely redeeming, uplifting and healing biological understanding of the core mystery and problem about human behaviour of our so-called ‘good and evil’-stricken human condition—thus ending all the conflict and suffering in human life at its source, and providing the now urgently needed road map for the complete rehabilitation and transformation of our lives and world! You might find helpful FAQ 1.38 ‘Aren’t some people just born psychopathic, or even ‘evil’? / How does this explanation rehabilitate people capable of ‘evil’ behaviour? / Does this condone ‘evil’ behaviour?’ and FAQ 1.40 ‘How can you hope to transform the world? / Won’t the greedy and power-hungry simply ignore this?’

This is wonderful. It tells of the future of mankind’s coming off age. How finally humanity having come from infancy through adolescence is now steadily matching to it’s long awaited coming off age when we finally can live in unity, harmony and in complete universal brotherhood and peace.

Talking about evolution and Adam and Eve in the same breath?it’s an oxymoron! creation or evolution?I don’t disagree with anything said other than we did not evolve ,evolution is a fairytale
WTM Admin
Thank you for your comment Philip. The human condition is the study of humans’ capacity for acts of both so-called ‘good and evil’. It’s the realm of inquiry where science and religion overlap, so in explaining the human condition religion is demystified and explained by bringing biological understanding to pre-scientific concepts. So Jeremy Griffith’s work doesn’t contradict the Bible and in fact he considers the Bible to be a repository of extremely rare denial-free truth, containing all the truth about human life albeit from a pre-science view. For instance Jeremy explains in this interview Adam and Eve is a pre-scientific metaphor for the emergence of consciousness and its clash with our pre-established, cooperative loving instincts, resulting in humans becoming psychologically upset or ‘sinful’ or ‘evil’. Jeremy’s work represents a reconciliation of science and religion, see FAQ 1.15 ‘If this is a biological explanation why are there religious references?’ and FAQ 6.3 ‘Does understanding of the human condition undermine a faith in religion or God?’.
In terms of what you say about evolution we suggest that with the human condition solved aspects of science can also be demystified and explained properly including ‘evolution’. Jeremy’s entirely new framework of human-condition-confronting-and-solving, holistic science means that at last we are able to look at evolution in an honest way. In his definitive book FREEDOMchapter 4:4 ‘The denial-free history of the development of matter on Earth’ Jeremy explains the word ‘evolution’ needs to be replaced with the word ‘development’ for while evolution implies that organisms do change or evolve it avoids acknowledging that there is a direction and purpose to that change, which is to develop the order of matter, a process that is driven by the physical law of Negative Entropy. Until we could defend our apparently divisive human condition, we have not been able to admit to this Integrative Meaning of existence, and so mechanistic science in particular has not been able to admit that evolution is a ‘developmental’ process not a random one. This is further explained in Jeremy’s Freedom Essay 25 ‘The truthful biology: the real story of the development of life, including humans’. Similarly, we can finally understand that ‘God’ is our deification of this underlying theme of all existence of the integration of matter which is summarised in FAQ 6.2 ‘What is the meaning of life? / What is the Integrative Meaning of existence? / What is ‘God’?’

Tell me more to end this turmoil
WTM Admin
Hi Jacquie. As Part 4 of THE Interview explains, this understanding of the human condition liberates us from an underlying insecurity and resulting psychosis that all humans have suffered from since we became a fully conscious species some 2 million years ago. This allows the immediate transformation of everyone’s life because, as Jeremy Griffith explains, “while it will take a number of generations to heal all the upset in us humans, everyone can immediately live free of their upset. The reason we can live free of it is that while we lacked the real defence and reinforcement of understanding of our corrupted condition, we absolutely needed the artificial defences and reinforcements of attacking any criticism of our corrupted condition, of denying and blocking it out, and of finding any positive reinforcement we could—anger, alienation and egocentricity are what sustained us — but now that we have the real defence and reinforcement of our fundamental goodness, all these artificial defences and reinforcements are obsoleted, they are no longer needed.” You can read more about the immediate transformation this understanding makes possible in FAQ 4.1.

nice interview. interesting. but please be informed that , regarding consciousness and divinity. In india thousands years ago there was precise realisation by rishis that human consciousness is a form of divine great soul.
pantheism....🙏
WTM Admin
Thank you RK. While Hinduism and other religions contain all manner of truths about human life, it is all from a pre-scientific view. Ultimately we needed to find the scientific explanation for why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy presents in THE Interview and his book FREEDOM. We suggest FAQ 1.13 ‘Is this original or new?’ which explains the unique significance of Jeremy Griffith’s work.
For a completely rational, non-mystical explanation of consciousness, we suggest Chapter 7 of FREEDOM — a summary of which is provided in FAQ 5.4 titled ‘What is consciousness? / Why is it that humans became conscious while other animals haven’t? / How did consciousness emerge in humans?’.
And finally, you might be interested in our FAQ 6.7 which explains how this scientific explanation of the human condition encompasses the so-called ‘spiritual’ element of life.

Yes, Sharon, there is a lot to digest so re-watching THE Interview is exactly what we recommend. The fundamental explanation is very simple but it does open up the historically off-limits subject of the human condition so it does take time to fully absorb. You must deal with the exponential function of Pop growth and SCARCITY!!
WTM Admin
Thank you for your interest, Tom. We suggest that the more you digest Jeremy Griffith’s ‘instinct vs intellect’ explanation, the more you will realise how realistic and accountable it actually is in getting to the source of all humanity’s psychological upset. As THE Interview explains, we have completely loving and selfless instincts (as a result of the nurturing love-indoctrination process explained in Part 3), and that our greed and conflict isn’t the product of limited resources, but a psychosis resulting from a clash between our emerging conscious mind and those pre-established instincts. Selfishness, which is what fighting over resources is, is a symptom of the underlying, deep insecurity in humans caused by the human condition, so if we solve that condition we resolve any competition over resources. Solving the human condition meant answering the essential question of why, when the ideals are to be loving and selfless, are we so competitive and selfish?

Reclaiming Paradise itself
WTM Admin
Yes, as is explained in THE Interview, unable to confront the human condition, science (and supporting academia) has been mechanistic and reductionist, and what’s more, has denied the existence of our psychologically troubled human condition, blaming our selfish behaviour on ‘savage instincts’ within us – see FAQ 1.2 ‘How does science currently explain the human condition?’ And that is where the human race has been stalled, waiting in an increasingly distressed state for the real explanation for our psychologically troubled human condition that will finally make sense of the riddle of human life. That is, until now—because that human-mind-liberating, psychosis-relieving REAL explanation has at last been delivered with Jeremy Griffith’s ‘instinct vs intellect’ explanation.

