This feel rhetoric has been heard in my mind somewhere before! Ah..I got it. The experience reminds me of Victor Frankel experience. He was a psychologist who was locked up in Auschwitzs prison camps and author the book “Mankind Search for Meaning”! The journey of the “Human Condition” basically is the same journey for each individual not collectively. So how do we teach this in each culture? The current concept is in error! Thank you Jeremy for your patience and perception. Thank the D.J. for I reviewing skills. 🙏🏻🙏🏼🙏🏽🙏🏾🙏🏿🌄
WTM Admin
Hi Malcolm, thanks for your comment. Psychologist Viktor Frankl founded logotherapy, a school of thought that describes a search for a life’s meaning as the central human motivational force and Frankl dedicated his life to helping people find personal meaning in life. Jeremy Griffith explains in this interview that our search for knowledge or meaning is ultimately the search to find understanding of our ‘good and evil’-stricken human condition. To find such understanding we needed the scientific explanation for why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy presents here; see FAQ 1.13 ‘Is this original or new?’ as it explains the unique significance of Jeremy’s work. However, Jeremy also explains that this journey is the same for the individual and the collective and the search for knowledge has meant each individual, and the human race as a whole, has journeyed from a state of loving innocence, to one of psychological upset. This is comprehensively explained in Jeremy’s main book FREEDOM chapter 8 titled ‘The Greatest, Most Heroic Story Ever Told: Humanity’s Journey from Ignorance to Enlightenment’: “the stages that we, as conscious individuals, progress through are the same stages our human ancestors progressed through—‘ontogeny recapitulates phylogeny’: our individual consciousness necessarily charts the same course that our species’ consciousness has taken as a whole.” (For those without a science background, phylogenesis refers to the evolutionary development of a species [or phylum], while ontogenesis refers to the development of the individual organism.) As well as FREEDOM chapter 8 you may like to read the early chapters of Jeremy’s brief book Our Meaning which describe how finally being able to understand the human condition and know the great objective and meaning of human existence presents the universal solution that finally ends human suffering.

I found as I listened to this that I felt a overwhelming sense of relief, this surprised me quite a bit. I also however felt a alarming degree of guilt. I have been trying to be a devout Christian for a long time, and I feel now that, well I don’t need the divine to save me anymore. I don’t need saving. It feels a betrayal of the most dangerous sort. I need to think on this.
WTM Admin
Thank you Dan for your most sincere and open response. This information really does represent a huge demystification of our world and naturally takes some time to adjust to. To help you with this it’s important to keep in mind that Jeremy Griffith’s explanations of the human condition don’t contradict or threaten religious faith at all. They are actually a fufilment of the ideals of life upheld by all the great religions while the search for the liberating understanding of our corrupted condition was underway so there is absolutely nothing to feel guilty about or feel that you are dangerously betraying your faith in any way. This is fully addressed in our FAQ 6.3 which answers the questions ‘Aren’t all Griffith’s demystifications of religious teachings going to be seen by supporters of religion as blasphemy? / Does understanding of the human condition undermine a faith in religion or God? / How does this affect my personal religious practice? / How can you reconcile the explanation of the human condition that defends the upset state with religious teachings that condemn upset?’ so we highly recommend you read this.
What Jeremy work does is bring biological understanding to pre-scientific concepts. For instance he brings new insight to the story of Adam and Eve, clarifying that while in the pre-scientific story Adam and Eve were portrayed as ‘bad’ or even ‘evil’ to take the fruit of knowledge, and treated as ‘sinful’, we can now understand that humans were ‘good’, even heroic, to search for knowledge, even though it caused us to become psychologically upset angry, egocentric and alienated sufferers of the human condition. To quote Jeremy from Part 1, “‘No, no, that story got it wrong’. Adam and Eve are actually not just good but the heroes of the whole story of life on Earth.” So what science can now add to that pre-scientific description of the human condition is that our instincts in effect criticised the emerging conscious mind’s search for knowledge, but importantly, we can now understand that the conscious mind was right, or ‘good’ to defy our instinctive self in order to fulfil its great potential to manage life which fundamentally lifts the ‘burden of guilt’ from the human race and finally ends our psychologically troubled human condition.
Also although this is science, it is based on a Godly nature in the sense of recognising, like all the great religions do, that we humans once lived in a pre-human-condition-afflicted state of original innocence where we were perfectly instinctively orientated to the cooperative, selfless, all-loving, ‘Godly’ ideals of life; ‘God’ being briefly explained in THE Interview as the personification of the integrative meaning of existence, see FAQ 6.2 ‘What is the meaning of life? / What is the Integrative Meaning of existence? / What is ‘God’? / Does the scientific explanation of ‘God’ really contain all the attributes of religion’s metaphysical ‘God’?’ So at last we have reconciling understanding of our upset behaviour with the Godly ideals which is what we have been desperately missing.
In terms of Christianity and Christ, Jeremy does consider the Bible to be a repository of extremely rare denial-free truth, containing all the truth about human life albeit from that pre-science view, and he has written about Christ’s life and its phenomenal importance in humanity’s journey in Freedom Essay 39.
As you say Dan you “need to think on this” as there is much to absorb so take your time and you may find this quote by the physicist Charles H. Townes reassuring as he summed up this ultimate reconciliation of science and religion best when he said, “they [science and religion] both represent man’s efforts to understand his universe and must ultimately be dealing with the same substance. As we understand more in each realm, the two must grow together…converge they must.” Also you may like to explore the commendations Jeremy’s work has received from scientists and thought leaders, including theologians, here on our homepage.

I am not an educated person and will need additional instruction to understand the different conditions that are being presented in this interview.
WTM Admin
Hi Ronald, the fundamental explanation is actually very simple and not beyond the most basic of educations. What you might find helpful is our FAQ 1.3 which summarises what is presented in THE Interview and also Video/Freedom Essay 3 ‘THE EXPLANATION of the human condition’ which is a 14 min presentation. It is also worth mentioning that the very nature of the human condition means explanation of it can be initially difficult to access as it has been the most terrifying of subjects to face because it is the issue of whether we are fundamentally good or bad as a species, and we have necessarily lived in almost total denial of it so re-watching the presentations can help.

That’s sounds like the perfect approach Leala! Jeremy’s definitive book is FREEDOM, however, after watching THE Interview, we recommend you watch (or read) the 3 other Intro Videos on our homepage — The Great Guilt video that explains the difficulty of the ‘Deaf Effect’ that reading about the human condition initially causes, then The Great Transformation video about how understanding the human condition actually transforms the human race, then the Sermon On The Beach video, Jeremy’s inspired description of how the human race now leaves the horror of the human condition forever! All these presentations are available as books, which you can immediately access free electronic copies of to read, listen to or download here on our homepage. You can also download free Kindle versions from Amazon. (Otherwise you can purchase hard copies from Amazon or other good bookstores.)

