Wonderful and true. your Amazing bringing the science to show the immortal beings we are. love compassion and grace to you live long and prosper. Andrew.

You are right But is too late

WTM Admin

Even though this explanation has deeply resonated with you for you know it is right Martina there is still a lot to absorb to know just how all-clarifying, all-redeeming, all-reconciling, all-healing and all-liberating it is! With more digestion we suggest you will see it isn’t too late to save the world as long as people, who do appreciate its truth, support it. It is certainly the 11th hour, but as Jeremy Griffith explains, once this takes off, this information will turn things around almost overnight, see FAQ 1.4. We recommend Jeremy’s Freedom Essays about ‘Do we fail or do we make it?’ (see F. Essays 55—58). These present a fearlessly honest analysis of the state of the world followed by how the extraordinary transforming power of this information can save the world. So come and help us do exactly that and register for our live events with Jeremy Griffith and join our WTM Community Facebook Group to share in this transforming knowledge.

Although I have encountered a few, apparently ‘evil’ people, I now realise they are ‘damaged’ individuals. The vast majority are ‘good’ people who rally to support ‘victims’. I believe it’s: “Survival of the most cooperative” NOT “Survival of the fittest”. Evolution is Inevitable. Your explanation was so affirming for me. Thank you for your insight. Much-needed & appreciated 🙏 Cheers, Tony

WTM Admin

Yes, at last we can understand where humans’ ‘damaged’, what historically has been termed ‘evil’, behaviour comes from. As THE Interview explains all humans are born with loving moral instincts but we all now variously suffer from a psychosis due to the human condition and, in the extreme, that psychologically conflicted upset state produces extremely destructive behaviour. Of course this breakthrough explanation doesn’t condone or sanction the horrendous attrocities humans can commit rather, through bringing compassionate understanding to the source of humans’ upset behaviour, it gives us the power to ameliorate and thus subside and ultimately eliminate it, see FAQ 1.38 Aren’t some people just born psychopathic, or even ‘evil’? / How does this explanation rehabilitate people capable of ‘evil’ behaviour? / Does this condone ‘evil’ behaviour?

Netta

Good day, I am astonished with this incredible interpretation and discovery. A lot in this interview is shockingly true and enlightening, BUT why keep on referring to MOSES, in the context Moses does not fit the picture, is it not the Creator who should be referred to? Tnx for this, I am enjoying the interview so much, Regards, all the way from South Africa

WTM Admin

Explanation of the human condition presents an entirely new way of understanding humans and our world Netta so it does take some adjustment time. Jeremy Griffith mentions Moses, along with other thinkers, who have recognised the instinct vs intellect elements in creating the human condition. In fact Jeremy explains that the prophet Moses went as close as you could possibly go in those pre-scientific times to actually explain the human condition when he said “we took the fruit from the tree of knowledge [became conscious] and were disobedient [obviously meaning we developed a conscious free will that defied our already established instincts that had been controlling our lives] and became perpetrators of sin [sufferers of psychologically upset, divisive behaviour]”. Jeremy’s work demystifies religion and reconciles it with science by bringing biological understanding to such pre-scientific concepts as the story of Adam and Eve. You might find FAQ 6.3 ‘Does this undermine religion/God’ and FAQ 6.2 ‘What is God’ helpful. Also Jeremy’s Freedom Essays 38 – 41, which further decipher religion, are absolutely fascinating.

Cindy R. Canada

Beyond grateful for this beautiful, insightful, comphrensive explanation of how we got to where we are today. I have complete faith in our humanity that we make our way back to “the garden”.

Remadios Castaneda Casolari

I am so grateful.

Ted Slate

How are we able to bring light to those in power, isn’t chasing the dollar easier , more profitable than war, less destructive than total destruction of races of people?

