How can you say that there is amnesia and in the same breath claim that you know the answer?
Also to curse and swear while preaching.
Know it all?
I would rather say I do not know, but what do I know?
WTM Admin
Asking how someone could have solved the human condition when we are all in denial of it, is a fair question. This apparent conundrum is explained by psychiatrist Professor Harry Prosen in his Introduction to Jeremy Griffith’s definitive book FREEDOM, “as my profession has taught me only too well, for most people, trying to think about this ultimate of questions of whether humans are fundamentally good or not has been an unbearably self-confronting exercise. Indeed, while the term ‘human condition’ has become fashionable, its superficial use masks just how profoundly unsettling a subject it really is. Again, the truth is, the issue of the human condition has been so depressing for virtually all humans that only a rare few individuals in history have been sound and secure enough in self to go anywhere near what the human condition really is. So for Jeremy to so freely and accurately talk about it as he does in this book, he clearly must be one of those rare few. Nurtured by a sheltered upbringing in the Australian ‘bush’ (countryside), Jeremy’s soundness and resulting extraordinary integrity and thus clarity of thought, coupled with his training in biology, has enabled him to successfully grapple with this most foreboding of all subjects for the human mind of the human condition and produce the breakthrough, human-behavior-demystifying-and-ameliorating explanation of it.”

A new concept for me.
Sean Fagan
I have heard the interview very many times BUT I have not got a clue what it means. There are several people on claiming it is the best thing ever happened in the world. WHY then is there so much dreadful Wars. Invasions and dreadful troubles in the world right now ???? WHY are their no world leaders or prominent Peace people telling us just what it means ???
WTM Admin
Thanks for the comment Sean. Firstly, with regard to not being able to understand what THE Interview means, even though the instinct vs intellect concept is actually very simple, we humans have lived in such fear and denial of our corrupted condition that we can find it difficult to ‘hear’ or take in discussion of it. For people new to this concept, we recommend Jeremy’s recent presentation The Great Guilt, which explains this ‘Deaf Effect’ in depth.
Because the the issue of the human condition has been such a denied and off-limits subject, it will take time to break through the walls of denial into the mainstream, but eventually it will happen, and when it does, it will have a very fast finish. As Jeremy explains in chapter 9.9 of his book FREEDOM: “Although this new world for humans, which the World Transformation Movement has been established to facilitate, will, as has been stated, have a slow beginning because humans initially find it difficult even taking in or ‘hearing’ discussion about the human condition, once the WTM is discovered, word of it and what it offers every human and the world will spread like wildfire.” And so even though we haven’t yet reached the tipping point we are well on our way as you can see from the excitement and relief in our daily ecstatic responses to THE Interview! Also, on our homepage, you can see the rapidly growing appreciation and support for Jeremy’s work with outstanding commendations from thought leaders and WTM Centres all over the world!
Also, FAQ 1.3 presents a very brief summary of the key ‘instinct vs intellect’ concept. Essentially, when we humans developed a conscious mind some 2 million years ago, a battle unavoidably developed between it and our already established cooperative instincts. The result of this conflict between our instinct and intellect was that we became psychologically defensive, angry, alienated and egocentric – the upset state we refer to as the human condition. But now that we can explain and understand this conflict, all those insecure, defensive behaviours are obsoleted, brought to an end, and we free ourselves from the human condition.
Adam Woollatt
This explains my conscience is more powerful than my basic instinct. Thankyou for the clear conscience I have always knew was right 😊❤️💙❤️
WTM Admin
Yes, our all-loving instinctive self or soul, the voice of which is our conscience, was millions of years in the making, and so it is still incredibly powerful within us, even though we had to go to war with it and repress it for ‘critising’ our conscious mind’s necessary search for knowledge. Importantly, we can now know that this ‘war’ is the source of our selfish behaviour – we became psychologically upset angry, egocentric and alienated in response to the criticism from our instincts. So our selfish behaviour is not instinctive at all, it is psychological.
Peter
How do we get from here, now, to there?
WTM Admin
In Part 4 of THE Interview it is explained that this understanding allows the immediate transformation of everyone’s life because, as Jeremy explains, “while it will take a number of generations to heal all the upset in us humans, everyone can immediately live free of their upset. The reason we can live free of it is that while we lacked the real defence and reinforcement of understanding of our corrupted condition, we absolutely needed the artificial defences and reinforcements of attacking any criticism of our corrupted condition, of denying and blocking it out, and of finding any positive reinforcement we could—anger, alienation and egocentricity are what sustained us—but now that we have the real defence and reinforcement of our fundamental goodness, all these artificial defences and reinforcements are obsoleted, they are no longer needed.”
You might also be intersted in FAQ 1.40, which addresses ‘How can you hope to transform the world? — In particular, how are you going to change the behaviour of the rich and powerful? / How are you going to reach the bastions of power? / Won’t the greedy and power-hungry simply ignore this?’. It explains that “Even those who were most committed to defensively seeking validation through gaining power and material goods, including those entrenched in positions of power, will quickly realise how empty and obsolete that strategy is now that we have the fully accountable, psychosis-addressing-and-solving, real biological explanation of the human condition that proves our worth at the most fundamental level.”

Look and feel with open eyes with open heart
Don’t think look and feel ..
WTM Admin
Yes, the human condition is the most fearful of subjects because it’s the issue of whether we are fundamentally good or bad, and our fear of going anywhere near this fundamental question creates a resistance and an initial ‘deaf effect’ which makes ‘hearing’ the explanation difficult. As you suggest Gemma, at this point the answer is to just persevere. In time your mind will realise that the whole arena is now safe, and you mind will start to appreciate just how simple and logical the whole presentation is. We recommend Video/Freedom Essay 1 titled ‘Your block to the most wonderful of all gifts’ which explains this initial resistance. Also Video/Freedom Essay 11 which includes some very powerful quotes from people who have overcome their personal deaf effect. So it can take a little patience to access just how all-clarifying, all-redeeming and all-liberating this information is but it’s well worth it as you can see from the daily ecstatic responses on our homepage – people everywhere are so relieved to finally be able to make sense of human life!!