Michael surber
It’s an informative conversation that no one is wanting to listen to because lives are to busy to take time for any thing that will help fix the totality of life.
WTM Admin
Don’t despair Michael. While it is true that everyone is preoccupied with their human-condition-afflicted lives, humanity’s uptake of the explanation of the human condition has a fast finish as the selflessness it liberates in people will not only quickly solve all the problems on the planet, including teaching other people about this redeeming information, but the excitement and joy it brings means everyone will want to get on board as quickly as they can (see FAQ 1.5). As Jeremy Griffith explains in his book FREEDOMchapter 9:9: “Although this new world for humans, which the World Transformation Movement has been established to facilitate, will, as has been stated, have a slow beginning because humans initially find it difficult even taking in or ‘hearing’ discussion about the human condition, once the WTM is discovered, word of it and what it offers every human and the world will spread like wildfire.’”

Keep up the good work. Every generation needs to hear this anew and Jeremy’s insights is the voice for this time. Some of us made the connection between “original sin” and the mammalian brain years ago...(not trying to steal your thunder...it is a logical conclusion) but run straight into how many still promote that simplified, archaic idea - humans are born “bad” and need saving. No, we’re born feral and need to be tamed. All all our ills (dare I say “sins”?) as a constant and mild kind of cognitive dissonance tantamount to a psychosis? Makes sense to me. Mass psychosis manifests as individual neurosis...just take a look around. Yes, the rise of extreme right-wing ideology make this timely indeed. Sign me up. Now that (some of us) know, what do we do?
WTM Admin
There is a lot to absorb here, so we do counsel everyone to take their time with all of this. For example, we suggest FAQ 1.13 ‘Is this original or new?’ and Video/Freedom Essay 4 which expands on other thinkers (both ancient and contemporary) who have recognised the instinct and intellect elements involved in creating the human condition. There it is explained that while many have identified the elements of instinct and intellect involved in creating the human condition, the biological breakthrough Jeremy’s treatise provides is the clarifying explanation of the nature of the conflict between them and explains without that explanation the conflict could not be resolved.
We also recommend our FAQs on politics which explain that freedom of thought and individualism, sustained by the incentives of materialism and capitalism, which right-wing constitutions uphold, are what maintained humanity’s heroic search for knowledge, ultimately for self-knowledge. And so paradoxically it was the right-wing that actually held the moral high ground and the left-wing that posed the real threat to humanity due to the fact that its dogmatically imposed pseudo-idealism gravely endangers freedom of thought and the search for understanding.
John Bennett
We might be too far down the wrong road to change. I’d say we are. Come down to the root of leaning, school and parents.
WTM Admin
We suggest that as you digest what is presented here, you will realise that there is a far deeper “root” which is the instinct vs intellect clash. This is the source of our psychologically upset human condition, of which dysfunctional “learning, school and parents” are only symptoms.
We can at last understand our behaviour has been driven by a deep insecurity about our fundamental goodness or worth and so now that our goodness is biologically established we no longer have to behave insecurely and selfishly and can legitimately return to a selfless way of living. This is the rapidly rehabilitating and transforming effect of being able to understand the human condition. FAQs 1.4 to 1.6 are helpful as they talk about the far-reaching practical applications of this understanding.

I have realized that you constantly use the term ancestors but do not mention the history of the original Afrikan people of earth that goes back thousands of years before the Greeks you mentioned. All people of earth have the physical and phenotypical attributes of Bantu Afrikan people... Other than this your teleology quite sound...
WTM Admin
The central tenet of Jeremy Griffith’s explanation of the human condition is that humans have a cooperative, loving instinctive heritage, not a brutish, savage and aggressive one, and that the source of our aggression is a psychosis that has been compounding ever since the instinct and intellect clashed some 2 million years ago. It follows then that the further back in history we go, the less psychologically upset our ancestors were. As is mentioned in THE Interview, the anthropologist C. Owen Lovejoy reported that “our species-defining cooperative mutualism can now be seen to extend well beyond the deepest Pliocene [which is well beyond 5.3 million years ago]”. In chapter 8 of Jeremy Griffith’s definitive book FREEDOM, the whole human journey is explained, showing that humans lived in a cooperative state for at least 5 million years before the emergence of the human condition some 2 million years ago. It is this period of our history that emerges as an instinctive memory of a ‘Golden Age’ as recorded by writers such as Hesiod, Plato and Moses. For example, the gentleness of so-called primitive peoples, such as the San Bushmen and the Australian Aborigines, evidences this ‘golden age’ of innocence (for example, in chapter 2:7). However, all humans are now part of the extremely upset stage of humanity, H. sapiens sapiens, and are therefore nowhere near as innocent as humans were some 2 million years ago when the battle of the human condition first emerged. Reference is also made to the Bantu people in chapter 8:16E, who, while not being as innocent as the San Bushmen, are in turn more innocent than Caucasians, and so on. What is so extraordinary about Jeremy Griffith’s ‘instinct vs intellect’ explanation of the human condition is that it rationally explains that despite the differing levels of upset due to everyone’s different encounters with humanity’s heroic battle to find knowledge, we are all equally good. You might like to read the presentations about the power of this explanation from Franklin Mukakanga, a Bantu man from Zambia, and Refentse Molosiwa, of South Africa, in Video/Freedom Essay 8.

I like the theory and explanation, however, we can not lose site that above all this is the one true God who created this universe as well as the Human race which developed the sciences to bring about this and other theories and explanations. I love science, we need science, however we also need God!
WTM Admin
Yes, while religious assurances, such as ‘God loves you’ in Christianity, provided comfort, they failed to explain WHY we are lovable, and it is that missing explanation that science had to provide, which is what this breakthrough does. We can now actually understand from a biological perspective that despite the horrific anger, egocentricity and alienation that searching for knowledge caused in us, we are fundamentally good. With regard to the existence of ‘God’, it is important to understand that Jeremy Griffith’s work doesn’t ignore, exclude or contradict a belief in God, it simply brings biological understanding to that pre-scientific concept. At the end of Part 3 of THE Interview Jeremy briefly explains that ‘God’ is the personification of the Negative-Entropy-driven integrative meaning of existence. This explanation is summarised in FAQ 6.2 ‘What is ‘God’?’ and fully presented in chapter 4 of FREEDOM. We also think you might find our FAQs about religion of interest, especially FAQs ‘What is God’ and ‘Does this understanding undermine religion’.