Interesting premise. Perhaps we were like that but I know some truly evil people. Would be wonderful if we could go backwards from where we are going
WTM Admin
Not only can we now understand that our original instinctive orientation is loving and cooperative, we can also understand that our pyschologically upset competitive, aggressive, destructive behaviour was an unavoidable, indeed necessary, part of human life. And we suggest that the more you digest this explanation, you will see how, in the extreme, the psychological upset produces people who are capable of what we have described as “evil”. Of course this breakthrough explanation doesn’t condone or sanction the horrendous atrocities humans can commit rather, through bringing compassionate understanding to the source of humans’ upset behaviour, it gives us the power to ameliorate and thus subside and ultimately eliminate it, see FAQ 1.38 ‘Aren’t some people just born psychopathic, or even ‘evil’? / How does this explanation rehabilitate people capable of ‘evil’ behaviour? / Does this condone ‘evil’ behaviour?’.
Yes, this understanding defends our so-called ‘dark side’ and explains that despite all appearances to the contrary, all humans are ‘good’. And by explaining the very good reason why our intellect had to defy our instincts, it makes redundant our defensive behaviours of anger, egocentricity and alienation, allowing us to return to the loving state we all crave. As the late Professor Harry Prosen, psychiatrist and former president of the Canadian Psychiatric Association, said: “I have no doubt Jeremy Griffith’s biological explanation of the human condition is the holy grail of insight we have sought for the psychological rehabilitation of the human race.”

Peace is found in meditation centre
WTM Admin
Practices such as meditation have certainly been invaluable tools in helping us cope with the upset human condition, calm the troubled mind and access our soul, but they ultimately fail to produce a lasting solution to the destruction and devastation we see all around us. Fundamentally they are about transcending, escaping, the pain in our brains, rather than confronting and solving it, and thereby its destructive effects, at its source which Jeremy Griffith’s treatise does.

I can understand the process of what you are coming up with.but the story it’s self of adam and eve is a story of control.the bible and all religions, and religious story’s are control.that’s why they where produced.modern day is the same they don’t want us to be open minded and ask the question, they want to control us.why is it that we have some many distractions in the world.they make indifference for a reason.like it is religion or from another country or culture.if the world was one world goverment,no religion and no indifference from the start,or no greed of controlling the population.then we would already be traveling the stars, cured disease and accomplished amazing things.for the world to truly change, then we would “we would have to think as a singular, one purpose or as equality, for us to truly move forward.imagine this...one world goverment..everyone has free living”home",free energy, free health care, free education, free travel, free to all technology as produced.if the world was made where all got equal to everything and thought as a singular focus to better it species as whole ,then the greed and the indifference and the need to be better would good away.and the goal would be how I can be better for my species as a whole.we would have the freedom to dream for the future in ways that we can never do today.just a though..
WTM Admin
Thank you for your thoughts Stephen. It does take time to see this understanding presents the universal solution to all the problems we face no matter our religion, politics or belief system. This is because it answers the question of WHY when the ideals of life are to be loving and selfless are we also so greedy, indifferent and selfish. To do this required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great breakthrough that biologist Jeremy Griffith has found. With this knowledge we can at last advance the human race from a human-condition afflicted state, where religions and governments were a means of helping to manage the destructive effects of our condition so we could continue searching for knowledge, to a state completely free of that terrible affliction. To quote FAQ 1.6 ‘Why understanding the human condition solves everything’: “So, in a world fast going crazy from the effects of the human condition, this is the now desperately needed reconciling understanding that brings about a new world for humans FREE of the agony of the human condition. This is the understanding that ends human suffering at its source, and unites the human race.” Also FAQ 1.40 is helpful as it answers the questions of ‘How can you hope to transform the world? — In particular, how are you going to change the behaviour of the rich and powerful? / How are you going to reach the bastions of power? / Won’t the greedy and power-hungry simply ignore this?’
Aron Gamman
I have been studying environmental issues since my 20's. It is a tautology. How do we stop “leaders” like Donald Trump? What does Jeremy say?
WTM Admin
Thank you for your interest Aron. Biologist Jeremy Griffith’s ‘instinct vs intellect’ explanation of the human condition allows us to understand that issues such as environmental devastation; resource depletion; overpopulation; mass displacement of peoples, gross inequality and polarised politics are all symptoms of a deeper problem and will not fundamentally change at all until we solve this dilemma of the human condition — our insecure, guilt-ridden, defensive capacity for ‘good’ and ‘evil’ — and bring self-understanding to the human situation. You might find our FAQ 1.6 ‘Why does understanding of the human condition solve everything?’ helpful.
In terms of politics this explanation also allows us to understand the real merits and liabilities of both the left and right wing. Jeremy’s work certainly recognises the destructive brutality of the right-wing; indeed he brings understanding to the whole extremely destructive angry, egocentric and alienated human condition. He also recognises the failing of the Left, which is that its dogmatic insistence on cooperative, selfless and loving behaviour stifled and oppressed the freedom of expression and individualism needed to find knowledge, ultimately self-knowledge, the redeeming understanding of our seemingly destructive human condition that thankfully he has now found and presents in his book FREEDOM. Basically his work brings profound understanding to both sides, which ultimately brings to an end the whole ugly business of politics. This is fully explained in our FAQs about politics.

This instincts and a Conscience mind should have been probed long ago
But it’s never too late
WTM Admin
It has actually been probed. As Jeremy Griffith says in Video/Freedom Essay 4 “I am not the first person to identify the instinct vs intellect elements involved in producing the human condition. As I describe in chapters 2:6 and 2:7 of my book FREEDOM: The End Of The Human Condition, there have been many thinkers throughout history—indeed many of the acknowledged great thinkers in history—who have recognised that the answer to our angry, egocentric and alienated human condition lay in understanding that a clash must have occurred between our already established instincts and more recently emerged conscious mind.” But what was missing from all these accounts was the actual distinction between the conscious mind and the instincts that caused them to come into conflict, namely that gene-based learning system can orientate species to situations but the nerve based learning system is capable of insight into the nature of change.
And you are right, its not too late! Solving the human condition solves all the confusion, frustration and suffering in human life at its source so we can actually stop the destruction of ourselves and the planet and save the world. See FAQ 1.5 ‘Why is understanding the human condition important to my life?’ and FAQ 1.40, which addresses the questions of ‘Aren’t the problems of the world too overwhelming to ever be fixed? / Isn’t it too late to save the world? / How can you hope to transform the world?