I have loved Bonobo apes for years, and even had a baby Bonobo’s picture on my Facebook profile, so I salute Jeremy Griffiths, and accept his theories, except that I don’t believe he has considered the supreme power of the maternal instinct, which I believe would override any consideration of the need by the mother to reproduce, and we see the best example of pure, unadulterated love.
WTM Admin
Thank you Nikki. With regard to the power of the ‘maternal instinct’, what Jeremy is explaining is that maternalism is a genetically selfish activity, but Jeremy is not saying maternalism accounts for the love human mothers feel for their children. In Part 3 of THE Interview he explains that it was because maternalism is a genetically selfish activity that love indoctrination was able to become established in our distant ancestors millions of years ago. However, and very importantly, once love indoctrination became established, mothers began to actively love their children. The extraordinarily nurturing bonobos demonstrate this transition from selfish instinctive behaviour to the beginning of genuine love. You can read more about the nurturing-based love-indoctrination process in chapter 5 of Jeremy’s definitive book FREEDOM.

I have read the book. Had some ah moment’s but definitely had some deaf effect. I will be reading the book plus some of your other books. Thankyou Jeremy and WTM
Monica
We were always told we had 2 sides. Good side and bad side. Always warring with each other. Greed is on the Bad side; Giving is on the good side. Eden was a good place until greed took over. You will always have what is called the Human condition. Greed and the opposite Giving.
WTM Admin
Yes, we do have “two sides”, and we have always known that, but ultimately Monica, we needed to find the scientific explanation for why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless, are we so angry, competitive and selfish. Why did ‘greed take over’? Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy Griffith presents in THE Interview and his book FREEDOM.
And no, we won’t always have the human condition. Now that we can defend our ‘dark side’, through finding the good reason that we had to defy our instincts, all our defensive behaviours (our anger, egocentricity and alienation) are now redundant. We no longer need them because we have the real defense for why we had to defy our instincts. It couldn’t be a bigger breakthrough!

I would like to ask him and question does he think that is it’s too late for the human race to adapt this kind of thinking. Was so many people on this world. I don’t see how we could die for one and all for it

Robert, as you can see from the daily ecstatic responses on our homepage, the relief and excitement of finally be able to make sense of human life is turning into a tidal wave of world-saving support!! As Part 4 of THE Interview and FAQ 1.40 explain, while the world is fast approaching a point of no return, this understanding will turn things around incredibly quickly, because it explains and solves the underlying cause of all our selfishness, anger and egocentricity. Hippies knew this and no one wanted to get what they were saying people thought they looked the males like Jesus but their principles were laughed at and called naive and then were dismissed as passe'. Then their openness was subverted by drugs and tawdry sex
WTM Admin
Thanks for your comment Jeri. The question of the human condition is WHY do we no longer love one another – why when the universal ideals are to be loving and selfless are we so competitive and selfish? It is this crux question that Jeremy Griffith confronts and answers through first principle biology because only through understanding the dark side of ourselves — why we departed from our all-loving instincts and became selfish — can we free ourselves from the human condition and legitimately love ourselves and each other again. As THE Interview explains anything less is pseudo or false idealism. This is the critical difference between Jeremy’s work and pseudo idealistic movements as FAQ 6.5 makes clear.

When I first watched this entire interview, I was taking notes on the major subjects and other comparisons of the talk between Mr. Griffth and Mr. Craig, and I still have those notes in my personal records. This interview had totally confirmed my deepest thoughts and feelings on how and why society is becoming more demanding, confused, and accusing because of denial and pride. I have shared this with several friends already and they too were impressed. Overall, this is the scientific and metaphysical knowledge that people need to remove the veil of ignorance and fear!

She and those 2 young ones are the true hero’s takes a very amazing and genius mind to even have a thought of this topic or care for human well being keep doing what ur doing!
WTM Admin
Yes, Jeremy Griffith explains that it was mothers caring for their offspring that led to genuine cooperation or selflessness being developed – this nurturing based love-indoctrination process is further explained in chapter 5 of FREEDOM; and evidence is presented from the hominin fossil record and also the bonobos. It turns out that our selfish behaviour is not a result of ‘selfish genes within us’, but a result of the instinct vs intellect clash, when those all-loving instincts that were created by nurturing, unavoidably ‘criticised’ our conscious mind’s experiments in self-management. The wonderful thing is that by explaining the very good reason why our intellect had to defy our instincts, all our defensive behaviours (our anger, egocentricity and alienation) are now redundant; they can stop, and nurturing can again become humanity’s focus.
Clyde Lancaster
I get the feeling that you probably, truly have something of importance to communicate to the human race. If only you wouldn’t speak in riddles... Perhaps, you should learn the English language, and then, come back and let’s try this dance all over, from the beginning...
WTM Admin
Thank you for your feedback. We suggest that the language and explanation that is presented is actually very clear and simple, however, the explanation of the human condition can be initially difficult to access because the whole topic has been the most terrifying of subjects to face as it is the issue of whether we are fundamentally good or bad as a species, and we have necessarily lived in almost total denial of it. We suggest looking at The Great Guilt where Jeremy Griffith explains this initial ‘deaf effect’ and how to overcome it. Also FAQ 1.3 presents a very brief summary of the key ‘instinct vs intellect’ concept.