Great and thoughtful insight
Into the world we were meant
To be living in,a utopia of
Helpful and loving thy neighbour.
WTM Admin
What is so significant about the explanation of the human conditon is that this understanding defends our so-called ‘dark side’ and explains that despite all appearances to the contrary, all humans are ‘good’. It turns out that we had to destroy the historic ‘utopia’ of our all loving instinctive self or soul. But, paradoxically, by explaining the very good reason why our intellect had to defy our instincts, it makes redundant our defensive behaviours of anger, egocentricity and alienation, allowing us to return to the “utopia of helpful and loving thy neighbour”!
Gasparina Apthorpe
I have the book. Very interesting.

When your Adam Stork breaks away from instinct, you count him a hero; ditto Adam and Eve eating the fruit of knowledge -- heroic! However, when you talk of Hesoid’s vision of people lounging in beds of grass, etc., you seem to say that pre-cognitive life was truly Eden, which would make Adam and Eve villains!! Which is it?
WTM Admin
The terrible paradox of the human condition is that we had to destroy our soulful, all-loving, edenic, self in order to fulfil the conscious mind’s potential to manage life from a conscious basis. However, now that we can understand that the conscious mind had to undertake the corrupting search for knowledge – “march into hell for a heavenly cause” as the lyrics of The Man of La Mancha put it – the answer is that despite the terrible cost the conscious mind / Adam and Eve / Adam Stork is clearly heroic.
In chapter 2:6 of his definitive book FREEDOM, Jeremy Griffith includes the following extraordinary passage from Plato’s The Statesman, in which Plato poses – and answers – the question of whether it would have been better to stay in our ‘Edenic’ state than pursue knowledge and lose it. Griffith writes, “While still not able to clearly explain why the conflict occurred and from there reveal how humans are good when we appear to be bad, Plato did recognise that we had to search for knowledge. Posing the question of whether a ‘blessed and spontaneous’, instinctively guided innocent ancestor ‘having this boundless leisure, and the power of holding intercourse, not only with men, but with brute creation [in other words, having the power to sensitively relate to each other and even to other creatures]’ would prefer that existence over the situation of an upset human, someone ‘of our own day’ who is dedicated to developing ‘a view to philosophy’ and ‘able to contribute some special experience to the store of wisdom’, Plato said that ‘the answer would be easy’—he would ‘deem the happier’ the life ‘of our own day’ in which we each had the opportunity to ‘contribute some special experience to the store of wisdom [the necessary search for knowledge]’)!”

So I guess my other comment us awaiting approval.. but it was so hard to get everything I wanted to say in 2000 characters. I love how you said the key is will be understanding.. I had that exact thought and I am also a realist, while talking my women’s ear off about the way things could and should be, in my opinion, is that I know this won’t happen in generations but what can I do help.. because seriously I mean words straight from my brain.. and I’ve been dumbing myself down for years now, because I’ve always known that this can’t be how it’s supposed to be right.. I mean I get it all had to happen for us to get here but with quantum computing, molecular engineering, nano bots, I mean I like biology too but we could really get this ball rolling.. I WANNA HELP!!! I’ll be a “gofer” I’ll sort the mail.. idk.. I’m going to start by reading your stuff though. Man I hope my first comment went through

Always asked the question y do everyone have to learn the same thing n school and y is the whole world sick and y is the whole world n debt hatred disbelief anger it’s sad I always said we were programmed
WTM Admin
Yes, we have all had (at the least) a subconscious awareness that everything is not as it should be. As Jeremy explains in Video/Freedom Essay 11, we have all been living in Plato’s Cave, looking not at the real world, but a world defined by denial of our human condition, and our schooling reflected that, avoiding the issue of the human condition. We can now understand that the reason that the “whole world [is] sick” is because we have been living with a psychosis - a deep sense of guilt over having corrupted our original all-loving instinctive self or soul. What is so wonderful, is that now that we now have the redeeming understanding of why our conscious mind had to defy our instincts, and as a result all our defensive behaviours of anger, egocentricity and alienation are made redundant. We can return to a loving, cooperative way of life.

Deepak Ghalley
How is this helping people. Is this in good way for human to believe in science. Because science is challenging world in worse way and it’s really going bad for human being.
WTM Admin
Hi Deepak, thank you for your comment. Yes, as is explained in FAQ 1.10, human-condition-avoiding, mechanistic, reductionist, deductive science is an extremely limited and compromised form of science. As Templeton Prize-winning biologist Charles Birch, who was Jeremy Griffith’s professor of biology at Sydney University, said, “[mechanistic] science can’t deal with subjectivity [the issue of our psychologically distressed condition]…what we were all taught in universities is pretty much a dead end” and “Biology has not made any real advance since Darwin”. Indeed, mechanistic science is now so farcically dishonest and discredited in the public’s mind that many people have lost interest in it to the point of dismissing it as of no real use to us in terms of being able to understand and manage our behaviour! Freedom Essay/Video 14 makes this discreditation very clear.
So to address your first question in this light, Jeremy’s ability to actually bring truthful, holistic analysis to the issue of the human condition turns this limitation on its head; he provides the source of our species’ corrupted condition and brings relieving understanding to it; he solves all the confusion, frustration and suffering in human life at its source. We can now understand our behaviour has been driven by a deep insecurity about our fundamental goodness, so now that our goodness is biologically established we no longer have to behave insecurely and selfishly and can legitimately return to a selfless way of living. This is the rapidly transforming effect of being able to understand the human condition, however because it presents a huge paradigm shift in our thinking it does take a little time to fully grasp. FAQs 1.4 to 1.6 are helpful as they talk about the far-reaching practical applications of this understanding.

I have learnt so much over the years from reading many of the New Age publications and following one in detail: the free download publication “A Course in Miracles” - over 30 years there has been changes to my listening, reading, seeing, responding and understanding which have changed my life in ways that I never expected. Also, the negative emotions of hatred, fear, and anger have disappeared. Looking back, I can see that all religions/philosophies/self-knowledge/self-development; all point to the same thing but use different wording. A key element for me is not to “preach”, the directives “you must ...” and “you should” are not meant to be taken literally, they are merely suggestions. In line with the essays of Jeremy Griffith, I have no beliefs or doubts, just certainties. Thank you all.
WTM Admin
Hi Dennis, thank you for your comment. There is actually a huge difference between Jeremy Griffith’s biological treatise and New Age publications such as the ‘Course in Miracles’, which is captured in this comment on Video/Freedom Essay 9 by WTM subscriber Lesley Davies, who said: “I can now see why A Course in Miracles didn’t work for me. I completed the 365 day course three years running to try and heal myself from deep depression and anxiety. After reading essay 15 and studying Freedom it becomes clear that without the explanation of WHY we are so upset ACIM can only act as a sticky plaster with the ‘scream’ still going on underneath.” FAQ 6.5 further explains how our species’ liberation from the human condition depended on confronting and biologically explaining why we became so upset, and stresses this huge difference between Jeremy’s work and the new age movement. We very much hope you explore Jeremy’s explanation further by subscribing to the Freedom Essay series, as it serves as a wonderfully comprehensive, free course that guides you through much of the content of Jeremy’s definitive book FREEDOM in beautifully illustrated bite-size pieces, and will provide further clarification of how his treatise gets to the origin of, and thus heals, the source of the “negative emotions of hatred, fear, and anger” that you speak of and which affect all humans.