WTM Admin
Thank you for your comment Htay. Great care has been taken to present the explanation as quickly and simply as possible (which is done in Part 1 of THE Interview), however, opening up the human condition does mean that there are several absolutely critical questions to be answered (Parts 2, 3 & 4). For a very brief summary of the ‘instinct vs intellect’ explanation see FAQ 1.3.
Aron Gamman
I find calling this all liberation to be very frustrating.
WTM Admin
Hi Aron, explanation of the human condition produces a huge paradigm shift in our thinking, which takes time to fully digest so hopefully this reply will help you to persue your interest despite your frustration. Astonishingly, with the core mystery and problem about human behaviour of our so-called ‘good and evil’-stricken human condition understood we can be free of our upset state! As FAQ 1.5 ‘Why is this important to my life’ explains we now have the ability, for the first time ever, to understand every aspect of human behaviour and our behaviour will change naturally as a result. At last we can understand that our behaviour has been driven by a deep insecurity about our fundamental goodness or worth and now that our goodness is biologically established we no longer have to behave insecurely and selfishly and can legitimately return to a selfless way of living. ‘Legitimately’ because at last we have the first principle science which liberates us to be honest about our conflicted upset state instead of denying or transcending it — also see Freedom Essay 15 ‘How our lives can be immediately transformed’. What this means is that even though the world is approaching terminal alienation and terrible damage has been done to ourselves and our environment, the selfless love and energy that this redeeming, reconciling and rehabilitating explanation will generate will spread like wildfire and solve our problems very quickly. As biologist Jeremy Griffith explains in THE Interview, and also in his definitive book FREEDOMchapter 9:9 ‘How the Transformed Lifeforce Way of Living will quickly repair the world’, instead of being preoccupied with power, fame, fortune etc, all our energies will be freed to truly work together and focus on doing whatever it takes to end the suffering in all the corners of the world. Selfishness was the problem, but selflessness is the key to fixing everything quickly (see FAQ 1.40 ‘Aren’t the problems of the world too overwhelming to ever be fixed? / Isn’t it too late to save the world? / How can you hope to transform the world?’). Also, while it necessarily has a slow start, humanity’s uptake of the explanation of the human condition has a fast finish, which Jeremy also explains in FREEDOM ch 9:9: “Although this new world for humans, which the World Transformation Movement has been established to facilitate, will, as has been stated, have a slow beginning because humans initially find it difficult even taking in or ‘hearing’ discussion about the human condition, once the WTM is discovered, word of it and what it offers every human and the world will spread like wildfire—as the exceptional denial-free thinking prophet Teilhard de Chardin wrote, ‘The Truth has to only appear once…for it to be impossible for anything ever to prevent it from spreading universally and setting everything ablaze.'”

WTM Admin
Thank you so much Christian. For those new to this, it is important to note that even though it is a completely rational, fully acountable scientific explanation being put forward, Jeremy Griffith’s work doesn’t contradict a belief in God or religion. It simply brings biological understanding to all those pre-scientific concepts. In fact, what people discover is it is the fulfilment of a time that all religions looked forward to when we could actually explain ourselves, see FAQ 6.3 ‘Aren’t all Griffith’s demystifications of religious teachings going to be seen by supporters of religion as blasphemy? / Does understanding of the human condition undermine a faith in religion or God? / How does this affect my personal religious practice? / How can you reconcile the explanation of the human condition that defends the upset state with religious teachings that condemn upset?’

Is this attached to an organized religion? If so, which one.
WTM Admin
No, this has nothing to do with any religion Amy. However, Jeremy Griffith’s scientific work doesn’t contradict a belief in God or any of the main religious tenets. It simply brings biological understanding to all those pre-scientific concepts. In fact, Jeremy considers the Bible to be a repository of extremely rare denial-free truth, containing all the truth about human life albeit from a pre-science view.
It is also worth noting that although this is science, it is based on a ‘Godly’ nature in the sense of recognising, like all the great religions do, that we humans once lived in a pre-human-condition-afflicted state of original innocence where we were perfectly instinctively orientated to the cooperative, selfless, loving, ‘Godly’ ideals of life; ‘God’ being explained in as being the integrative meaning of life (see FAQ 6.2). Our additional FAQs about religion may also be of interest.

“THE” ( singular ?) Human Condition ? (What might that be ? Mine ? Your’n ? His’n ? Her’n ?) There are seven or eight BILLION of us - ALL DIFFERENT - and all “Human”
WTM Admin
It’s true that there are nearly eight billion of us, all with unique personalities, histories and temperaments. But as biology shows, great diversity doesn’t mean there isn’t also a common underlying cause behind many different surface expressions. Essentially Jeremy Griffith explains that when humans developed a conscious mind some two million years ago, a battle unavoidably developed between it and our already established instincts. The result of this conflict between our instinct and intellect was an undeserved sense of guilt and insecurity that caused us to become psychologically upset — angry, egocentric and alienated — a state we sought to alleviate through a competitive, selfish and aggressive bid for the reinforcement we could gain from winning power, fame, fortune and glory. While each of us lives out our own individual form of it depending on our own encounter with the human condition (which includes our upbringing, our culture etc etc), we can now see that we’re all wrestling with the same internal conflict. But now that we can explain and understand this conflict and the guilt it produced, all those insecure, defensive, egocentric behaviours are obsoleted, brought to an end, and we free ourselves from the human condition.

It’s often said that prehistoric people had to be aggressive because they needed to hunt for protein — but Jeremy Griffith’s biological explanation of the human condition reveals that this interpretation mistakes a symptom for a cause.
In our species’ original, innocent past—what Griffith calls “Childman,” before we became fully conscious—we lived cooperatively and peacefully in harmony with nature. Evidence from existing hunter-forager societies shows that up to 80 percent of the food is gathered by women, not hunted by men, which means hunting was never primarily a nutritional necessity. The shift from a gentle, largely vegetarian existence to an aggressive, meat-eating one occurred after our intellect became conscious and began to question our instinctive orientation to love and cooperate. That clash between instincts and intellect created unbearable guilt and insecurity—what Griffith identifies as the core human condition.
Unable to explain or defend themselves against the unjust accusation that they were “bad,” early men sought relief from that condemnation. Hunting became one of the first ways to demonstrate power and worth in the face of that internal anguish. The innocence of animals—and of nature itself—was unbearable to upset humans because it wordlessly reminded them of the innocence they had lost. Attacking animals was therefore not a requirement for survival but a psychological outlet: a tragic attempt to regain a sense of self-respect by dominating what seemed to condemn them.
So the aggression associated with hunting was not wired in as a survival adaptation; it was learned behaviour arising from the deeper conflict of our emerging consciousness. The impulse to exert power in unhealthy ways today is a continuation of that same unresolved insecurity, not a leftover of protein-seeking evolution. When understood in this light, we can finally see that our aggression is not innate or irredeemable—it’s the tragic symptom of a misunderstood psychological burden that can now, at last, be explained and healed. You can read more about the devlopment of hunting in chapter 8:11B of FREEDOM.

Wow I loved this , so true but this needs to be shared all over so people can understand why we are like we are thank you so much 😊👍
Kelly George
Wow. This really is a mind blowing interview. As you said , it’s something that needs to be studied upon, so that we as humans can renew . This helps me to understand the Bible so much clearer . Thank you. Praise God
WTM Admin
Thank you so much for your thoughts Kelly. The human condition is the realm of inquiry where science and religion overlap and just as Nobel Prize-winning physicist Charles H. Townes said “they [science and religion] both represent man’s efforts to understand his universe and must ultimately be dealing with the same substance. As we understand more in each realm, the two must grow together…converge they must”. So Jeremy Griffith’s reconciling understanding of the human condition at last makes it possible to explain and demystify all mythology, including all the parables and stories in the Bible. For instance, as Jeremy explains in Part 2 of THE Interview, the story of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden is a metaphor for the conscious mind going in search of knowledge in the presence of pre-established loving instincts, and how the conscious mind was in effect ‘condemned’ by those instincts, and as a result became ‘upset’ or angry, egocentric and alienated. So the metaphor of eating the fruit is symbolic of us defying our cooperative instinctive self in order to begin searching for knowledge, which was what consciousness required. So we weren’t like God knowing as we were ignorant of cause and effect, we had no insight, but now with the human condition solved we do and at last can metaphorically “become like God knowing good and evil”. In religious terminology, we can now understand from scientific first principles that ‘Adam and Eve’ were ‘good’ to search for knowledge, not bad or ‘evil’ or ‘sinful’; we humans are actually the absolute heroes of the whole story! As you recognise this removes the burden of guilt from humanity; it couldn’t be a bigger breakthrough. We recommend our FAQs on religion for those with a religious background.