WTM Admin

As with any new scientific breakthrough in history it will take time to gain mainstream acceptance, and from there break through the bastions of power in the world. However once this information gets a foothold through enough people developing a deep appreciation and desire to support it, the selfless love and energy that will generate will solve our problems very quickly because, as THE Interview explains, instead of being selfishly preoccupied with power, fame, fortune and glory, to the point that we would sometimes come into conflict with one another as a result, all our energies will be freed to truly work together and focus on doing whatever it takes to end the suffering in all the corners of the world. Jeremy Griffith elaborates on this need for power, control and domination in Freedom Essay 62 where he gives a full presentation of the entire human journey and how understanding of the human condition now makes possible the real therapy and rehabilitation of the human race.

Heath N. UK

At long last someone’s found, understood and explained this crazy existence we live. Maybe just maybe there is a happy ending after all. 🙂❤️

Tracy Florez

I read the entire interview twice and it definitely has me wanting to learn more. It resonates as “truth” to me.

Linda OHara

We must put ethics back into the minds of children. We must teach ethics above all tbings. What good is a society if right and wrong has not being taught.

WTM Admin

THE Interview explains we are all born with a moral sense of right and wrong—an ethical compass—expressed as our conscience. The great question that raises then, is why do we lose that moral orientation and behave so unethically? Appealing to a set of teachings certainly helped prevent humanity from destroying itself, but ultimately we needed to find the redeeming scientific explanation for why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy presents in THE Interview and his book FREEDOM. What Jeremy is putting forward is that for there to be a fundamental change in our human situation we had to understand the human condition – humans’ capacity for right and wrong – from a biological perspective.

Jozsef Csak

Glad someone trying to help people! God bless you ! Joe from WA goldfield

Rachelle

With respect, if you read the Bible, it would tell you exactly what the human condition, you don’t need a scientist to tell you something that they can’t even prove. The Bible explains it all in plain simple language, and also gives you hope for the future.

Lilias Davidson

Has anyone a blueprint of how the masses will get there?

WTM Admin

Once people gain an appreciation for how all-clarifying, all-reconciling and all-liberating this knowledge is its implementation happens quickly as you can see from the ecstatic responses at the top of our homepage! What is so challenging is breaking through the historic fear we understandably have to discussion of the human condition and also the resistance humans have to change (see Video/Freedom Essay 1). So, as with any new scientific breakthrough in history, it needs courageous pioneers to initiate it, and then the universal change will take time to implement (see FAQ 1.7), but once this information gets a foothold through enough people developing a deep appreciation and desire to support it our problems will be solved very quickly! As THE Interview explains instead of us being preoccupied with proving ourselves artificially (through seeking power, fame, fortune and glory) all our energies will be freed to truly work together and focus on doing whatever it takes to end the suffering in all the corners of the world (you can read more about how this solves everything in FAQ 1.6. So exciting and relieving is this freedom from the human condition that everyone will want it so it will catch on like wildfire and this is already happening! Apart from the excited responses our homepage shows the rapidly growing appreciation and support for the WTM with outstanding commendations from thought leaders and WTM Centres all over the world! Also, every day more people join our Facebook Group and register for our live events with Jeremy Griffith to share in this transforming knowledge so we hope you do too!

Mankind has been in criminal progress for thousands of years. Why is that? The human animal is a social species. There is a competitive nature in social species, on average. What is the advantage to a competitive nature as far as instinct and survival is concerned? Quote: “To validate worth?” You are describing the lack of true nature in many. Not the true nature of many. There are two kinds of human beings in general. Those with a true nature and those without a true nature. You cannot fix those without a true nature. Validation isn’t the absolute condition that explains a competitive nature. A social condition that includes competitive conditions is what brings about a need to validate worth for those without a true nature. Those that cannot accept the truth of what they are is those without a true nature. Those that live in a diluted state of mind are almost impossible to speak with or correct the diluted reality they live in for one reason. Those people cannot accept some truths. Those kinds of people cannot live in reality and if their diluted reality is questioned, they become angry. These kinds of people lack the ability to accept absolute truth. These kinds of people find validation in self through possession of some kind. These people with no true nature or lack self worth, attach their worth. The attached worth drives these kinds of people to violate others. Cheating and stealing is a natural result of the individual lacking a true nature. Trust is a very important condition in a social environment. You cannot fix those without true nature and you are not explaining anything as such, the human condition.