“In the beginning it was not so”, we have to lose ourselves before we can find ourselves, this sounds more like being conscious of our earlier unconsciousness in order to get rid off the ego and the ideas of our modern world perspective that surrounds our thoughts. I think if we are individually able to measure what is realistically enough for the ‘here and now’, then the mindset of being the first or with the first will leave us. Clearly, we are all SICK and this book will help us to understand our individual conditions and the best solutions that collectively works for the healing of the world. Thanks for this master piece.
WTM Admin
Yes, we can now safely admit that humanity is psychologically ‘sick’ because we now have the defence of our psychologically upset angry, egocentric and alienated state; we now know it was a heroic state caused by the necessary search for knowledge. And most wonderfully, by explaining the very good reason why our intellect had to defy our instincts, our defensive behaviours of anger, egocentricity and alienation are made redundant, which means we are finally in a position to transform the world. In Part 4 of THE Interview, Jeremy explains how the psychological rehabilitation of the human race that the arrival of understanding of the human condition finally makes possible, actually occurs.

Save your money and take another look at the Word of God/Bible.
Jesus Christ has EVERY answer to the “human condition” (He created us.)
Turning away from God is the reason for the mess we’re in: returning to Him is the only answer.
Listening to another lost, secular “blind Guide” will simply lead you closer to that ever-waiting, ever-widening “ditch.” (Matt.15:4)
Pastor Ken Rodway
WTM Admin
We would just make two points in response. Firstly, regarding “saving your money”, understanding of the human condition is critically important to the future of our planet – as such, the WTM is a global not-for-profit organisation and we make all our publications, subscription and membership freely available on our website. Secondly, while Christianity contains all manner of extraordinarily profound truth about human life, it is from a pre-scientific view. Ultimately we needed to find the scientific explanation for why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy Griffith presents in THE Interview and his book FREEDOM.

Very simple and easy to understand, but the implications are possibly miraculous.

Wow! You need to devote some time to listening to this mind-blowing concept in this video. Holding the knowledge in your own mind as you act out in your life and seeing your patterns of behaviour without being bound to them is a major challenge, but not one we should beat ourselves up with. It’s a natural psychological ‘war’.
Mariam Gregory PH D
Rarely one can encounter such a highly professional interviewer and soulful brilliantly intelligent scientist. I admire and applaud humbled and respectful.
Mariam Gregory PH D
It is brilliant! I devoted last 15 years of life to the search of pre knowledge Christed consciousness. This is so profound! Please send me the possibilities to be a part of your community in US, Los Angeles
WTM Admin
Hi Mariam, thank you so much for your precious appreciation of Jeremy Griffith’s breakthrough explanation! For your benefit and that of others seeking to connect with locals in their area, we have 70 WTM Centres around the world, which you can see a list of here, including many in the US, although not as yet in Los Angeles. These Centres are mostly based online at this pioneering stage of our project’s development, rather than physical locations. Our Facebook Group, however, has no physical boundaries and is proving to be a very effective platform — to maximise interaction amongst our global supporters; for everyone to benefit from each others’ questions and responses, and from our guidance; and most importantly, it’s a vehicle for people to contribute to the growing momentum and building of a critical mass of support for the WTM. We also wanted to mention that the WTM Community page on our website is a handy resource and guide for how to get involved and support these world-saving understandings, including the Facebook Group.
Peter
Sounds good for sure and anything that can bring about a peaceful benevolent human condition will be very welcome and long over due
A. Syeph
Very interesting talk, idea, explanation of the human condition and in the most I have understood and in accordance. However, how could the Golden Age have been void of bacteria and viruses, therefore pain and suffering which brings about change by selective pressure. Your section on Natural Selection was very brilliantly and intuitively explained about mother and offspring and its the perception of the offspring that progress, as its the offspring that survives to pass on their perception to their offspring [Evolution+ X-Linked].
WTM Admin
Thank you very much for your comment. The quotes about the ‘Golden Age’ from Plato and Hesiod that are included in THE Interview are absolutely incredible; and we can now look at the hominin fossil record, as well as the bonobos living today, and see that these descriptions of a Golden Age were actually evocations of an actual time in our past when we lived cooperatively and lovingly. And as you recognise, Jeremy Griffith has now brilliantly explained how this came about through the nurturing based love-indoctrination process (see Part 3 of THE Interview). With regard to disease, there would have been some, but as with existing primates living in optimal conditions, and therefore not under any stress (such as the bonobos, who have plentiful food and shelter, and minimal predation), they would be very healthy. If a member of the troop did fall ill, or was injured, they would have been treated with compassion by other members of the troop, and indeed, would have been calm themselves; as Hesiod wrote in one of the quotes that Jeremy refers to, in this loving and cooperative state prior to the emergence of the human condition, death itself was not feared, “Like gods they lived, with calm untroubled mind / Free from the toils and anguish of our kind / Nor e’er decrepit age misshaped their frame…Strangers to ill, their lives in feasts flowed by…Dying they sank in sleep, nor seemed to die / Theirs was each good; the life-sustaining soil / Yielded its copious fruits, unbribed by toil / They with abundant goods ’midst quiet lands / All willing shared the gathering of their hands.”