A very interesting perspective on the human condition, thanks for caring enough to share. I would have to listen to this a few times to be able to comment on it, in a constructive way, as to give my feedback.

What hope and freedom we have at our fingertips when we hear the news from Jeremy Griffith! Schools, churches, medical and governmental institutions should all be teaching this!

The system capitalism is unable to develop the human society.
WTM Admin
What is so important about Jeremy Griffith’s ‘instinct vs intellect’ explanation of the human condition is that it finally explains the real reason for why humans’ competitive and power-hungry behaviour became an unavoidable, indeed necessary, part of human life. Proving we were better than someone else gave us validation and reinforcement to counter the deep insecurity we felt about having to become self-corrupted. And so competition, sustained by the incentives of materialism and capitalism, are what maintained humanity’s heroic search for knowledge, ultimately for self-knowledge. With our goodness and worth now biologically established, we no longer need to be preoccupied with proving our goodness and worth. Solving the human condition solves all the confusion, frustration and suffering in human life at its source so we can actually stop the destruction of ourselves and save the world.

Truly inspirational in all its nature.. .
A mind blowing interview that capture the attention of of people globally and that explains the intention and purpose of us humans and to understand the universe we belong to ..

Should be shared at church no matter what religion we are . Makes sense 💞
WTM Admin
Thanks very much Jackie. Yes, Jeremy Griffith’s work doesn’t ignore, exclude or contradict a belief in God, or the truths enshrined in the great religious texts about the ‘fall’ of humanity. It simply brings biological understanding to all those pre-scientific concepts. We can now look at the whole human journy and appreciate that religion has played a significant role as both the custodian of the ideal state and as a means of solace for those exhausted by the corrupting journey. What people discover is Jeremy’s work actually reconciles science and religion. In fact, it presents the fulfilment of a time that all religions looked forward to when we could actually explain ourselves, see FAQ 6.3 ‘Does this undermine religion/God’ and FAQ 6.2 ‘What is God’. It represents the end of faith and dogma and the beginning of knowing.

Interesting but a bit complicated for my 74 year old mind.
WTM Admin
Hi Barbara, we welcome your interest. As THE Interview explains, the human condition is the most fearful of subjects because it’s the issue of whether we are fundamentally good or bad and our fear of this subject can make us think that what is being presented is complicated, but it really isn’t (see our FAQ 1.16 ‘Why am I struggling to understand this?’). For instance, in Part 1 of THE Interview the explanation is presented as quickly and simply as possible. It explains when we humans developed a conscious mind some 2 million years ago, a battle unavoidably developed between it and our already established instincts. The result of this conflict between our instinct and intellect was that we became psychologically defensive, angry, alienated and egocentric — the upset state we refer to as the human condition. But now that we can explain and understand this conflict, all those insecure, defensive behaviours are obsoleted, brought to an end, and we free ourselves from the human condition. Also our FAQ 1.3 presents a very brief summary of the key ‘instinct vs intellect’ concept. We hope this helps Barbara and encourages you to revisit THE interview.

Anxious to verify if Jeremy Griffiths
will be able to will raise to my expectations in explaning such important existential problem.
WTM Admin
Hi Joao, that is great you are keen to verify what Jeremy Griffith is presenting as that is exactly what we encourage people to do!! The best place to start is to watch THE Interview where he presents his breakthrough ‘Instinct vs Intellect’ explanation of the human condition. From there, ideally you would read the two expansions: Jeremy’s mid-length 2025 book The Human Condition and his definitive book FREEDOM. Also, it is very helpful to watch the 3 Intro Videos, which are The Great Guilt, The Great Transformation, and Sermon On The Beach and our 16 main videos are very instructive. We also have an extensive FAQ facility! All our videos and books are freely available to watch, read or download — just go to the World Transformation Movement homepage at HumanCondition.com and start exploring. You are right Joao the human condition is such an important problem to explain and solve so we send you all our encouragement Joao and welcome any questions you may have.
Chris
I think the Bible is the most important book? Oh, it is. Jesus Christ is the Truth, the Way and the Life. If everyone followed Christs example, everything would be much much better.
WTM Admin
Thank you for your comment Chris. We certainly respect people’s religious views and feel it is important to mention that Jeremy Griffith’s work doesn’t contradict a belief in God or Christianity. It simply brings biological understanding to all those pre-scientific concepts. In fact Jeremy considers the Bible to be a repository of extremely rare denial-free truth, containing all the truth about human life albeit from a pre-science view. He also considers Christ to be one of the greatest, most sound (still able to access the truthful world of his soul), denial-free thinking prophets in history and has written about Christ’s life and its phenomenal importance in humanity’s journey in Freedom Essay 39.
Although this is science, it is based on a Godly nature in the sense of recognising, like all the great religions do, that we humans once lived in a pre-human-condition-afflicted state of original innocence where we were perfectly instinctively orientated to the cooperative, selfless, loving, ‘Godly’ ideals of life; ‘God’ being explained in Jeremy’s definitive book FREEDOM in chapter 4 as being the integrative meaning of life. (See also FAQ 6.3 ‘Does this undermine religion/God’.) The difference being that we can now with the benefit of science, bring clarifying, first-principle biological explanation to our so-called ‘good and evil’-afflicted human condition and why we had to depart from our original innocence, whilst religion had to rely on metaphor and a more literal interpretation.