The most amazing part of my ‘enlightenment ’ with the interview is the feeling that it is something that I subconsciously always knew but the interview brings it out into the open

John

Humbug.

Gloria lambert

This interview gives me hope for the human race! Thank you for this amazing insight.

Renzo Bertolani

my understanding of THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE is an instinct that is taught by your parents starting from infancy. often seen in a poor society, contentment is a state of knowing that you have enough food in the house to last you for some time, greed starts comings into play when one has to compete to survive, human comfort becomes the ultimate need, instinct becomes a need to conquer, often canceling the importance of being a loving neighbor. questioning the dogma of truth will set you free.

“We are dual existences, denizens of two worlds, the rational world of phenomena, and the irrational world ‘in itself’. Only a Natural Ethics capable of appealing to both can lay claim to stability.” - Ernst Frankenstein (1881-1959) - father of Natural Ethics - as Frank E Warner in ‘Future of Man’ (London 1944) “And yet there is only one world.” - ibid. This has reached the same healing conclusion, and if enough people do, the world will change, forever.

WTM Admin

Yes, humans have certainly appeared to be extraordinarily irrational. As the great polymath Arthur Koestler wrote, ‘Man had somehow acquired the “unique, murderous, delusional streak” that propelled him, inevitably, to murder, to torture and to war’. However to actually heal this ‘irrational world’, appealing to a set of ethics was not enough, ultimately we needed to find the scientific explanation for why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy presents in THE Interview and his book FREEDOM. What Jeremy is putting forward is that for there to be a fundamental change in our human situation we had to understand the human condition – humans’ capacity for good and evil – from a biological perspective.

I am fascinated by the writing. I’m eager to learn about the human condition and I have gone through most of the comments and are marvellous. I will keep follow the debate and commentaries to learn more and gain more knowledge on this thesis.

If you never listen to an interview again, but listen to this one with Jeremy Griffith. This is what the world wants and needs to achieve and when you listen to this man and how simple this is, the people of this world will have come full circle and will live in harmony for ever more as it was meant to be from the beginning of time. Awesome, mind boggling, and simply amazing😊🙏❤️

Richard McCormick

Boys and girls play seek and find. We are here on earth to seek and find, but under these two umbrellas there are multiple things that fall within the task, and our choices that we make under our umbrella determines the outcome of the storm. If you look to the finer qualities of people which are proven to produce a progressive society of continuity, then everything under our umbrella grows and the storms secede. These same laws extend up into the universe, and it is all connected with our existence. When we correlate this to God, he also comes to seek and find. Interestingly on earth, we translate that into heaven and hell or as above so below. The goal of the continuous game is to continue growing and becoming a better race so that we can continue our interaction with God.

Brenda Bibby

Thank you, brilliant insights.

Extraordinary, educational explanation, worth watching and sharing

[Not bad. The transcription is good, the translation is good and the bibliographical references are appreciated. A good job. Indeed, as readers comment, the interview does not clarify much about the methodology to be followed to overcome “psychosis”. Perhaps this biologist-anthropologist should write jointly with a psychologist. The key seems to be “freedom”, which I suppose is what the book is about. I will try to have a look at it. Thanks in any case for your work. Best regards (translated from Spanish).]

WTM Admin

Thank you for your comment Javier. Part 4 of THE Interview is titled ‘How does the psychological rehabilitation actually occur?’ and explains how this understanding frees you from the universal psychosis caused by the human condition. Also, at the end of Part 4, the viewer is referred to the video series that follows THE Interview which elaborates on what is presented and includes Video/Freedom Essay 5 ‘The Transformation of the Human Race!!’     To briefly answer your question here. Understanding why, when the ideals are to be loving and selfless, are we so competitive and selfish, gives us the ability, for the first time, to understand every aspect of human behaviour. The explanation quickly changes how you view humans, and most importantly yourself, and your behaviour will change naturally as a result, see FAQ 1.5. As distinguished psychiatrist Professor Harry Prosen (who wrote the foreword to Jeremy Griffith’s definitive book FREEDOM) said “What Griffith is presenting is understanding of the source insecurity that the whole human race suffers from for having destroyed our species’ innocent soul. It is a universal self-blame that his understanding at last provides healing insight into. All human behavior is saturated with that universal insecure, depressing state and resulting anger, egocentricity and alienation that has developed from it, but we finally have the compassionate foundation insight needed to dismantle all that ‘upset’/psychosis. So the real psychotherapy of our collective and individual psychoses can begin” see FAQ 1.34.