So how do you explain Cain and able??? Did they not have carnal knowledge then ?? Wouldn’t carnal knowledge have been non existing if eve hadn’t eaten the fruit?? Why do you feel the need to remove god from every aspect of life??
WTM Admin
In Freedom Essay 39 Jeremy Griffith explains that the Cain and Abel story is a metaphor for the fundamental truth that humanity has progressed from a state of innocence to a state of upset, and how, following the advent of agriculture, that progression eventually led to warfare. The emergence of sex as humans practice it (or ‘carnal knowledge’), is explained in Freedom Essay 27. It is explained that sex as humans practice it emerged as a result of humanity, in particular men, became psychologically upset as a result of the all-important, but corrupting search for knowledge. Rather than just the means of procreation, sex became a a way of attacking the condemning innocence and naivety of women. This development is described through metaphor in the Bible. As Jeremy writes in Freedom Essay 27, “To quote Moses in the Bible, when Adam and Eve took the fruit from the tree of knowledge (set out in search of understanding), ‘the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized that they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves’ (Gen. 3:7).” This whole topic is extremely sensitive and prone to misrepresentation, and so we recommend that everyone reads Freedom Essay 27 in its entirety.
With regard to the charge that Jeremy Grifith’s work “remove[s] god from every aspect of life”, we maintain that Jeremy’s work doesn’t contradict a belief in God or Christianity, or the Bible’s content. It simply brings biological understanding to all those pre-scientific concepts, see FAQ 6.3 ‘Does understanding of the human condition undermine a faith in religion or God?’. Also in terms of understanding our spiritual aspect see FAQ 6.7 ‘How can a scientific explanation ever hope to account for and encompass the great ‘spiritual’ dimension we know exists in life? / Isn’t ‘spirituality’ beyond a purely rational explanation?’

Interesting and somewhat comforting.
WTM Admin
Hi Fran, thank you for your feedback and it is wonderful you are interested and finding some comfort from the explanation. We’d like to suggest you re-watch Part 4 of THE Interview about how this understanding brings immense relief and freedom to our hearts and minds. To quote Jeremy Griffith from the beginning of Part 4: "Well, what this real—and actually very obvious—instinct vs intellect explanation of the human condition fundamentally does is lift the ‘burden of guilt’ from the human race. It establishes that we humans are good and not bad after all. While we are all inevitably variously angry, egocentric and alienated from our different encounters with humanity’s heroic battle to find knowledge, ultimately self-knowledge, understanding of our corrupted condition, we can now know that every human is fundamentally good. And this ability to understand and know there was a good reason why the human race became psychologically upset, is the key, relieving understanding we have been in search of ever since we became conscious some 2 million years ago and our corrupted condition emerged. That is the key relief for our mind—being finally able to understand that we are good and not bad is what brings us the greatest psychological relief of all..."

Arnold Hare
Excellent explanation of the human psyche in how science came to distort the origin of our being on every level of the original plan of our creator God Almighty.
WTM Admin
Thank you for your comment Arnold. Yes, as Jeremy Griffith explains in this interview, the human condition has been a terrifying subject (as it is the issue of whether we are fundamentally good or bad as a species) and we have necessarily lived in denial of it. So until it could be solved science took a mechanistic denial-based approach and religions were the custodians of the ideals to provide shelter and support while the psychologically upsetting search for liberating knowledge was underway. Now with Jeremy’s denial-free, holistic instinct vs intellect treatise, the polarities of life, including science and religion, can be reconciled and we can begin to heal and bring about a new, transformed world, free of suffering, for everyone! It is now just a matter of getting these understandings into the mainstream, which is underway as you can see from the outstanding commendations Jeremy’s work has received from thought leaders in the domains of science and theology on our homepage here. Also we suggest FAQ 1.15 ‘If this is biology, why the religious references?’ about how this reconciles science and religion and also Freedom Essay 41 ‘Is science’s scorn of religion legitimate?’ where Jeremy discusses that while many scientists scorn religion now we have the scientific explanation of the human condition we can see how extraordinarily insightful some religious metaphors are.
Kathleen Margaret Hack -Kemper
Dealing with my troubled teenage grandchildren, I find that they have little or no social value morals. I grew up with a father who constantly spoke about the rights and wrongs in life. I know I have some serious work to do with teaching them social moral values. All has changed in our society since I grew up in the 40‘s and 50’s. I am struggling mentally on where to start with these kids. They had a mother that broke all social rules, so now one by one try to change that direction, before they have miserable unhappy lives. Thank you for this project, it has given me some direction and what I’m dealing with. KHK
WTM Admin
Thank you for your comment and openness Kathleen. The human condition has certainly caused so much unbearable suffering, especially for children, it has been a deeply tragic reality. This must be particularly distressing for parents and grandparents especially now with the levels of psychological upset and alienation increasing so rapidly the amount of upset is virtually doubling in each new generation. This terrifying end play threat of such levels of psychosis is explained and illustrated in Part 2 of THE Interview with the graph that charts the progression of upset from no psychosis to ‘terminal levels of psychosis’. This reality is further explained by Jeremy Griffith in Freedom Essay 55 titled ‘Endgame for the human race: the Millennials evidence the fast approaching death of the human race from terminal levels of psychosis, which only the redeeming and psychologically healing understanding of the human condition — that has finally been found but not yet widely implemented — can save us from’. Thank goodness with Jeremy’s instinct vs intellect explanation we can finally understand its cause and its solution and know humans’ psychological upset was the price humans had to pay for searching for knowledge and that the human story presents the greatest, most heroic story ever told. It’s also importantly to mention, it’s not what has happened to us in our lives so much as our inability to understand why it was happening that has been the problem. It’s been the terrible silence about the horror of the human condition that children have had to endure that is so devastating, and what leads to them to having to resign in their adolescence (you can read about the process of Resignation in Freedom Essay 30). So, in a world fast going crazy from the effects of the human condition, this is the now desperately needed reconciling understanding that will bring about a new world for humans FREE of the agony of the human condition. As Jeremy says in Part 4 of this interview about how this understanding rehabilitates us all “Light comes streaming into the dark cave-like world of denial that we have been living in, and it will all be like waking up from a nightmare!”