Most people are good, kind, helpful, loving and selfless. Anyone who’s travelled a bit in this world can witness to this truth
WTM Admin
Thank you for you comment Johnny, we appreciate you contibuting your experience. Yes we have the capacity for immense selflessness, love, compassion and humanity but it is also undeniable we also have the capacity for shocking acts of selfishness, hate, brutality and war (see our Freedom Essay 29 ‘Can human conflict ever end?’). Ultimately to solve this puzzle — resolve and liberate ourselves from our conflicted human condition — we needed to find the scientific explanation for WHY when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless can we be so angry, competitive and selfish. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy Griffith presents in THE Interview.
Lynda Johnson
Very Informative and it makes a lot of sense. Hope people listen
Eric Rosolack
Of course many people will benefit from others being understanding, but try being understanding to a narcissist or sociopath or psychopath and see how much they “improve”. With billions of people in the world there is always a wide spectrum of consciousness from low to high. I strongly recommend the book “Power vs Force” by David Hawkins in which he describes and numerically quantifies the different levels of people and animals.
WTM Admin
Hi Eric, key to biologist Jeremy Griffith’s explanation is that to fulfil the great potential of our conscious mind we had to defy our cooperative moral instincts. This defiance or battle resulted in humans’ psychologically upset state and, in the extreme, that upset produces narcissistic and psychopathic behaviour. So we all suffer degrees of upset depending on our encounter with this battle. What is so utterly exonerating and psychologically healing about our ability to now understand this is that we can finally appreciate that there was a very good reason—indeed heroic reason—for our upset; and this applies to all humans, even those with extreme expressions of it. Importantly, this doesn’t condone such behaviour, rather, through the power of compassionately understanding its source it subsides and ultimately eliminates it, see FAQ 1.38 ‘Aren’t some people just born psychopathic, or even ‘evil’? / How does this explanation rehabilitate people capable of ‘evil’ behaviour? / Does this condone ‘evil’ behaviour?’. You can also read more about destructive excessively egocentric power addicted behaviour in Jeremy’s definitive book FREEDOMchapter 8:16D, see especially par. 1003. And Jeremy further elaborates on this need for power and domination in Freedom Essay 62 where he gives a presentation overviewing the entire human journey and explaining how this understanding makes possible the real therapy and rehabilitation of the human race. As psychiatrist Professor Harry Prosen, a former President of the Canadian Psychiatric Association, wrote: “the beauty of Griffith’s treatise is that the healing starts at the macro level of the universal human condition; the healing of the shame and blame that the whole human race has suffered from…It brings the greater context and love to all human psychosis and suffering, and then, from under the umbrella of that safe position, everyone can gradually work inwards to their particular experience of all the imperfections in human life that have now, finally, been made sense of” — see FAQ 1.34 ‘How does understanding the human race’s condition help with an individual’s depression and psychosis?’ In terms of what you have written about David Hawkins' book. Jeremy makes the key biological distinction that humans suffer from the conscious-mind-based, psychologically troubled human condition, not the genetic-opportunism-based, animal condition. So we suggest in terms of humans the key determining factor isn’t a “wide spectrum of consciousness” but rather the wide spectrum of psychological upset caused by the human condition.
Pamela
I’ve not heard such a simple explanation of this topic. Food for thought & discussion with others. Looking forward to doing so. Many people are not interested. Hoping this will provoke some interest in the reasons for much world behaviour!
WTM Admin
Hi Pamela, this critical new science certainly provides plenty of food for thought so we appreciate your consideration! Yes people’s disinterest in the human condition is understandable because, as is explained in THE Interview, the very nature of the human condition means discussion of it can be initially difficult to access. This is because historically the issue of whether we are fundamentally good or bad has been the most terrifying of all subjects to face, and so we have necessarily generally lived in almost total denial of it. Wonderfully however, this ‘deaf effect’ can be overcome with patient perseverance and everyone can access this most wonderful of all gifts of understanding the human condition! See our FAQ 1.16 about the deaf effect and its solution and also Jeremy Griffith’s astonishingly revealing presentation The Great Guilt that causes the Deaf Effect.
Jim stack
Great ideas and understanding. I can’t wait to read and hear how we get the mean and angry people to understand and change this new paradigm.
WTM Admin
Yes Jim this understanding does introduce a new paradigm so it’s great you want to read more about it!! As biologist Jeremy Griffith explains all humans are born with an instinctive self or soul that is perfectly aligned to a cooperative and selfless way of living and that humans’ upset (angry, egocentric and alienated) behaviour is not a product of savage animal instincts within us, but the result of a universal psychosis caused by the unavoidable clash between our instinct and intellect. So the human condition is something we all suffer from to varying degrees but what is so signicant is a psychosis can be healed with understanding. As Jeremy says in Part 1, “it is actually really good news that our behaviour is due to a conscious-mind-based psychologically troubled condition because psychoses can be healed with understanding”! We suggest you read FAQ 1.6 ‘How does this understanding solve everything’ which explains “All the problems we’re experiencing on this planet, aside from natural phenomenon, are caused by us humans. We are the ones who are egocentric, selfish, greedy, materialistic, fake, angry as hell. And so it’s that underlying issue — our destructively behaved, so-called human condition — that really has to be addressed and fixed if we are to solve the world’s problems... So, in a world fast going crazy from the effects of the human condition, this is the now desperately needed reconciling understanding that brings about a new world for humans FREE of the agony of the human condition. This is the understanding that ends human suffering at its source, and unites the human race.”
Pamela
This is the first time I’ve heard such a cohesive explanation
Peter Monheit
When humans act towards each other with love and social and civil peacefulness towards all other humans, regardless of who they are or where they come from, we will have arrived at the most ideal point in human history. But this assumes that we have learned how to live without interpersonal violence, murder, war, and the constrictions of Tribalism.
WTM Admin
Thank you for your comment Peter. As Jeremy Griffith explains in Part 3 of THE Interview recent theories such as ‘group selection’ have attempted to argue that altruism or cooperation arose in our past through selection against aggression, but it is flawed biology because the reality is that any selfless behaviour will always be relentlessly selected against (see chapters 6.8 to 6.10 of his definitive book FREEDOM). No, the only way that genuine cooperation or selflessness could develop was through the nurturing based love-indoctrination process, which Jeremy also introduces in Part 3 (and refers the audience to chapter 5 of FREEDOM). This is summarised in our FAQ 5.2 ‘How did we humans acquire our all-loving, unconditionally selfless moral conscience?’. Also, our FAQ 7.3 and Freedom Essay 14 explains in more detail why the ‘group selection’ biology being used to supposedly explain humans’ cooperative instincts (actually ‘selfish’ instincts) and supposedly explain hostility towards outsiders is false. Disproving ‘group selection’ as flawed and dishonest biology also disproves the idea that it is the source of ‘tribalism’. So, as is explained in Part 1, our selfish, competitive and aggressive behaviour is not due to savage instincts but is the result of a psychosis caused by the ‘instincts and intellect’ clash. And, most significantly, as Part 4 explains a psychosis can be healed with understanding, so our psychologically upset human nature is fixable or changeable—not unchangeable! This critical new science has attracted the support of eminent scientists and thinkers around the world which you can read on the Commendations page on our website.