So glad this has been articulated. I’ve been waiting my whole life for this. I especially like the George Bernard Shaw quote. Finally I feel so not alone.
WTM Admin
Awesome to have you on board Mary – and more and more people are feeling this way! For those that haven’t listened to THE Inteview yet, we might just include here the passage that includes the George Benard Shaw quote. In Part 2, Jeremy Griffith says, “the playwright George Bernard Shaw also warned of how difficult it is to introduce a new paradigm of thinking—especially one that dares to confront the historically unbearably confronting and off-limits subject of the human condition—when he said that ‘All great truths begin as blasphemies’. So yes, confronting the human condition when everyone has been living in fearful denial of it, even though it has finally been explained and made safe to confront, represents the biggest of all ‘blasphemies’.”
giovanni cecconi
Thank you. Very interesting, I have listened to the rationale, now we have to discuss and interiorize with our models - we do not need to go too deep into explanations to behave: the transformative power of trust produced now by borrowing blending and serving do the job.
We all that see the opportunities must become inventor and builders of environments, games, situations, places, relationships that trigger and sustain a multiplicity of upward spiralling transformations.
WTM Admin
Yes, the transformative effect of finally having the human condition explained quickly permeates every aspect of our lives bringing about new understandings and new behaviour; and as you recognise, we don’t have to go too deep, we only need to realise that the human condition has been solved, and then, as Jeremy Griffith writes in Freedom Essay 15, “You and every other human can, as it were, put the issue of all your upsets/corruptions in a ‘suitcase’, attach a label to it saying ‘Everything in here is now explained and defended’, and simply leave that suitcase behind at the entrance to what we in the World Transformation Movement (WTM) call the Sunshine Highway, and set out unencumbered by all those upset behaviours into a new world that is effectively free of the human condition.”

All to be one conscious has come into being!
Can you imagine that kind of world ❣️
As the egos dissolve, consciousness mind awareness elevates, state of being consciousness - awareness pure love paradise paradigm
WTM Admin
Thanks for your comment, Cindy. Yes, what is so significant about Jeremy Griffith’s work is that he has answered the essential question of ‘why, when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless, are we so angry, competitive and selfish?’. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy presents in THE Interview. Most wonderfully, by explaining the very good reason why our intellect had to defy our instincts (which is that genes can orientate but nerves need to understand) our defensive behaviours of anger, egocentricity and alienation are made redundant. In this sense, we are finally in a position to ‘dissolve’ all those aspects in ourselves; but importantly, it is only now that the ego has been defended that this ‘dissolution’ is legitimate, because until this defence was found, our responsibility as conscious beings was to continue defying our instincts.
John
Fascinating

It is about time that we share openly how we all need to address how much we all need to help and love each other, no matter our sex, color, or where we live on earth. we need to put our past behind us and leave the 2 million years behind, looking forward to a new vision of humanity! May a new voice lead us to salvation! Pierre Trudel, new human conditionlist.
George Moscatello
Music,TV programs and movies play a roll , in so far as, how are personalities are affected. The commercial music today can have a negative effect on people’s personalities.and movies today as well as TV programs
WTM Admin
Thanks for your comment, George. Certainly, being born into a world that is already drenched with anger, egocentricity and alienation has a terrible effect on young people growing up, resulting in even higher levels of psychological ‘upset’ - so it is a compounding situation. (You may be interested in Jeremy Griffith’s Freedom Essay 55: Endgame for the human race, for more on this rapidly deteriorating situation.) However, we suggest that the clash between ‘instinct vs intellect’ is the ultimate source of all that ‘upset’. While alienated and violent Music and TV programs etc., contribute to the levels of psychological upset, ultimately they are not the cause, they are just symptoms of this deep clash, that caused a fundamental insecurity over our self-worth. Most wonderfully, by explaining the very good reason why our intellect had to defy our instincts, our defensive behaviours of anger, egocentricity and alienation are made redundant, which means we are finally in a position to transform the world. In Part 4 of THE Interview, Jeremy explains how the psychological rehabilitation of the human race that the arrival of understanding of the human condition finally makes possible, actually occurs.
.D.R.> Eastcott
If only this issue was this simple! but either after over 70 years of research i have missed the issue, or there is far more to it. As of now we are not close. I agree on one point... the source of human behavior is not instinctive and is not totally biologically determined, while there maybe some validity to these as source influences most of the behavioral characteristics are learned, not consciously but consistent with how we understand brain functions, ?????? one aspect of this type of discussion is scientist need to communicate and they sure do like to listen to themselves!

Thank-you Jeremy. This is absolutely ground breaking & I hope that humanity has the good sense (which sometimes looking at what we are doing to our home, planet earth & seem to be managing to not put on the front burner with all haste I am sceptical) but I have to live in hope. Which is what this interview offers. And the fact that all your educational materials are here for the help of the human condition and not profit offers me more hope. Thank you Jeremy.

What we’ve been taught must always be reconstructed based on our experience and our observation. The book of “what we’ve been taught” has always been written by the victors of the most recent conflict.

What is presented here is a rational, fully acountable, based-in-scientific-first-principles explanation of the human condition. It is not a ‘relative’ account, or affected by nationality or race. It applies to all humans. I so appreciate the interview and it’s enlightening content. It buttresses what my own mother tried to instill in me, that I was a “perfect child of God ”. I’m 65 and struggled my whole life fighting my innate goodness as an expression of love. Thank you for your insight into humanity 🙏
WTM Admin
Thanks for you comment Jimmy. Yes, tragically our “innate goodness” condemned the conscious mind’s search for knowledge, causing the tortured state of the human condition. You might be interested in our FAQs on religion, in particular FAQ 6.3 which covers the following questions: Aren’t all Griffith’s demystifications of religious teachings going to be seen by supporters of religion as blasphemy? / Does understanding of the human condition undermine a faith in religion or God? / How does this affect my personal religious practice? / How can you reconcile the explanation of the human condition that defends the upset state with religious teachings that condemn upset?