This book to me is as important as the Bible. Matter of fact it is the answer to our condition. And I have my own beliefs where this came from. It’s beautiful. A precious gift

Can’t buy this explanation, I’m sorry to say. The Bible tells us our innate sinful nature is the problem with the human condition. And then it assures us that Jesus is the only cure.

Wow !!!! Oh wow. Big relief !!! The biggest distortion in our belief. We were not the villain. I carried that around for ages. This was a great great discovery. Now it is time to work on the upset. I’m just excited. I hit the bullseye finding this. Jeremy thank you very much you have no idea how this will help me.

Interesting but a little bit grim the way he described the human race. I feel he has completely missed the target. True what he said of what we have become but the reason why I feel is incorrect there is a lot more to it than what he explained. I did enjoy the interview though and he should keep digging I hope he proves me wrong.

WTM Admin

As THE Interview discusses, Jeremy Griffith’s work presents a new paradigm that dares to confront the historically unbearably confronting and off-limits subject of the human condition so there is a lot to absorb and consider. THE Interview explains there is a psychological dimension to our behaviour, that we humans have suffered not from the genetic-opportunism-based, non-psychological animal condition, but the conscious-mind-based, psychologically troubled human condition. This is presented in greater detail in Video/Freedom Essays 2 and 14 if you would like to explore this further.

Nina Dreyer Henjum

Thank you! This we need!

Maree

Wonderful interview What a blessing it was for me to stumble on this interview and realise that there was a golden age and it can come again because we are not just our animal instincts as was previously taught

Pant Laxmi

A potentially breakthrough idea. With my limited knowledge of biology I was wondering if this is something we hear about compassion and perhaps spirituality.

WTM Admin

THE Interview explains all humans are born with an all-loving and compassionate soul or instinctive self from which our ‘spirituality’ is sourced, but that we departed from that state because of the conscious mind’s necessary search for knowledge. The fundamental explanation presented is very simple but there is much to absorb about this new paradigm of thinking. We recommend re-watching the presentation, especially Part 3 ‘How did we humans acquire our instinctive cooperative and loving moral conscience?’. Also WTM FAQ 1.26 ‘What is soul’ discusses the depth of sensitivity this pure and truly moral part of ourselves can access.

Daniel Solloway

I admire your efforts to solve the human condition but I’m not sure just the understanding between the conflict of our instincts and our self-awareness will calm the turmoil within each human being. I hope your Utopia vision actually takes place but I’m not sure it will. Will Durant the great historian said that the in the Torah it says man at one time walked on all fours and had a tail. The body is from earth and the soul is it from heaven and the conflict between the two. Similar to what you were saying

WTM Admin

Jeremy Griffith makes the point in this presentation that from ancient times many thinkers have identified the elements of instinct and intellect involved in creating the human condition, however the great breakthrough science can now provide is the clarifying explanation of the nature of the conflict between them. Understanding that the gene-based learning system can orientate a species, but that the nerve-based learning system is insightful, allows us to understand that the conscious mind was right to defy our instinctive self and search for understanding. Without that explanation the conflict could not be resolved (you might be interested in Video/Freedom Essay 4 where this is explained in more detail). Now that we have the real defence and reinforcement of our fundamental goodness, all our artificial defences and reinforcements are obsoleted, they are no longer needed. So yes, understanding does heal a psychosis, because ultimately, that psychosis was based on the conscious mind wrongly believing that it ‘bad’ to disobey our instincts. See FAQ 1.13 ‘Is this new or original’ and FAQ 1.5 ‘Why understanding solves everything’. Also, THE Interview explains this is not some pseudo idealistic vision of utopia, rather it is a first-principle biological explanation for why we haven’t been cooperative. It is only with the intellect defended for why it had to defy our ‘idealistic’ instincts and become ‘realistic’, that the cooperative world becomes possible, or even legitimate. FAQ 6.5 is important to read as it further explains the critical difference between Jeremy’s work and pseudo idealistic movements.