Nice Interview... I have some questions you said that humans 2 millioner year ago begin feeling bad or evil and compaired it with Adam and Eve “the apple of wisdom” my english is not that well maybe I misunderstood it. I think the example with was it bonobles some ape race was very good, and i like you are qeustening the surival of the fitness... But our excuse to have our instinckts from the naturen more aggressive spises is some kind of choice a stigmata... We can compairs us self withe living åben the look like us as a species or elefant there is very lovefull the are marmels too the are pregnant for a long period to develop a loving symbiotisk. Another thing you are Australien why dont you use abouriganls as an example for hov lovely the human race can develop there are very rich in a spirituelle way... I think AI’S is a good tool for improve the abillyty to think and Calcutta, but in the wrong hands evil or rich or people who wants to dictate the feature, its a very bad thing, so if the most aggressive and competative humans have that tool, and the true is they actually have, so how will your new wisdom of the human mind deal with billioner with tools and need to rule and dictate the feature? What are Australiens doing for Abourigins rights to understand nature and beeing a spiritually people?
WTM Admin
Thank you for your thoughts Laurids and given English isn’t your native language we have tried to respond as best we can understand your comment. Yes biologist Jeremy Griffith ‘instinct vs intellect’ explanation at last frees us from the false excuse that we are driven by genetic selfishness or survival of the fittest genes. He explains that all humans are born with loving moral instincts but we all now variously suffer from a psychosis brought about by the conscious mind’s necessary yet corrupting search for knowledge. In THE Interview Jeremy explains the story of Adam and Eve is a pre-scientific metaphor for the emergence of consciousness and this clash with our pre-established, cooperative loving instincts. However, significantly we can now understand, from scientific first principles, that ‘Adam and Eve’ were ‘good’ to search for knowledge, not bad or ‘evil’; we humans are actually the absolute heroes of the whole story!
So Jeremy explains the key biological distinction between humans and other animal species is that humans suffer from the conscious-mind-based, psychologically troubled human condition, not the genetic-opportunism-based, animal condition. Even though other animals, like elephants, display various levels of socialness they are driven by gene-based natural selection and the essential fact or rule of natural selection is that genes are unavoidably selfish, so there is a fundamental limit to the amount of selfless, loving behaviour they can develop. The brilliance of Jeremy’s work is he explains how humans biologically overcame this genetic limitation through what he identifies as the ‘love-indoctrination’ process, which produced our all-loving, altruistic instincts, and in THE Interview uses the example of the extraordinarily cooperative bonobos, who have developed this ‘love-indoctrination’ process to a lesser degree. (Jeremy refers the audience to chapter 5 of his definitive book FREEDOM for a comprehenisve explanation of this love-indoctrination process, which is summarised in FAQ 5.2.
At last with this instinct vs intellect explanation of the human condition we can understand that while all humans are now fully conscious and part of the extremely upset stage of humanity, H. sapiens sapiens, and are therefore nowhere near as innocent as humans were some 2 million years ago when the battle of the human condition first emerged, there are more innocent or sheltered ‘races’ (ethnic groups), like the Australian Aboriginals and the San Bushmen (mentioned in ch 2:7 of FREEDOM), who have not been as exposed to humanity’s heroic battle to find knowledge as less sheltered races, and so they aren’t as psychologically upset as those less sheltered races. So yes, more sheltered races have more affinity with our instinctive soulful, cooperative way of living and nature, however they are still very psychologically embattled. Most significantly, despite the differing levels of upset due to everyone’s different encounters with humanity’s heroic battle to find knowledge, we are all equally good. You might like to read our FAQ 9.1 about how this puts an end to racism and for a testimonial on the power of this knowledge to end racism, we recommend the presentation from Franklin Mukakanga, of Zambia, in Video/Freedom Essay 8. Also you can read what the indigenous founder of our Broome WTM Centre in Australia, Mick Manolis, says about the importance of Jeremy’s work. To quote: "This World Transformation Movement Centre at Broome in the extreme north-west of Australia is here to particularly help the people of Western Australia’s Kimberley region learn more about the human condition — what it is, how it has been solved and what this now means for the human race. Put simply, everyone must know ‘the scientific principle that everyone is born good and equal’ which biologist Jeremy Griffith’s scientific explanation finally reveals the truth of. My name is Michael Manolis, I am a Yawuru person here in Broome, and I am so happy to have made contact with the WTM in Sydney. It makes me feel that I am not alone in this world, it gives me strength and conviction to carry on with our dream up here of bringing about a Bran Nue Dae for our aboriginal people and every other human. I am a part of the Yawuru Jugan community in Broome and we have won our native title rights, we have an infrastructure here that I am proud of. I have seen the honesty of our elders and mother tongue speakers who told the truth to the High Court of Australia who the Yawuru/Jugan people are. This convinces me that what Jeremy says in FREEDOM about the relative innocence of our people, and the original innocence of the human race, is true. I want to say I appreciate very much his life, his hard work and his courage to stick his head out to tell the world this information.”
Yes, there is a lot of concern about Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the world at the moment and Jeremy has written a small book titled AI & Aliens: The Truthful Analysis that explains his thoughts on this much discussed question of the danger of AI, and also his thoughts on the possibility of alien life visiting Earth. It is freely available, as are all of his publications, here on our website.

WTM Admin
Good on you for persevering Anthony! While great care has been taken to present the explanation as quickly and simply as possible (which is done in Part 1) Jeremy Griffith also explains in THE Interview the very nature of the human condition means discussion of it can be initially difficult to access. This is because historically the issue of whether we are fundamentally good or bad has been the most terrifying of all subjects to face, and so we have necessarily lived in almost total denial of it, which means our minds can initially struggle to hear and absorb discussion about it. This is further explained in our FAQ 1.16 which includes the questions ‘Why can’t I understand what this is all about / What is the solution to the ‘Deaf Effect’?’ so we encourage you to read that.
Also our FAQ 1.3 presents a very brief summary of the key ‘instinct vs intellect’ concept. Essentially, when we humans developed a conscious mind some 2 million years ago, a battle unavoidably developed between it and our already established cooperative instincts. The result of this conflict between our instinct and intellect was that we became psychologically defensive, angry, alienated and egocentric – the upset state we refer to as the human condition. But now that we can explain and understand this conflict, all those insecure, defensive behaviours are obsoleted, brought to an end, and we free ourselves from the human condition.
We also suggest, before you read Jeremy’s definitive book FREEDOM, you read his new book The Human Condition which is an important presentation as it serves as a powerful mid-length bridge between THE Interview and FREEDOM and takes his human-race-saving insights to a new depth of clarity — so it is a must read! You can freely access it on our homepage under the heading ‘WHAT NEXT after watching THE Interview?’.