The insight about a mother’s selfishness when she nurtures her infant is mind-blowing. Where does love come into existence?
WTM Admin
Hi Ann, we agree Jeremy Griffith’s explanation of the nurturing based love-indoctrination process is mind-blowing! Jeremy explains that the original genetic instinct for maternalism is a naturally selected instinctive orientation that evolved because it promotes the perpetuation of its own genes through better protecting its offspring. HOWEVER, in Part 3 of THE Interview Jeremy explains how humans biologically overcame this necessarily selfish genetic limitation through what he identifies as the ‘Love-Indoctrination’ process. That over time, through the Love-Indoctrination process, maternalism became a case of mothers actively loving their offspring — which was to prove the unlocking point for our species to develop our selfless, moral instinctive self or soul, and our unique consciousness! You can read more about the nurturing-based Love-Indoctrination process in chapter 5 of Jeremy’s definitive book FREEDOM, and how it liberated consciousness in chapter 7. You can also read a summary in FAQ 5.2 ‘How did we humans acquire our all-loving, unconditionally selfless moral conscience?/ What do bonobos tell us about our own evolutionary heritage?’. Key to this explanation is we can at last understand what love actually is, which is unconditional selflessness, and why it so significant in our lives and in the development of humanity. There is actually a clear theme or purpose or meaning of existence, which is the ordering or integration of matter, a process that is driven by the physical law of Negative Entropy – see FAQ 5.3 ‘What is the meaning of life? / What is the Integrative Meaning of existence? / What is God?’. Also Jeremy’s book titled The Book Of Real Answers To Everything! includes the essay ‘What is Love‘ which you may like to read.

Carol
I am in complete disagrement concerning the statements about the right & left in politics as experience has shown the right wing wants dictatorship, control, repression & suppression of one having a free thinking consciousness. The right has always wanted to suppress the expansion of knowledge, wants to destroy science, etc. The right has always advocated human ignorance, wants division& wants humans to kowtow to being angry, blaming, hate of others as it feeds their selfish egos & destroys any hope of peace as they are living in complete denial of humans being good.
WTM Admin
Hi Carol, biologist Jeremy Griffith’s ‘instinct vs intellect’ explanation of the human condition allows us to understand the real merits and liabilities of both the left and right wing. His work certainly recognises the destructive brutality of the right-wing; indeed he brings understanding to the whole extremely destructive angry, egocentric and alienated human condition. He also recognises the failing of the left-wing, which is that it is the Left’s (not the Right) dogmatic insistence on cooperative, selfless and loving behaviour that stifled and oppressed the freedom of expression and individualism needed to find knowledge, ultimately self-knowledge, the redeeming understanding of our seemingly destructive human condition that thankfully he has now found and presents in his book FREEDOM. Basically his work brings profound understanding to both sides, which ultimately brings to an end the whole ugly business of politics. This is fully explained in our FAQs about politics.
Geoffrey Volney
So why do I still see the world in a massive mess.?
WTM Admin
The world certainly is in a massive mess Geoffrey and we desperately need to solve the human condition which is what we are suggesting Jeremy Griffith presents in THE Interview. As with any new scientific breakthrough in history it will take time to gain mainstream acceptance but, as Jeremy explains in Part 2 of this interview, the issue of the human condition has been such a denied and off-limits subject that confronting it represents the “biggest of all blasphemies” (also see FAQ 1.14 ‘Why aren’t these ideas mainstream?’). However, while this necessarily has a slow start, humanity’s uptake of the explanation of the human condition has a fast finish as the selflessness it liberates in people will not only quickly solve all the problems on the planet but the excitement and joy it brings means everyone will want to get on board as quickly as they can (see FAQ 1.40 ‘Isn’t it too late to save the world? / How can you hope to transform the world?). And so even though we haven’t yet reached the tipping point we are well on our way as you can see from the excitement and relief in our daily ecstatic responses to THE Interview, the rapidly growing appreciation and support for Jeremy’s work with outstanding commendations from thought leaders and over 70 WTM Centres all over the world—all of which you can explore on our homepage!

Griffith has put into words the Science of The human condition in a way we all can understand. I believe in biology.
Doris jenkins
Choosing to love is choosing the knowledge of good & evil. That keeps us in a state of innocence. We can choose to hate and be competitive and decide to follow violence and hate. Choose life as the apostle Paul says. In other words choose love. Simple
WTM Admin
Hi Doris, as is explained in our reply to John below, Jeremy Griffith explains in this interview that all humans are born with loving instincts, not competitive animal instincts, but now variously suffer from a psychosis due to the human condition caused by the conscious mind’s necessary search for knowledge. So we are born innocent of this psychosis, or corruption of our instinctive self or soul, and our individual encounter with the human condition dictated how psychologically upset or corrupted in self we became. So society could continue to function and our species could keep progressing toward finding an answer to our corrupted condition we learnt to civilise or restrain our upset destructive behaviour, in effect choose love over hate. Jeremy talks about this in THE Interview: “While we have learnt to significantly restrain and conceal—‘civilise’ as we refer to it—the phenomenal amount of upset within us, under the surface we all must be boiling with rage, and sometimes, when our restraint can no longer find a way to contain it, that anger must express itself—hence our capacity for shocking acts of cruelty, sadism, hate, murder and war.” In that journey towards the ultimate understanding of our human condition religions have certainly helped us restrain our upset. In Christianity if you live in support of Christ, as St Paul realised and taught, you are living in support of the embodiment of the ideals rather than in support of your corrupted condition. However to stop our ever-increasing levels of upset we needed to find the scientific explanation for why we are fundamentally good—answer the age-old question of why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish. Answering this required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy presents here and why it is heralded as being able to save the world. There is certainly much to absorb here Doris and these FAQs may help if you would like to explore this further. FAQ 1.3 ‘What is biologist Jeremy Griffith’s ‘instinct vs intellect’ explanation of the human condition?’ and FAQ 6.3 ‘Does understanding of the human condition undermine a faith in religion or God?’.