Coaster Lee Eggleston

I am impressed…!

Kathryn

What surprises me is that people haven’t worked this out before. It’s very much been my belief for many years (30 or 40 at least). It comes from self knowledge, and others have sought it in the past. The Buddhist philosophy is very much in line with this man’s worldview, which is, perhaps, why Buddhists are involved in wars so infrequently. The conscious separation of instinct and intellect necessary for rational behaviour is indeed what separates us from the animals. The choice we make is to be rational or not, and we are the only species, as far as we know, that can do this. The fact that many do not choose reason over instinct is a sad indictment upon our social systems in many places that positively encourage such thinking. This is all pretty obvious to anyone that really thinks about it; the sad thing is that so many who are quite capable of it, choose not to. This level of thinking definitely seems to be confine to those that dwell well to the right side of the IQ Bell Curve, and our big problem will be to convince those on the opposite side, many of whom are bright enough to be nasty, but not bright enough to deduce the futility of being so, for themselves. Force will never work (it never has) and rational debate will take time, quite a lot of it. Hopefully rationality can be achieved before we destroy everything, including ourselves, and only free choice to be reasonable will achieve it. I am both optimistic and pessimistic at the same time. The thugs in the world seem to prevail so often, and to tackle them on their own brutal terms means a compromise from which it might be very difficult to resile once the brutes are not in charge.

WTM Admin

The problem is not that enough people don’t choose reason over instinctive behaviour; no, as Jeremy explains in THE Interview, our instinctive self is all-loving and all-sensitive, and it is our supposedly ‘rational’ ‘reasonable’ conscious mind that is psychologically upset angry, egocentric and alienated because of its necessary pursuit of knowledge. As such, it is no surprise that Buddhist philosophy or ‘choosing to be good’ has not stopped war or the destruction of our world and the disintegration of society that is happening everywhere we look. Indeed, nothing to date has brought an end to the upset state of the human condition—it’s still rampant everywhere. The only way to actually end suffering was to deal with the source of our species’ corrupted human condition and bring relieving understanding to it, which is what Jeremy Griffith’s treatise does and why it is heralded as the biological breakthrough that can save the world, see FAQ 1.3 and FAQ 1.6.     Also FAQ 1.16 explains the human condition has been a terrifying subject because it confronts us all with just how insecure and alienated we have become and this causes an initial ‘deaf effect’ which makes ‘hearing’ the explanation difficult. Jeremy explains we have become so alienated that what was needed to solve the human condition wasn’t greater IQ but soundness or security of self, see this section from his bestselling book A Species In Denial.

I absolutely impressed by this great interview. I hope it’ll probably continue as we get deeply involved with it and grabbed the best understanding of what is all about. I want to be one of his contact person who can help teach my people at my home, communities, schools, colleges and universities in my country. I am from Liberia West coast of Africa. I absolutely love it.

Tura Perkins

I am so excited to discover the human potential!!!

Naz

Really interesting...and reinforces the believes of the Native Americans that there is a relationship between humans and nature ; and the African concept of Ubuntu (community love and it takes a village to raise a child). Also, the prophets of the Bible constant appeal that we return to our original ways of brotherly love.

WTM Admin

At last we can understand humans have loving and cooperative instincts and once lived in total harmony with each other and nature. What is of critical importance is Jeremy Griffith’s work explains WHY we have lost this ability which the more innocent races and people you mention still maintain a degree of access to. This explanation answers the age-old question of why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish. It is only with the intellect defended for why it had to defy our loving instincts and become angry, egocentric and alienated, can we legitimately return to ‘brotherly love’ or the nurturing, loving and sensitive state we once lived in, see FAQ 1.5. You might be interested in watching Reginald Khotshobe’s video, who founded WTM Eastern Cape in South Africa, because Reginald also equates Jeremy’s work with ‘Ubuntu’.