Thought provoking. I have this belief also. Time to heal ourselves. Freedom for all is the only way forward ❣️❣️❣️

Seems plainly obvious.so easy to see very enlightening
Your missing the fact that once we learned the answers we came to know what was the right behavior and what was not. We have choice and some chose to ignore what was right and drifted to selfish behavior which accelerated to evil intent and greed. It boils down to choices
I am excited to hear the interview
I’m so interested in this and want to know more so I can build my own future
This is wonderful. It tells of the future of mankind’s coming off age. How finally humanity having come from infancy through adolescence is now steadily matching to it’s long awaited coming off age when we finally can live in unity, harmony and in complete universal brotherhood and peace.
Talking about evolution and Adam and Eve in the same breath?it’s an oxymoron! creation or evolution?I don’t disagree with anything said other than we did not evolve ,evolution is a fairytale
In his definitive book FREEDOM chapter 4:4 ‘The denial-free history of the development of matter on Earth’ Jeremy explains the word ‘evolution’ needs to be replaced with the word ‘development’ for while evolution implies that organisms do change or evolve it avoids acknowledging that there is a direction and purpose to that change, which is to develop the order of matter, a process that is driven by the physical law of Negative Entropy. / What is ‘God’?’This makes so much sense I’ve always felt us as humans are more intelligent and more capable and understood then we know
The book is quit good, it is informative
Spread and share the love. We all deserve to understand and gain access to knowledge by sharing and understanding how we become a better understanding and loving human.
Tell me more to end this turmoil
Very original and informative!
Thank you for this amazing knowledge you share.
Makes good sense on why we are the way we are.
Hello, I swear by this. I play this video opens up my clarity, Im starting to silence all around me. I dont recognise today’s world. I kept packing up and just go to drown out the modern day distractions until I heard the truth behind our our natural instincts we were put on earth for. Thank you. Please if anyone sees this video please watch this video and listen with your heart. Turn off all unimportant appliances and truly listen, its helping me focus. Its what we need for today and all who is our next generation. God bless all, amen.
Facts man i cant tell u how much i agree AGREE with this im glad someone finally brought it up cus I am sick SICK I TELL YOU of the way the world is run. There is INJUSTICE!!!!!! IN THIS WORLD....... AND PEOPLE LIKE US NEED TO FIX IT!!!!!!!!! #FIXTHEWORLD THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU 🥰 (THANK you for reading) 🙂 :^) 🥳🎉
Have known your work from a while ago...will continue to learn and read your advice.
nice interview. interesting. but please be informed that , regarding consciousness and divinity. In india thousands years ago there was precise realisation by rishis that human consciousness is a form of divine great soul. pantheism....🙏
How did consciousness emerge in humans?’.And finally, you might be interested in our FAQ 6.7 which explains how this scientific explanation of the human condition encompasses the so-called ‘spiritual’ element of life.I need to listen again to this interview
Yes, Sharon, there is a lot to digest so re-watching THE Interview is exactly what we recommend. The fundamental explanation is very simple but it does open up the historically off-limits subject of the human condition so it does take time to fully absorb. THE Interview’s transcript is also freely available on our World Transformation Movement homepage at HumanCondition.com, where you will also see the perfect guide to pursue your interest.
Please Blast this! The world needs it like last year! Please Teach this as fundamentals at a very young start and you can change humanity today as we know it! 🙏 Stop spreading the toxicity of today’s lazy, self centered, and righteousness ideology, and calling it human nature. Human nature was instilled in and every one of us, and that human nature is Love & Peace for all.
I have had these dreams and thoughts since a very young age. This weighed heavily on my heart the first 3 min. I need to know more!
Fascinating something we can truly build on as a race it might take afew generations to fully transform but wow does it give the human race hope Amazing
It’s really appreciated 🙏
You must deal with the exponential function of Pop growth and SCARCITY!!
Very informative.
Interesting hidden from the usual academia _ enhanced reprogramming towards the TRUTHS that Shall set Us Free . Reclaiming Paradise itself
I really enjoyed and gained so much from this books and videos.. im really glad i found this. This is an eye opener for anyone,.....
Thank you 😊
Thank You so much for such a Profound Interview helping me with a greater understanding for the Human Condition .....Thank You Mr Jeremy Griffiths 🙏🏻
This is a very positive new view of human beings and really transforming to a understanding, cooperative and caring condition
I am 86 years old and always interested in the development of our human condition. Listening to the entire conversation has tied the lose ends of my education and understanding. There is truly hope for my grandchildren and the generations to come. We are after all and evolving molecule or millions of them. Thank you!!
Interesting premise. Perhaps we were like that but I know some truly evil people. Would be wonderful if we could go backwards from where we are going
Does this condone ‘evil’ behaviour?’.Yes, this understanding defends our so-called ‘dark side’ and explains that despite all appearances to the contrary, all humans are ‘good’. And by explaining the very good reason why our intellect had to defy our instincts, it makes redundant our defensive behaviours of anger, egocentricity and alienation, allowing us to return to the loving state we all crave. As the late Professor Harry Prosen, psychiatrist and former president of the Canadian Psychiatric Association, said: “I have no doubt Jeremy Griffith’s biological explanation of the human condition is the holy grail of insight we have sought for the psychological rehabilitation of the human race.”Amazing
Very interesting. I’ve got to get the book now!

Very interesting!!!
Truth is the best thing to Have the way of and The Most High!
Excellent to say the least. What a joy to know that we HUMANS can and will Live in Unity.
The idea that we can listen to a voice of Reason and get an explanation for moral Instincts, and is the human condition. The key of course is to understand that humans by Nature are good.
Peace is found in meditation centre
Practices such as meditation have certainly been invaluable tools in helping us cope with the upset human condition, calm the troubled mind and access our soul, but they ultimately fail to produce a lasting solution to the destruction and devastation we see all around us. Fundamentally they are about transcending, escaping, the pain in our brains, rather than confronting and solving it, and thereby its destructive effects, at its source which Jeremy Griffith’s treatise does.

True. Amazed. Thank you.
Great
I can understand the process of what you are coming up with.but the story it’s self of adam and eve is a story of control.the bible and all religions, and religious story’s are control.that’s why they where produced.modern day is the same they don’t want us to be open minded and ask the question, they want to control us.why is it that we have some many distractions in the world.they make indifference for a reason.like it is religion or from another country or culture.if the world was one world goverment,no religion and no indifference from the start,or no greed of controlling the population.then we would already be traveling the stars, cured disease and accomplished amazing things.for the world to truly change, then we would “we would have to think as a singular, one purpose or as equality, for us to truly move forward.imagine this...one world goverment..everyone has free living”home",free energy, free health care, free education, free travel, free to all technology as produced.if the world was made where all got equal to everything and thought as a singular focus to better it species as whole ,then the greed and the indifference and the need to be better would good away.and the goal would be how I can be better for my species as a whole.we would have the freedom to dream for the future in ways that we can never do today.just a though..
I have been studying environmental issues since my 20's. It is a tautology. How do we stop “leaders” like Donald Trump? What does Jeremy say?
This is liberation and freedom indeed. Thank goodness 😅.
Very good
I love it
This instincts and a Conscience mind should have been probed long ago But it’s never too late
How can you hope to transform the world?Love it
Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to experience the interview.
Amazing information for the world to know.
Amazing.
This is the most amazing news ever received ❤️
Some people will benefit by getting information in shorter messages
Thank you for your comment Htay. Great care has been taken to present the explanation as quickly and simply as possible (which is done in Part 1 of THE Interview), however, opening up the human condition does mean that there are several absolutely critical questions to be answered (Parts 2, 3 & 4). For a very brief summary of the ‘instinct vs intellect’ explanation see FAQ 1.3.
I find calling this all liberation to be very frustrating.
As biologist Jeremy Griffith explains in THE Interview, and also in his definitive book FREEDOM chapter 9:9 ‘How the Transformed Lifeforce Way of Living will quickly repair the world’, instead of being preoccupied with power, fame, fortune etc, all our energies will be freed to truly work together and focus on doing whatever it takes to end the suffering in all the corners of the world.
I love this because it’s life changing
Totally amazing have shared it with all my friends. It makes everything make sense 🙂
I’m thrilled at listening to Craig Conway interview Professor Jeremy Griffiths 1hour explanations of the wonderful challenges of changing the world’s behaviour and beliefs. I would like to access his books. Thanks.