Great information. The World needs this right now. The World needs caring and sensible people. There are too many dispicable human beings ruining things for good people. Bless you. Peace.
WTM Admin
Thanks John we agree the world certainly needs this information and now. It takes time to fully absorb all that is explained in THE Interview because the subject of the human condition, the exact issue you raise of whether we are fundamentally ‘good or bad’, has historically been an off-limits subject and one we’ve had to live in denial of until it was solved. What is presented actually explains why we are all capable of the contradictory behaviour. Jeremy Griffith reveals that humans are born with “good” and “caring” instincts (not savage animal instincts) but now variously suffer from a psychosis due to the human condition caused by the conscious mind’s necessary search for knowledge. So we aren’t born ‘good’ or ‘bad’ but rather we all suffer from this universal psychosis to varying degrees. Ultimately to resolve and liberate ourselves from our conflicted or contradictory condition, or to “stop ruining things”, we needed to find the scientific explanation for WHY when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish! Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy presents in this interview.

WTM Admin
Certainly AA ‘12 Steps’ contains truth about our psychologically upset state, however it is not a scientific understanding. Ultimately we needed to find the scientific explanation for why when the universal ideals are to be loving, cooperative and selfless are we so angry, competitive and selfish, because that is the only way we could solve the issue at its source. Answering this question required finding the clarifying difference between the way the intellect and instincts work, and that is the great biological breakthrough Jeremy Griffith presents in THE Interview and his book FREEDOM. We suggest FAQ 1.13 ‘Is this idea original or new? which explains the unique significance of Jeremy’s work.
Lydia Abad
I am studying Paul’s epistle to the Romans. Listening to this interview is conducive to the first few chapters I am studying now. Thank you for elucidating some matters of concern. I am interested to have a copy.
WTM Admin
Yes that makes sense Lydia. Because the human condition is the study of humans’ capacity for acts of both so-called ‘good and evil’ it is the realm of inquiry where science and religion overlap, so in explaining the human condition religion is demystified and explained by bringing biological understanding to pre-scientific concepts. With particular regard to Paul’s epistle to the Romans, you might be interested in Jeremy’s new presentation Sermon On The Beach in which he compares living in support of Christ with living in support of the redeeming biological explanation of the human condition. For example in paragraph 41, Jeremy writes, "In Christianity, for example, if you live in support of Christ you’re living in support of the embodiment of the ideals, and, as St Paul realised and taught, by doing that, by living in support of Christ rather than in support of your corrupted condition, you are able to free yourself from your corrupted condition. But, as I explain in paragraphs 42–50 of Death by Dogma, Christianity and the other great religions were only stepping stones, albeit critically important ones, towards this ultimate understanding-of-the-human-condition-based free life. And yet, as I explain in paragraphs 1198–1200 of FREEDOM, in the case of Christianity, the relief St Paul derived from deciding to live in support of Christ was so immensely exciting he fell off his donkey and, metaphorically speaking, went blind for three days."
You can immediately access free electronic copies of Jeremy Griffith’s definitive book FREEDOM (along with his other key books, including Sermon On The Beach) to read, listen to or download here on our homepage. You can also download free Kindle versions from Amazon. (Otherwise you can purchase hard copies from Amazon or other good bookstores.)

‘Fear of Freedom’, Fromm’s book, explains why left wing and woke dogma feels virtuous
WTM Admin
Thanks BJ. Fromm did manage to recognise that becoming conscious and departing from our instinct controlled state would have created a state of ‘insecurity’ from that situation, however he didn’t recognise our species’ cooperative, loving past. Unable to identify the real source of our insecurity, which is that our cooperative and loving instincts criticised our conscious mind for experimenting in self-management, Fromm could only prescribe a superficial solution — a society in which there was “active solidarity with all men and his spontaneous activity, love and work, which unite him again with the world, not by primary ties but as a free and independent individual” (Escape From Freedom). You can read more about Fromm in Freedom Essay 53. And you can read more about the danger of Left Wing dogma in Jeremy’s booklet Death by Dogma.

With our technology, infrastructure and drugs, there is no going back to an integrative cooperative society.
The writer has no practical solution to our upset psychotic mindset.
Just another fantasist: ‘What if. . .?’
WTM Admin
At last we can understand our behaviour has been driven by a deep insecurity about our fundamental goodness; so now that our goodness is biologically established we no longer have to behave insecurely and selfishly and can legitimately return to a selfless way of living. This is the rapidly transforming effect of being able to understand the human condition. As with any new scientific breakthrough in history it will take time to gain mainstream acceptance, and from there break through the bastions of power in the world. However, with support from those who appreciate this understanding, the truth is that this redeeming, uplifting and healing explanation of the human condition is SO liberating and SO exciting that it won’t be long be everyone realises that it is completely pointless to keep trying to compensate for their insecurity through the pursuit of power and glory. You may be interested in FAQ 1.34 on ‘How does understanding the human race’s condition help with an individual’s depression and psychosis?’ It’s written by Professor Harry Prosen, a former President of the Canadian Psychiatric Association, who writes that “the beauty of Griffith’s treatise is that the healing starts at the macro level of the universal human condition; the healing of the shame and blame that the whole human race has suffered from…It brings the greater context and love to all human psychosis and suffering, and then, from under the umbrella of that safe position, everyone can gradually work inwards to their particular experience of all the imperfections in human life that have now, finally, been made sense of.”
WTM Admin
What is unique about Jeremy Griffith’s work is that he has answered the essential question of why, when the universal ideals are to be loving and selfless, are we so competitive and selfish, to the extent that we have nearly destroyed ourselves and our world. Only through understanding the dark side of ourselves can we free ourselves from the human condition and legitimately love ourselves and each other again. This is the critical difference between Jeremy’s work and the new age movement, see FAQ 6.5.