I have tried to understand ever since my MSc year about human conditioning philosophically and I doubt I did not make much progress, I decided to leave various involvement in application and look forward human conditioning as it started to border me because to try and understand everything in relation to connection of various disciplines and to make a point out of it, human conditioning seems to be one gigantic way to narrow down my search in search of Truths, Then I looked for materials and part of it I engage in Dr. Denis Nobel work on lamarckism, and one of his talk against Richard Dawkins which I was intrigued to hear about the scientific evidence of the physiology behind mutation.. however Credibility on selfish gene alone still seems to be pronounce perspectively, which I do not subscribe entirely, I then start to contemplate on the Blibical initial condition which had me convince the distinct behaviour Adam and Eve could have manifested as opposed to After they have Disobey. I was surprised to see this interview which had me going through and about the scientific evidence which had been longing for long, I’m so deeply exited to explore your scientific work and awesome material that I can hook up to, it means so much Thankyou Dr Jeremy

This made me cry. I knew someone with a mental health condition that was struggling and being put down and abused by family. They did have strange behaviour at times but I knew that this person was very loving and kind. I stood by them then was attacked myself by the other people. My friend became a lot better in many ways as I asked them to look at why what was upsetting them, asked them to look at their actions. It helped immensely but the battle I call it wasn’t over. There was still more to learn
WTM Admin
Thank you very much for your heartfelt comment, Kath. Finally being able to understand the human-condition-battle between our instinct and intellect is so immensely relieving. We thought you would find psychiatrist Professor Harry Prosen’s response to the question ‘How does understanding the human race’s condition help with an individual’s depression and psychosis?' helpful, see FAQ 1.34 and also FAQ 1.35 ‘Does this heal anxiety?’ Significantly with this explanation of our condition we no longer have to be burdened by the fundamental question of whether we are good or bad because our core goodness as individuals and as a species has been biologically established. We can understand humans’ psychological upset was the price humans had to pay for searching for knowledge and that the human story presents the greatest, most heroic story ever told. So we can bring great compassion and kindness to ourselves and others and we don’t have to overly confront the upset within us (as FAQ 1.19 summarises).

This is absolutely amazing beacause while addressing the complexity of the issue the answers are rather simple clear and easy. A must watch to better understand oneself and the rest of the world.

Fascinating and illuminating!!

Excellent presentation of a very interesting topic. Dr Jeremy Griffiths has dealt the questions of the presenter, very clearly comprehensively, and in a didactic manner. Fascinating topic of the human condition, origin and evidence

Such a fascinating concept, studies. I cannot wait to return to the lecture
Theresa
You got my attention especially when you associated it with the Bible and history
WTM Admin
Great to have your interest, Theresa. Yes, biologist Jeremy Griffith’s explanation of the human condition work doesn’t contradict a belief in Christianity or the teachings of Christ. It simply brings biological understanding to all those pre-scientific concepts. In fact Jeremy considers the Bible to be a repository of extremely rare denial-free truth, containing all the truth about human life albeit from a pre-science view. Although this is science, it is based on a Godly nature in the sense of recognising, like all the great religions do, that we humans once lived in a pre-human-condition-afflicted state of original innocence where we were perfectly instinctively orientated to the cooperative, selfless, loving, ‘Godly’ ideals of life; ‘God’ being explained in as being the integrative meaning of life. We thought you might find our FAQs about religion of interest, in particular FAQ 6.2, ‘What is the meaning of life? / What is the Integrative Meaning of existence? / What is ‘God’? / Does the scientific explanation of ‘God’ really contain all the attributes of religion’s metaphysical ‘God’?’

I am very interested in this great insight.

We suggest the more you absorb what is presented in THE Interview the more you will realise that all humans suffer from a universal psychosis, caused by the clash between our instinct and intellect. While this manifests in a multitude of different ways, that is to be expected because everyone has had a different exposure to the human condition, whether it is through how their parents were affected by the human condition, or their exposure to upset in the world as a whole, but the macro truth is that we are all insecure about our self-worth, and the ultimate source of it is the instinct vs intellect clash. Which is why the highly respected psychiatrist Professor Harry Prosen, a former President of the Canadian Psychiatric Association, wrote: “the beauty of Griffith’s treatise is that the healing starts at the macro level of the universal human condition; the healing of the shame and blame that the whole human race has suffered from…It brings the greater context and love to all human psychosis and suffering, and then, from under the umbrella of that safe position, everyone can gradually work inwards to their particular experience of all the imperfections in human life that have now, finally, been made sense of.”

Very interesting and worth listening to.
Karori Singh
It is an impressive explanation of bio-psychological approach of human existence. The question, however, is that how this approach interact with the algorithmatic approach leading to AI which is contemplating post-human existence . That also seems realistic someday . So how can we have holistic approach towards “human existence” instead of merely bio-psychological ….?????
WTM Admin
Karori, we suggest that as you digest this understanding of the human condition, you will realise that it is a complete explanation of ‘human existence’ and does provide that ‘holistic approach’. You might be interested in Jeremy Griffith’s new booklet, AI & Aliens: the truthful analysis, which is a human-condition-confronting-not-avoiding, truthful analysis of the dangers of Artificial Intelligence (and the possibility of Aliens visiting Earth), and discusses the prospect of AI understanding the human condition.