Amazing !!!
It is a welcome development. This is what we have been waiting for. May Jehovah bless those through whom this initiative was given.
Great insight, wonderful explanation much appreciated
An all time and world most awaited literature to free mankind from every day social and economic chaos. The mind is everything.
Watched the interview and it was mindblowing. Indeed he explained it so well.
Is this attached to an organized religion? If so, which one.
No, this has nothing to do with any religion Amy. However, Jeremy Griffith’s scientific work doesn’t contradict a belief in God or any of the main religious tenets. It simply brings biological understanding to all those pre-scientific concepts. In fact, Jeremy considers the Bible to be a repository of extremely rare denial-free truth, containing all the truth about human life albeit from a pre-science view.It is also worth noting that although this is science, it is based on a ‘Godly’ nature in the sense of recognising, like all the great religions do, that we humans once lived in a pre-human-condition-afflicted state of original innocence where we were perfectly instinctively orientated to the cooperative, selfless, loving, ‘Godly’ ideals of life; ‘God’ being explained in as being the integrative meaning of life (see FAQ 6.2). Our additional FAQs about religion may also be of interest.I’m looking forward to hearing this. I need something to believe in.
This is the explanation I have been waiting for. we are looking and searching to understand our human dilemma. Jeremy Griffith has provided us with a explanation.
This is awesome. It is both mind blowing and inspirational. Thank you for bringing this to the surface for humanity to explore.....with humility.
I have been looking for this material a long time.
“THE” ( singular ?) Human Condition ? (What might that be ? Mine ? Your’n ? His’n ? Her’n ?) There are seven or eight BILLION of us - ALL DIFFERENT - and all “Human”
You like this and the breadth of ramifications
I need to know more, thank you so much

A wonderful idea
Amazing
He failed to acknowledge that prehistoric people had to hunt animals for protein. Therefore they had to be aggressive. It may still be wired in some of us. Without the necessity to hunt these days we may still exert power in unhealthy ways.
That clash between instincts and intellect created unbearable guilt and insecurity—what Griffith identifies as the core human condition.Unable to explain or defend themselves against the unjust accusation that they were “bad,” early men sought relief from that condemnation. Hunting became one of the first ways to demonstrate power and worth in the face of that internal anguish. The innocence of animals—and of nature itself—was unbearable to upset humans because it wordlessly reminded them of the innocence they had lost. Attacking animals was therefore not a requirement for survival but a psychological outlet: a tragic attempt to regain a sense of self-respect by dominating what seemed to condemn them.So the aggression associated with hunting was not wired in as a survival adaptation; it was learned behaviour arising from the deeper conflict of our emerging consciousness. You can read more about the devlopment of hunting in chapter 8:11B of FREEDOM.Wow I loved this , so true but this needs to be shared all over so people can understand why we are like we are thank you so much 😊👍
Wow. This really is a mind blowing interview. As you said , it’s something that needs to be studied upon, so that we as humans can renew . This helps me to understand the Bible so much clearer . Thank you. Praise God
Extraordinary! Must see!!
I will share this info
The system capitalism is unable to develop the human society.
This has come up in my memories on Facebook so glad I came across it again. Fantastic interview share share share
First time I’m watching this.. Excited to hear what all this is all about..
A must watch.. Blew my mind! Thanks
Interesting but a bit complicated for my 74 year old mind.
You will get hooked you will keep coming back to the true explanations that cuts through all the bullshit I’m so grateful 🙏
Anxious to verify if Jeremy Griffiths will be able to will raise to my expectations in explaning such important existential problem.
You are right Joao the human condition is such an important problem to explain and solve so we send you all our encouragement Joao and welcome any questions you may have.
I think the Bible is the most important book? Oh, it is. Jesus Christ is the Truth, the Way and the Life. If everyone followed Christs example, everything would be much much better.
And that’s the truth And that’s the truth
I am Chinese American from Hong Kong. I have been a seeker for truth to our humanity, bless you for your enlightening awaking of the reality of our humanity mind and spirituality!
Most people are good, kind, helpful, loving and selfless. Anyone who’s travelled a bit in this world can witness to this truth
Very Informative and it makes a lot of sense. Hope people listen
You can also read more about destructive excessively egocentric power addicted behaviour in Jeremy’s definitive book FREEDOM chapter 8:16D, see especially par.
I’ve not heard such a simple explanation of this topic. Food for thought & discussion with others. Looking forward to doing so. Many people are not interested. Hoping this will provoke some interest in the reasons for much world behaviour!
Great ideas and understanding. I can’t wait to read and hear how we get the mean and angry people to understand and change this new paradigm.
This is the first time I’ve heard such a cohesive explanation
When humans act towards each other with love and social and civil peacefulness towards all other humans, regardless of who they are or where they come from, we will have arrived at the most ideal point in human history. But this assumes that we have learned how to live without interpersonal violence, murder, war, and the constrictions of Tribalism.
(Jeremy refers the audience to chapter 5 of his definitive book FREEDOM for a comprehenisve explanation of this love-indoctrination process, which is summarised in FAQ 5.2.At last with this instinct vs intellect explanation of the human condition we can understand that while all humans are now fully conscious and part of the extremely upset stage of humanity, H. sapiens sapiens, and are therefore nowhere near as innocent as humans were some 2 million years ago when the battle of the human condition first emerged, there are more innocent or sheltered ‘races’ (ethnic groups), like the Australian Aboriginals and the San Bushmen (mentioned in ch 2:7 of FREEDOM), who have not been as exposed to humanity’s heroic battle to find knowledge as less sheltered races, and so they aren’t as psychologically upset as those less sheltered races. I want to say I appreciate very much his life, his hard work and his courage to stick his head out to tell the world this information.”Yes, there is a lot of concern about Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the world at the moment and Jeremy has written a small book titled AI & Aliens: The Truthful Analysis that explains his thoughts on this much discussed question of the danger of AI, and also his thoughts on the possibility of alien life visiting Earth. It is freely available, as are all of his publications, here on our website.Mental growth.
Looking forward to reading it 💟
It’s wonderful to learn of your interest Kelly. The transcript of THE Interview is available here on our website. You can access this via the ‘TRANSCRIPT’ link under the video of THE Interview at the top of our homepage or there is a ‘Transcripts of videos’ button under ‘The Main Videos’ also on our homepage.
had to reread it alot, hope “freedom” goes better for me
Good on you for persevering Anthony!
You can freely access it on our homepage under the heading ‘WHAT NEXT after watching THE Interview?’.Very insightful. Understanding our human capacity is of paramount importance.