Please watch this interview
Sean
Dear Jeremy,
Thank you for one of the most illuminating and life-changing explanations regarding the human condition and conscious mind.
Presumably, then, babies are born neutral, uncontaminated and with pre-consciousness. Firstly, is that correct?
Next, are we not born with brains that contain all knowledge of the Universe and if so, does social cultivation of race and religion, re-wire that consciousness as a person develops?
Don’t humans require social structure and leadership and if so, can you still be loving and cooperative with structure and leadership?
Do the remote tribes that are isolated from the Western modern world, still suffer from the human condition problems.
Talking about Bonobos, don’t they hunt in groups and kill other weaker and smaller monkey species? They have leaders, structure and social protocols that if not followed, could result in exile, physical retribution or death. Is this not the same as human behaviour?
Is it not also comparable to human behaviour, when Bonobos become territorial and attack other outsider groups of Chimpanzees/Banobos?
Regards,
Sean
WTM Admin
Thank you for your questions, Sean. We are a small team in the pioneering stages of this massive project, so our resources are very limited. Even though THE Interview is a summary presentation it does provide references to more comprehensive material where answers to questions like you have asked are presented. Also, to assist enquirers we have an extensive FAQ facility which can be easily searched electronically at www.humancondition.com along with all our books and essays.
For example, with regard to consciousness and our instinctive state, you might be interested in FAQ 5.2 ‘How did we humans acquire our all-loving, unconditionally selfless moral conscience?’; and FAQ 5.4 What is consciousness? / Why is it that humans became conscious while other animals haven’t? / How did consciousness emerge in humans?'.
With regard to the effect of the world around us on our psychological state, you might be interested in FAQ 1.37 ‘How much of our upset is caused by our own search for knowledge and how much is caused by the accumulated upset already in the world?’
With regard to so-called ‘primitive’ peoples, the central tenet of Jeremy Griffith’s explanation of the human condition is that humans have a cooperative, loving instinctive heritage, not a brutish, savage and aggressive one, and that the source of our aggression is a psychosis that has been compounding ever since the instinct and intellect clashed. Therefore it follows that the further back in history we go, the less psychologically upset a race of people will be, and so the more cooperative and loving they will be – and we can see evidence of this in existing ‘primitive’races of people, such as in indigenous cultures, which is what you have identified. So the answer is that primitive races are relatively innocent compared with other races; however, it needs to pointed out that they are still members of the extremely upset stage of humanity, H. sapiens sapiens, so they are still psychologically upset angry egocentric and alienated, but not to the point where they can’t live peacefully. You might be interested in chapter 8:12 of Jeremy’s definitive book FREEDOM, which discusses the relatively innocent Bushmen of the Kalahari at some length.
With regard to bonobos, please see the aforementioned FAQ 5.2, which also addresses the questions of, ‘What do the nurtured and cooperative bonobos tell us about our own evolutionary heritage? / How do you account for reports that bonobos hunt and kill, and even that male bonobos are more aggressive than chimpanzee males?’
We hope that is helpful Sean.

In terms of Christianity and Christ, Jeremy does consider the Bible to be a repository of extremely rare denial-free truth, containing all the truth about human life albeit from that pre-science view, and he has written about Christ’s life and its phenomenal importance in humanity’s journey in Freedom Essay 39.As you say Dan you “need to think on this” as there is much to absorb so take your time and you may find this quote by the physicist Charles H. This is so helpful...First time I understand how our mind works. I’m curious to know more about this topic...Thank you
absolutely astonishing explains everything.
Mind-blowing
Good interview
I love it 😀 😍 ❤️
I am not an educated person and will need additional instruction to understand the different conditions that are being presented in this interview.
This sounds so promising.
Interesting Interview - Your People R alot smarter then the Interviewers here in America@
Well this interview was one of the most educational things I can truly say I’ve ever watched ever simply because as a thinker my self and an analyser it just totally clicked everything I’ve analysed in my life both mentally and emotionally it just totally make complete sense to all past and present thing I’ve experienced wow thanks for sharing such a gr8 watch
I liked this interview and his explanação [explanation] is very interesting. I’ll receive more text about this author.
Ignorant generalizations. Get out into the real world and experience the true human condition(s).
We suggest you watch THE Interview William (which Antonits and Tracy have done and are responding to) as it is confronting and solving the very real and terrifying end play threat of terminal levels of psychosis caused by the human condition.
Looking forward to get into the book.
Just came across the interview 2 days ago and I have listen to it 2 nights in a row. Very interesting. Turning 70 in a couple of days. So I’m weighing up which copy of the book is better for me.
FINALLY I FOUND MY TYPE OF PEOPLE!!! LETS MAKE A CHAAAANNNNGGEEE!!!
It’s an informative conversation that no one is wanting to listen to because lives are to busy to take time for any thing that will help fix the totality of life.
As Jeremy Griffith explains in his book FREEDOM chapter 9:9: “Although this new world for humans, which the World Transformation Movement has been established to facilitate, will, as has been stated, have a slow beginning because humans initially find it difficult even taking in or ‘hearing’ discussion about the human condition, once the WTM is discovered, word of it and what it offers every human and the world will spread like wildfire.’”
I love the video and would like to read more thank you!
Hi Larry, it’s great you’ve watched THE Interview as it’s the ideal introduction to Jeremy Griffith’s explanation of the human condition. From there, at top of our homepage HumanCondition.com, it states ‘WHAT NEXT after watching THE Interview?’ and guides you through the steps to pursue your interest. This includes all of Jeremy’s other publications, which are freely available, and includes his definitive book FREEDOM; and subscribing to our mailing list where you will receive one ‘Freedom Essay’ email per week. We also encourage people to join our Facebook Group to learn more about this amazing, human-condition-resolved new world.
We might be too far down the wrong road to change. I’d say we are. Come down to the root of leaning, school and parents.
FAQs 1.4 to 1.6 are helpful as they talk about the far-reaching practical applications of this understanding.Very interesting
Interesting ! Cant wait to dive into the book!
Great Maryanne, you won’t be dissapointed. You can immediately access a copy of FREEDOM at the top of our homepage just under THE Interview! You will see an image of FREEDOM with the text ‘Free Copy’ so click on that to access your free electronic copy to read, listen to or download. You can also download free Kindle versions from Amazon. Very good information! Thanks 🙏
I have realized that you constantly use the term ancestors but do not mention the history of the original Afrikan people of earth that goes back thousands of years before the Greeks you mentioned. All people of earth have the physical and phenotypical attributes of Bantu Afrikan people... Other than this your teleology quite sound...
Food for thought, no?

Brilliant, Wonderful.
I like the theory and explanation, however, we can not lose site that above all this is the one true God who created this universe as well as the Human race which developed the sciences to bring about this and other theories and explanations. I love science, we need science, however we also need God!
This is so amazing! And it clicked right away. Complex and brilliant yet so simple.
Complex but brilliant.
Thank you for sharing it to us.
Great and thoughtful insight Into the world we were meant To be living in,a utopia of Helpful and loving thy neighbour.
Posing the question of whether a ‘blessed and spontaneous’, instinctively guided innocent ancestor ‘having this boundless leisure, and the power of holding intercourse, not only with men, but with brute creation [in other words, having the power to sensitively relate to each other and even to other creatures]’ would prefer that existence over the situation of an upset human, someone ‘of our own day’ who is dedicated to developing ‘a view to philosophy’ and ‘able to contribute some special experience to the store of wisdom’, Plato said that ‘the answer would be easy’—he would ‘deem the happier’ the life ‘of our own day’ in which we each had the opportunity to ‘contribute some special experience to the store of wisdom [the necessary search for knowledge]’)!”Thank you so much for making me understand this amazing human condition, I just wish this message could get to all the remote areas in the world as well. I wish there was a way everyone in the world could get access to this information.
Man I hope my first comment went through
Thanks Logan. We read your previous comment about the history of your personal search for understanding with interest, however as moderators of this comment section we need to ensure that comments remain focussed on Jeremy Griffith’s breakthrough understanding so that it is of as much help to readers as possible, and so we did not make it public. Encapsulating insights. I’m finally free.
Good to know that you are getting this out there for the people. We must first admit that there is a problem and decide to change it. Thank you for your time and effort to help people.
Always asked the question y do everyone have to learn the same thing n school and y is the whole world sick and y is the whole world n debt hatred disbelief anger it’s sad I always said we were programmed
Oh, thank you for giving me/us hope at a time when I/we need it most..... Lilith
Is so life changing to have been given so clear solutions to problems
How is this helping people. Is this in good way for human to believe in science. Because science is challenging world in worse way and it’s really going bad for human being.
FAQs 1.4 to 1.6 are helpful as they talk about the far-reaching practical applications of this understanding.I am so happy and relieved there is an explanation for all the madness in the world. I am blessed to have come across this interview. Thank you.