WOW 🤩

Marlene Meddings-smith

Section 2: Plato was not writing about the time in which he lived, nor were the other writers you quoted in this section. Additionally, humans understood cause and affect long before the the “150 years or so” ago which you stated. The thread of your logic breaks with these points.

WTM Admin

Thank you for your comment Marlene. There is no suggestion that Plato or the other writers were describing the time they lived in – they were describing our species’ distant past. Indeed, in THE Interview, Jeremy introduces Plato saying that “Plato gave this very similar description of description of our species’ pre-conscious time in innocence.” ‘Pre-conscious’ refers to a time millions of years ago.     With regard to humans understanding cause and effect, it is explained in THE Interview that consciousness, which is the ability to understand cause and effect, emerged some 2 million years ago, not 150 years ago. The reference to 150 years is in regard to science’s ability to explain the human condition, and is as follows: “Precisely, it’s only in the last 150 years or so that science has given us A: the ability to know that the gene-based natural selection process gives species orientations to the world; and B: the knowledge of our nerves and how they are able to remember events, which, much developed, has led to our mind being able to sufficiently understand the relationship between cause and effect to become conscious of, or aware of, or intelligent about those relationships.”     You may be interested in the transcript of THE Interview, which is available here on our website.

Brilliant

Valerie Fargas

This is so simple and I’m excited to put it into practice.

danielle ferrari morley

thank you , I guess this is just the beginning and as we delve more deeply in the many experiences of what it means for our souls to freely soar not just “paradise” on earth , but being aware of the multi dimensions within the universe and all that there is to expand into, yes healing and becoming once more our whole and true selves , what a magical gift and renewal of life itself. its ours to fulfill.

WTM Admin

Yes, with the human condition at last solved we will be able to legitimately return to our sensitive soul’s world but for that to occur we must get these crucial, world-saving answers out into the world. Only the psychosis-addressing-and-solving, real explanation of the human condition can stop the destruction of our world and the disintegration of society that is happening everywhere we look and that must be our focus before exploring other dimensions of the universe. Once we have mainstream support for this information the importance of our soul and all its sensitivity will be fulfilled like never before. As Jeremy Griffith talks about in his interview with Australian broadcaster Caroline Jones: “All our upsets can subside and then we will become sensitive, incredibly aware. There’s a world out there of so much beauty that we can now tap that we’ve never been able to tap, and occasionally a great artist might just make some, cut a little window into that magic world through which we could all get a little access to the paradise. But there’s a world where one minute of the future, the beauty encapsulated in that would be more than all the beauty we can accumulate in a whole lifetime. There is nothing that man has created that would remotely compare with the magic of our lost paradise.” You can listen to or read this interview in WTM More Good Info Email 2.

Robin Drijber

Instinct versus reason, right wing versus left, dualism the story Shakyamuni gave us the answer to with the concept of bodhi citta. . Nice to see western science just catching up,!

WTM Admin

While Buddhism and other religions contain all manner of truths about human life, it is all from a pre-scientific view. Ultimately we needed to find the scientific explanation for why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish. There have been thousands of years of different techniques to try and achieve enlightenment by calming, repressing and even transcending our psychologically upset human condition and deferring to the soundness of our soul in one form or another, but none of them have brought an end to the upset state of the human condition—it’s still rampant everywhere. The reason is because they don’t solve the human condition. They don’t deal with the source of our species’ corrupted condition and bring relieving understanding to it. This is what Jeremy Griffith’s treatise does and why it is heralded as the biological breakthrough that can save the world. See FAQ 6.5 ‘Is this just another self-help, New Age, pseudo idealistic, superficial-treatment-of-psychosis type movement?’