Robert Delgado
Have heard the introduction this interview at least 5 times. What do we have to do to get it going?
WTM Admin
We very much appreciate your interest, Robert, and your enthusiasm to “get it going”!
As Jeremy Griffith points out in Part 2 of THE Interview the issue of the human condition has been such a denied and off-limits subject that confronting it represents the “biggest of all blasphemies”, and how “science progresses funeral by funeral” when it comes to supporting big paradigm shifts like this. So it is up to the resolve of individuals, including scientists, to help the WTM break through the road block of the legitimate fear and resulting deaf effect the subject of the human condition causes in most people. You might find these links helpful: FAQ 1.14 ‘Why aren’t these ideas mainstream’ and FAQ 3.4 ‘How can I help the WTM’.
Having said that, as Jeremy explains in chapter 9.9 of his book FREEDOM: “Although this new world for humans, which the World Transformation Movement has been established to facilitate, will, as has been stated, have a slow beginning because humans initially find it difficult even taking in or ‘hearing’ discussion about the human condition, once the WTM is discovered, word of it and what it offers every human and the world will spread like wildfire.’” And so even though we haven’t yet reached the tipping point in terms of awareness of this great breakthrough, you can see from the excitement and relief in our ecstatic responses to THE Interview, we are well on our way! Also, you can see the rapidly growing appreciation and support for Jeremy’s work with outstanding commendations from thought leaders and WTM Centres all over the world!

I always believed cooperation was why humans were the top of the planets animals. I don’t agree with survival of the fittest. Rather cooperation was the key to hunting etc
WTM Admin
Thank you for your thoughts, Maz. As Jeremy Griffith explains here, humans’ competitive, selfish behaviour is not a product of unchangeable “survival of the fittest” animal instincts within us but the result of a universal psychosis, caused by the clash between our instinct and intellect, and a psychosis is changeable as it can be healed through understanding. Basically, as is also explained in THE Interview, the assertion that our selfish and aggressive behaviour is a manifestation of survival or selfish instincts was just a convenient excuse while we searched for the psychosis-addressing-and-solving real explanation of our divisive behaviour that is presented here.
With regards to human evolution being based on cooperation, as Jeremy explains in THE Interview, altruistic, unconditionally selfless genetic traits are self-eliminating, and therefore cannot normally develop in animals—which means animals are not able to ‘cooperate’ beyond situations of reciprocity or kin selection (see chapter 6:9 of his book FREEDOM for an expose of false left wing biology that claims that cooperation can be selected for). However, as Jeremy explains in Part 3, the selfish process of natural selection was able to create all-loving cooperative selflessness in our forebears through nurturing. Freedom Essay 21 on the World Transformation Movement’s website explains this ‘love-indoctrination’ process, as Jeremy has termed it, which we think you will find fascinating.
Mike
Good to hear your views. I’m or was when younger a very competitive person. I run, bike and lived my working time on this aggression. It’s my drive so very interested in your thoughts.

Quran the holy book has made it understand in a far better way more than 14 hundred years ago
WTM Admin
Hi Qazi, Jeremy Griffith has a deep respect for religious scripture, which he considers to be a repository of extremely rare denial-free truth, containing all the truth about human life albeit from a pre-science view, which his work simply brings biological understanding to. This is explained in our FAQs about Religion.

Great 😊
Robert McGerrigle
I hope this is as good as it looks!
WTM Admin
Hi Robert. It is! Given the great hope and faith of humanity has been to find redeeming understanding of our divisive human condition, when that understanding finally arrives it can seem too good to be true, but we suggest that the more you digest Jeremy Griffith’s ‘instinct vs intellect’ explanation, the more you will realise how realistic and accountable it is in getting to the source of all humanity’s psychological upset, and from there how it makes possible the wonderful and reconciled world we have all dreamed of which is evidenced on The Transformation page. Also you may find our FAQ 1.6 ‘Why does understanding of the human condition solve everything?’ most helpful.

Naveen Kumar
Looking forward to hear, what is the original thought which has not been covered anytime before.
WTM Admin
Hi Naveen, we hope you have had the opportunity to watch or listen to THE Interview. While it takes some time to digest, we suggest that what is unique about Jeremy Griffith’s work is that he has answered the essential question of why, when the universal ideals are to be integrative are we so disintegrative? Our endeavours in philosophy, psychology and biology have failed, until now, to provide a truthful, real, fully accountable, genuinely clarifying explanation. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy presents here. You may find of interest FAQ 1.13 ‘Is this original or new?’ and Video/Freedom Essay 4 which expands further on other thinkers (both ancient and contemporary) who have recognised instinct and intellect elements involved in creating the human condition.