To know that we as a species can change the programming that was unconsciously passed down to us and shine positive light on humanity is wonderful
Thought quite profound your explanation of how simple life would for the world would be with kindness and love by loving oneself to be able to give to others. There is so much hate frightening 🙏
Very interesting...
Most enlightening….My understanding of humanity has changed to a positive direction with more hope and less fear.
Mind-blowing... beyond recognition... astonishing I feel dumb on hearing this but not anymore because I’ve learned a lot
BRILLIANT!!
So how do you explain Cain and able??? Did they not have carnal knowledge then ?? Wouldn’t carnal knowledge have been non existing if eve hadn’t eaten the fruit?? Why do you feel the need to remove god from every aspect of life??
Isn’t ‘spirituality’ beyond a purely rational explanation?’Magnificent.
Thank you for your explanation!
Enlightening & invigorating insight so straightforward & congenially presented.
I like what I have heard... that’s brilliant!
I share this great world transformation movement headed by Mr Jeremy Griffith
Interesting and somewhat comforting.

Excellent explanation of the human psyche in how science came to distort the origin of our being on every level of the original plan of our creator God Almighty.
KHK
Truly a wealth of money information. Amazing!
Yes Fabrizio what THE Interview presents is truly a wealth of information! For readers of these comments we wanted to clarify the World Transformation Movement is a global not-for-profit organisation. This is a scientific pursuit and we make all our publications, subscription and membership freely available on our website. This is not a money making venture – see our FAQs about the WTM.
This insight will be a great help to the world. Everyone truly wants to live a loving, happy and peaceful existence while they are in this world. We are all truly innocent.
This is surely a great way to heal the world and make it a better place🙏.
The insight about a mother’s selfishness when she nurtures her infant is mind-blowing. Where does love come into existence?
Exciting descripition of our deep human condition.
Am glad to know and will fully follow up
I am in complete disagrement concerning the statements about the right & left in politics as experience has shown the right wing wants dictatorship, control, repression & suppression of one having a free thinking consciousness.
So why do I still see the world in a massive mess.?
Choosing to love is choosing the knowledge of good & evil. That keeps us in a state of innocence. We can choose to hate and be competitive and decide to follow violence and hate. Choose life as the apostle Paul says. In other words choose love. Simple
Listen! And let the bells ring and ring and resonate for ever, then, now and forever afterwards....see ya’ll there...🩷🩷🩷
Great information. The World needs this right now. The World needs caring and sensible people. There are too many dispicable human beings ruining things for good people. Bless you. Peace.
Waooow, This is Very Correct and Educative
Great...
I really love what you were talking about in your video and it makes a lot of tremendous sense to me I feel like I just woke up like someone is knocking at the door and I want to answer it and walk through it
The website is encouraging. My country need moral teaching and values such intervention
This is the AA program.
I am studying Paul’s epistle to the Romans. Listening to this interview is conducive to the first few chapters I am studying now. Thank you for elucidating some matters of concern. I am interested to have a copy.
And yet, as I explain in paragraphs 1198–1200 of FREEDOM, in the case of Christianity, the relief St Paul derived from deciding to live in support of Christ was so immensely exciting he fell off his donkey and, metaphorically speaking, went blind for three days."You can immediately access free electronic copies of Jeremy Griffith’s definitive book FREEDOM (along with his other key books, including Sermon On The Beach) to read, listen to or download here on our homepage. You can also download free Kindle versions from Amazon. (Otherwise you can purchase hard copies from Amazon or other good bookstores.)Most interesting.
So comprehensible

‘Fear of Freedom’, Fromm’s book, explains why left wing and woke dogma feels virtuous
Amazing video
In Gods perfect timing I received this information. I can move on with this perspective. My relationship with my husband depends on my understanding of this information. Thank you thank you thank you.I am married 39 years and raised 3 adult children with the idea that people are good and not bad.Bad things happen and unfortunately corrupt good people. I am so excited and blessed to have received this information. I cant wait to see where my life goes from here.
I am completely shocked
Omg. He makes so much sense. If we follow his words. We could live in such a peaceful, gentle and wonderful world. Louis Armstrong sang about that. What a beautiful thought that is.
Great interview!!
Enlightening and timely
Very, very interesting interview. I think that to change the world, we first need to change ourselves, maybe starting in our very homes & families, schools, places of worship etc first and then ripple outwards. I’m making it my life’s work right now to Awaken to Consciousness & work on our Denials (Anasognosia). Let It Begin with ME! Is my mantra. Character Assets vs Flaws! And that we are all good humans.
With our technology, infrastructure and drugs, there is no going back to an integrative cooperative society. The writer has no practical solution to our upset psychotic mindset. Just another fantasist: ‘What if. . .?’
Dear Jeremy, Thank you for one of the most illuminating and life-changing explanations regarding the human condition and conscious mind. Regards, Sean
How did consciousness emerge in humans?'.With regard to the effect of the world around us on our psychological state, you might be interested in FAQ 1.37 ‘How much of our upset is caused by our own search for knowledge and how much is caused by the accumulated upset already in the world?’With regard to so-called ‘primitive’ peoples, the central tenet of Jeremy Griffith’s explanation of the human condition is that humans have a cooperative, loving instinctive heritage, not a brutish, savage and aggressive one, and that the source of our aggression is a psychosis that has been compounding ever since the instinct and intellect clashed. / How do you account for reports that bonobos hunt and kill, and even that male bonobos are more aggressive than chimpanzee males?’We hope that is helpful Sean.