Hi...thank you...it’s so beautiful to finally hear this....I agree... possibly the most important message one can hear...I discovered this reality through meditation. Namely osho meditation.... wishfully the whole world will hear your truth.... thank you...love and awareness... pramendra 💜

WTM Admin

Thank you for your thoughts Martin. Practices such as meditation have been invaluable tools in helping us cope with the upset human condition, calm the troubled mind and access our soul, but, they have failed to produce a lasting solution to the destruction and devastation we see all around us. Fundamentally they are about escaping the pain in our brains, rather than confronting and solving it, and thereby its destructive effects, at its source which Jeremy Griffith’s treatise does. Yes at last we have the key to the transformation of the whole world, see FAQ 6.5 about the important difference in these approaches.

Chris Newnham

The human condition is flawed. It is tainted by sin. Look at the words of this hymn. O glorious wisdom of our God, when all was sin and shame, a second Adam to the fight and to the rescue came. The birth death and resurrection of Christ provides us with a way of escape from our carnal nature. The blood of Christ cleanses us from all sin.

Yup, makes sense. Funny, it’s like one of mind twister puzzles, extremely difficult to comprehend or solve until it is revealed to you and you laugh at how simple the answer was all along

Loredana Popa

Refreshing and interesting talk

António Pedro Duarte

Behind the adjective of “amazing” The interview is a tremendous lesson of life.

Kathleen Fitzgerald

So very interesting I look forward to hearing more .

Eileen Beattie

Deeply thoughtful. I am encouraged to hear this level of intellectual thought at a time in history that is lacking such effort in thought. So many people I meet operate their minds at a lazy, low effort level. This man’s mind is operating at full capacity!

chasidy robles

I have been at my wits end just wanting to know if I am worthy Without a doubt I know I and all humans are. No more self help anything. Only freedom. Maybe my quest to really understand why I have been so very upset all my life made the information presented here like water to someone dying from thirst.

Anna

I appreciate that you think you’re onto something but confused about why you are using aggressive sales and marketing techniques to communicate this breakthrough - it should stand on its own merit if it’s such a breakthrough and attract swarms of academics and others who appreciate such an amazing problem having been solved once and for all.

WTM FAQ 1.14 explains why this ‘instinct vs intellect’ explanation of the human condition isn’t yet mainstream; it explains why, if this is such a breakthrough, we need to promote it. The answer is that the human condition has historically been an off-limits subject, and as a result people can find it difficult to take in or ‘hear’ discussion of it; others can even become hostile to opening the whole arena. FAQ 1.14 further explains that the explanation of the human condition isn’t mainstream yet because the subject of the human condition is an anathema for mechanistic science; which is also why we have had to establish an independent organisation that, amongst other things, uses advertising to offer people the opportunity to look into this knowledge. The world desperately needs this redeeming, rehabilitating explanation of the human condition, and for this reason the WTM is doing everything it can to disseminate it. Due to its world saving importance, all information and materials are provided free of charge.

Gaurav Singh

You are doing great work for nature

Jeremia

I so glad to hear this information

Dylan

People need to understand this scientific breakthrough. It is the only way out of the mess we have got ourselves into throughout the world. It’s pure logic, no dogma.

Rita

Like a breath of fresh air, this information comes. It resonated with me! Thank You!

Janet Pittendrigh

What a breath of fresh air in a screwed up world. I wish more ministers would grasp these truths.

Angela Mailander

This is a typically male view. It’s not about human behavior, it’s about male behavior.

WTM Admin

The core premise of THE Interview is that ALL HUMANS ARE EQUALLY GOOD and equally heroic! We no longer have to just believe men and women are equal we can understand they are! To quote molecular biologist Dr Anna Fitzgerald from her commendation of this work: “because Griffith’s work establishes the equal worth or goodness of all humans we can now understand the different roles that men and women have traditionally played in the human journey and this is actually the unlocking point, this is what brings about deep empathy for each other, it heals the divide”—see Freedom Essay 9 titled ‘This is the real liberation of women’.