How can you say that there is amnesia and in the same breath claim that you know the answer? Also to curse and swear while preaching. Know it all? I would rather say I do not know, but what do I know?
Brilliant 👏 👏 👏 👏
I’m watching for the second time
A new concept for me.
Thanks for the comment Sean. Firstly, with regard to not being able to understand what THE Interview means, even though the instinct vs intellect concept is actually very simple, we humans have lived in such fear and denial of our corrupted condition that we can find it difficult to ‘hear’ or take in discussion of it. For people new to this concept, we recommend Jeremy’s recent presentation The Great Guilt, which explains this ‘Deaf Effect’ in depth.Because the the issue of the human condition has been such a denied and off-limits subject, it will take time to break through the walls of denial into the mainstream, but eventually it will happen, and when it does, it will have a very fast finish. This explains my conscience is more powerful than my basic instinct. Thankyou for the clear conscience I have always knew was right 😊❤️💙❤️
Yes, our all-loving instinctive self or soul, the voice of which is our conscience, was millions of years in the making, and so it is still incredibly powerful within us, even though we had to go to war with it and repress it for ‘critising’ our conscious mind’s necessary search for knowledge. Importantly, we can now know that this ‘war’ is the source of our selfish behaviour – we became psychologically upset angry, egocentric and alienated in response to the criticism from our instincts. So our selfish behaviour is not instinctive at all, it is psychological.
How do we get from here, now, to there?
In Part 4 of THE Interview it is explained that this understanding allows the immediate transformation of everyone’s life because, as Jeremy explains, “while it will take a number of generations to heal all the upset in us humans, everyone can immediately live free of their upset. The reason we can live free of it is that while we lacked the real defence and reinforcement of understanding of our corrupted condition, we absolutely needed the artificial defences and reinforcements of attacking any criticism of our corrupted condition, of denying and blocking it out, and of finding any positive reinforcement we could—anger, alienation and egocentricity are what sustained us—but now that we have the real defence and reinforcement of our fundamental goodness, all these artificial defences and reinforcements are obsoleted, they are no longer needed.”You might also be intersted in FAQ 1.40, which addresses ‘How can you hope to transform the world? — In particular, how are you going to change the behaviour of the rich and powerful? / How are you going to reach the bastions of power? / Won’t the greedy and power-hungry simply ignore this?’. It explains that “Even those who were most committed to defensively seeking validation through gaining power and material goods, including those entrenched in positions of power, will quickly realise how empty and obsolete that strategy is now that we have the fully accountable, psychosis-addressing-and-solving, real biological explanation of the human condition that proves our worth at the most fundamental level.”Look and feel with open eyes with open heart Don’t think look and feel ..
Awesome
This is what we need to help all humans all over the world
I have loved Bonobo apes for years, and even had a baby Bonobo’s picture on my Facebook profile, so I salute Jeremy Griffiths, and accept his theories, except that I don’t believe he has considered the supreme power of the maternal instinct, which I believe would override any consideration of the need by the mother to reproduce, and we see the best example of pure, unadulterated love.
We were always told we had 2 sides. Good side and bad side. Always warring with each other. Greed is on the Bad side; Giving is on the good side. Eden was a good place until greed took over. You will always have what is called the Human condition. Greed and the opposite Giving.
Yes, we do have “two sides”, and we have always known that, but ultimately Monica, we needed to find the scientific explanation for why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless, are we so angry, competitive and selfish. Why did ‘greed take over’? Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy Griffith presents in THE Interview and his book FREEDOM.And no, we won’t always have the human condition. Now that we can defend our ‘dark side’, through finding the good reason that we had to defy our instincts, all our defensive behaviours (our anger, egocentricity and alienation) are now redundant. We no longer need them because we have the real defense for why we had to defy our instincts. It couldn’t be a bigger breakthrough!Great!
Jeremy Griffith! You are pioneer and a wonderful describer of human biological truth which is a daily experience of every one of us. What you have explained is not only biological truth but also an obvious experience of every one of us. I would say an obvious truth of every creature.
Wow
We also recommend reading Freedom Essay 15: ‘How your life can immediately be transformed’. You can also see our growing network of WTM centres all around the world here. Also come and join the 60,000 members on our WTM Facebook Group and discuss and celebrate this astonishing new understanding of ourselves!!!!!

Must see again
By my ripe old age of 79, I have come to my own definite conclusions about human condition so as to live in peace, happiness and harmony. But eager to know another view also.
I am 64 in 3 weeks I only wish I had been taught this at school, it would have saved me 22yrs I was kept in captivity by the state. Every child should learn/watch this video. Thank you and god bless you
Brilliant in one word
I’m from Denmark and hope I’m in if I am lucky Mikael Kristian Fleischer
This is so crucial to understand our Human Condition. I am grateful to have the eye opening that will enable me to carry on with evolving in a truly loving way. With much gratitude.
Watch it. 100%
Hippies knew this and no one wanted to get what they were saying people thought they looked the males like Jesus but their principles were laughed at and called naive and then were dismissed as passe'. Then their openness was subverted by drugs and tawdry sex
Love it !!! Congrats.
Humanity must get support now! His outlook supports that! So good to go through his outlook!
Loved it…will check out the WTM site and hope to find easy to understand insights about how to spread the concept. Carl Jung and so many others over the ages have given us wonderful starts…Hay House, Next Level Soul, Christ, the Bible, The Way of Mastery…looking forward to help change the world !
Wish this was around a long time ago... if this isn’t the key to motivate to motivate... spread the word, Thank u for all your time & hard work!
Seems to be very interesting, have to follow to get educated
When I first watched this entire interview, I was taking notes on the major subjects and other comparisons of the talk between Mr. Griffth and Mr. Craig, and I still have those notes in my personal records. This interview had totally confirmed my deepest thoughts and feelings on how and why society is becoming more demanding, confused, and accusing because of denial and pride. I have shared this with several friends already and they too were impressed. Overall, this is the scientific and metaphysical knowledge that people need to remove the veil of ignorance and fear!
I loved listening to this new information!! Easy to follow and so informative!! Good Speakers!
Excellent
Absolutely...I concur with all that was said I’m so pleased to have seen the interview thank you for sharing 🙏🏽 😊
I Love and give thanks for King #JeremyGriffith. Count me IN
For me very Zen. Great and interesting I will get his book. The right way to think. And yes how right.
She and those 2 young ones are the true hero’s takes a very amazing and genius mind to even have a thought of this topic or care for human well being keep doing what ur doing!
I get the feeling that you probably, truly have something of importance to communicate to the human race. If only you wouldn’t speak in riddles... Perhaps, you should learn the English language, and then, come back and let’s try this dance all over, from the beginning...
I am hopeful the Jeremy’s ideas will reach more people around the world.
The world needs more of this info…
I am a happier person
“In the beginning it was not so”, we have to lose ourselves before we can find ourselves, this sounds more like being conscious of our earlier unconsciousness in order to get rid off the ego and the ideas of our modern world perspective that surrounds our thoughts. I think if we are individually able to measure what is realistically enough for the ‘here and now’, then the mindset of being the first or with the first will leave us. Clearly, we are all SICK and this book will help us to understand our individual conditions and the best solutions that collectively works for the healing of the world. Thanks for this master piece.
Definitely addicted to the book and videos and sooo grateful for another way!
This explains the underlying cause of aggression and creates hope for the “psychological rehabilitation of the human race”.
Would love to hear more.
Patricia, you’ll see at the top of the homepage — HumanCondition.com — that it states ‘WHAT NEXT after watching THE Interview?’ and guides you through the steps to pursue your interest. This includes registering for our free, weekly ‘Freedom Essays’, and joining our popular Facebook Group.
Save your money and take another look at the Word of God/Bible. Jesus Christ has EVERY answer to the “human condition” (He created us.) Turning away from God is the reason for the mess we’re in: returning to Him is the only answer. Listening to another lost, secular “blind Guide” will simply lead you closer to that ever-waiting, ever-widening “ditch.” (Matt.15:4) Pastor Ken Rodway
Rarely one can encounter such a highly professional interviewer and soulful brilliantly intelligent scientist. I admire and applaud humbled and respectful.
It is brilliant! I devoted last 15 years of life to the search of pre knowledge Christed consciousness. This is so profound! Please send me the possibilities to be a part of your community in US, Los Angeles
Sounds good for sure and anything that can bring about a peaceful benevolent human condition will be very welcome and long over due
At last thankyou thankyou thankyou l thought I’d pass before the proof was discovered. Dr Jeremy Griffith you have shown us the truth, you are amazing. I love you so much thankyou.🙏🌞love & light.

La nueva humanidad [The new humanity (tr. from Spanish)]
Finally I found a way
Brilliant
So glad this has been articulated. I’ve been waiting my whole life for this. I especially like the George Bernard Shaw quote. Finally I feel so not alone.
Just didn’t know what the problem is nothing else ⁸
I never get tired of watching this! Illuminating interview.
Thank You, for this Insight on The Human Condition ! It is Indeed Good News.
it was so interesting and informative. it blew my mind. i loved it. it made so much sense. i have passed it onto my son age 21. thank you so much for telling us all!! God bless you from Ireland. xx
Great, eye opening
Fascinating and Enjoyable — agreed All to be one conscious has come into being! Can you imagine that kind of world ❣️ As the egos dissolve, consciousness mind awareness elevates, state of being consciousness - awareness pure love paradise paradigm
Music,TV programs and movies play a roll , in so far as, how are personalities are affected. The commercial music today can have a negative effect on people’s personalities.and movies today as well as TV programs
Extremely interesting
Information that opens up the understanding we haven’t gained from teaching and schooling. Thank you very much.
Good information.
Thank you Jeremy for your enlightement to all mankind, your insight and knowledge freely shared is a blessing from GOD, thank you for your dedication to transform Humanity back to a state of LOVE & CARING.
Clarifies much for me, with my inquisitive, analytical mind. Thank you
This made me cry.
You got my attention especially when you associated it with the Bible and history
Excited
Good and evil? Matter of perspective isn’t it Not black and white.
Karori, we suggest that as you digest this understanding of the human condition, you will realise that it is a complete explanation of ‘human existence’ and does provide that ‘holistic approach’. You might be interested in Jeremy Griffith’s new booklet, AI & Aliens: the truthful analysis, which is a human-condition-confronting-not-avoiding, truthful analysis of the dangers of Artificial Intelligence (and the possibility of Aliens visiting Earth), and discusses the prospect of AI understanding the human condition.
I’m super interested
Have heard the introduction this interview at least 5 times. What do we have to do to get it going?
We very much appreciate your interest, Robert, and your enthusiasm to “get it going”!As Jeremy Griffith points out in Part 2 of THE Interview the issue of the human condition has been such a denied and off-limits subject that confronting it represents the “biggest of all blasphemies”, and how “science progresses funeral by funeral” when it comes to supporting big paradigm shifts like this. So it is up to the resolve of individuals, including scientists, to help the WTM break through the road block of the legitimate fear and resulting deaf effect the subject of the human condition causes in most people. You might find these links helpful: FAQ 1.14 ‘Why aren’t these ideas mainstream’ and FAQ 3.4 ‘How can I help the WTM’.Having said that, as Jeremy explains in chapter 9.9 of his book FREEDOM: “Although this new world for humans, which the World Transformation Movement has been established to facilitate, will, as has been stated, have a slow beginning because humans initially find it difficult even taking in or ‘hearing’ discussion about the human condition, once the WTM is discovered, word of it and what it offers every human and the world will spread like wildfire.’” And so even though we haven’t yet reached the tipping point in terms of awareness of this great breakthrough, you can see from the excitement and relief in our ecstatic responses to THE Interview, we are well on our way! Also, you can see the rapidly growing appreciation and support for Jeremy’s work with outstanding commendations from thought leaders and WTM Centres all over the world!Blessings To You
Great interview beautifully explained thanks very much 💯🙏🏴❤️🌹🍉💪👍
Excited to see more
Inspirational, informative, leaves you with a sense of peace...
I always believed cooperation was why humans were the top of the planets animals. I don’t agree with survival of the fittest. Rather cooperation was the key to hunting etc
Freedom Essay 21 on the World Transformation Movement’s website explains this ‘love-indoctrination’ process, as Jeremy has termed it, which we think you will find fascinating.Good to hear your views. I’m or was when younger a very competitive person. I run, bike and lived my working time on this aggression. It’s my drive so very interested in your thoughts.
Quran the holy book has made it understand in a far better way more than 14 hundred years ago
Great 😊
I hope this is as good as it looks!
Hi Robert.
Interesting! Watch when you have at least one hour to spare.
❤️
Looking forward to hear, what is the original thought which has not been covered anytime before.