Norberg Vives

As children, we are born spiritually perfect, loving, joyful, secure and happy into a quicksand, swallowing and pulling us down with chaos, anarchy, mayhem, poverty, income inequalities, social injustice and greed. In the midst of the chaos, anarchy, mayhem and destruction the faithful struggle and fight to bring the righteousness, goodness and positivity of God’s kingdom to earth. Amen

William McCloud

I am so glad to hear your knowledge

Diana Sitek

Greatly appreciate what you have to say. It occurs to me that the human appreciation of Truth, Beauty and Goodness as abstract qualities is not biologically necessary for the evolution of consciousness, and therefore may exist as eternal qualities to which the human consciousness can tap into. Perhaps this introduces a Platonic aspect to consciousness. I would also like to say that consciousness perhaps cannot be reduced to biology at all, as we currently understand biology, and that it may also be a quality independent of the mind, which the mind can access to a limited degree, because as far as I can ascertain, it is like an ocean upon which we float. This then introduces the question of where it comes from and of a Creator.

WTM Admin

As THE Interview explains consciousness is a result of our biology, see WTM FAQ 5.4 ‘What is consciousness? / Why is it that humans became conscious while other animals haven’t? / How did consciousness emerge in humans?’ However, as you will read, becoming conscious was dependent on being able to think meaningfully, and because the underlying theme of the universe is integration (see FAQ 5.3), that meant our distant ape ancestors had to first become selfless, which occurred through the nurturing based love-indoctrination process (see FAQ 5.2). So in this sense, becoming conscious did require ‘tapping into’ the integrative nature of the universe.

Jenny

Thank you for sharing your knowledge

Nicolas

Oh so True, it’s very close

Basil N Vargese

I am finding this interesting and intriguing. I am still listening as I am filling this

Christine A Olsen

I found this very interesting. I really fit right in with all I heard, I am 87 and have a thirst for learning. The more I hear the more I want to know..So much of what you say is so true..You have the answers to why we do the things we do. We as humans need to learn other ways to get along with all humans... I am a mother of Four, I also have grand children and great grand children...

Faris Al-Timimi

This was simply a waste of valuable time! Surprised to know that a biologist in the 21st century talks about mythical Adam and Eve,,, and the apple. What a waste of time.

Geetha Waters

Beautiful and comprehensive summation of how we continue to be living in denial. A paradigm shift is quite a challenge. But it is so refreshing to let go the complexity of holding guilt, competition and morality under one umbrella when there is no need to hold one up in the dawn of a new era in understanding. I would love a book to share with others.

WTM Admin

Thank you for such wonderful comment Geetha. Yes the change from living in denial of our corrupted condition to being able to face and heal it does represent a massive paradigm shift, and to assist with that adjustment there is a great deal of information on our website. For instance on our homepage there is a series of videos that elaborate on what is presented in THE Interview. Also, the book version of THE Interview is free on our homepage here (along with Jeremy Griffith’s other key books including his definitive book FREEDOM) to read online or download. You might like to send your friends this link. Otherwise you can purchase hard copies from Amazon or other good bookstores.

Charmaine

Would love this book, can you send it to me.

Listened today to the interview. It looks like science finally meets with the ancient Advaita Vedanta’s direct path to self-realization : living in non-duality whilst physically functioning in the current duality, in a non-conditional way.

WTM Admin

As Jeremy Griffith stresses in Part 2 of THE Interview, finding the answer to the human condition, which is the only thing that can allow us to reconcile the dualities within us and bring lasting ‘self-realisation’, ultimately depended on being able to explain our biology. There have been thousands of years of different techniques for calming, restraining, repressing, and even transcending our psychologically upset human condition and deferring to the soundness of our soul in one form or another, but none of them have brought an end to the upset state of the human condition—it’s still rampant everywhere.

Suki Tasire

The true human condition has been understood and explained for 2500 years by BuddhistS and their practices make it possible for a human to return to that condition. Nothing new in this video at all.

WTM Admin

Thank you for your thoughts Suki. We refer you to the above reply to Roland and also FAQ 1.13 ‘Is this idea original or new?’

Ciro Salinas

Looking forward to exploring human behavior

Sharon Cordes-Kearns

Absolutely brilliant!!

Bob McKenney

I think it will take me a while to get my brain around this! But you have my attention.

Patricia Morrow

I believe what many believe is a learned behavior reinforced by society and we can change our thinking. Consciously change our thinking and beliefs.
